Fantastic experience: Not only is Dr Lits a great dentist, he is also very understanding. As a nervous patient he really took great care of me. The lovely Anne followed up with a phone call to check up on me after a pretty big tooth restoration which I really appreciated. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I want to compliment Dr Litz and his wonderful staff at Elsternwick Dental. Right from the first point of contact, Anne as Reception is warm and friendly. My initial appt i had a difficult wisdom tooth extracted and Dr Damon was gentle with no pain felt even without gas.Between his comforting nurse and Dr Litz’s humour having me smile, it really was a pleasant experience. You get the whole package here with very supportive staff and a professional dentist with integrity. I have been coming for a few years and back again with a Treatment Plan. Aside from all above Dr Litz is very very reasonable with prices,which is a bonus ⭐️✅

Fantastic experience: The words "scale and clean" used to fill me with trepidation - this has always been a very painful process for me, however since visiting Dr Berman, I've discovered that this doesn't need to be the case! I now look forward to my dental appointments and can't recommend this practice and its friendly staff more highly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Berman has got to be one of the most thorough, gentle and communicative dentists I have ever had the pleasure of going to. He makes sure to tell you exactly what he is doing every step of the way, and ensures that you feel the least amount of discomfort as possible whilst still providing a thorough and high standard of service. My teeth genuinely feel like new every time I get a clean from him, and when I got my tooth taken out he made it as easy and clean as possible. Would 110% recommend anyone, especially those who are afraid of dental machinery, to go see Dr Berman.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! The entire team are wonderful! Anne in reception is always so friendly and both Dr Lits and Dr Berman are caring and gentle. They really look after their patients and take the fear away from visiting the dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to get a clean by Dr Brian Berman. Having sensitive teeth makes going to get a clean very stressful! But the care and skill shown by Dr Brian Berman, made it as if I hadn't had sensitive teeth at all. This allowed Dr Berman to do a thorough clean between my sensitive teeth, one that I hadn't had in a long time (I do go regularly to the dentist). Others just did a surface clean. I thank you, and so do my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment with Dr Brian Berman. His caring approach made me quickly feel at ease. He conducted an initial dental examination that was noticeably more thorough than I had experienced with my previous dentist. The staff were friendly and curious, again noticeably warmer than I experienced at the previous dental clinic I had been attending. My overall experience was refreshingly pleasant. I recommend this clinic as being a highly professional and courteous dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Seriously, I just had the best experience in going to a Dentist this morning. Dr Damon Lit, he is so friendly, funny and make you feel so welcome. Brilliant as to how he explains the process, procedure and his staff are 5 star. Jorja so friendly, professional and greets you with a smile and at the same time make you feel relaxed. Julie was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the breakdown of the treatment I had. I will now be coming to this Dental Surgery for everything and already booked in my 6monthly check up and clean.

He skillfully fixed my front tooth and the result was perfectly colour matched like magic! His needles do not hurt at all, as he operates with precision and gentleness. I love the layout of the practice and all of the people employed, including Anne at reception and the friendly dental assistants.

In particular, Dr Berman was thorough and gentle in his approach, taking into consideration any pain or discomfort experienced. He gave a clear explanation of relevant concern, leaving me with an understanding of how to prevent further harm. I will definitely be returning to Dr Berman.

Fantastic experience: Juwt had the best cleaning in my life! My usual dentist resigned and I couldn't have made a better choice to move to these guys rather than stay at the old place with new staff. They are very professional and friendly, and quite a bit less expensive (a lot less expensive)

My children are on the autism spectrum and can experience sensory sensitivities and anxiety about dental treatment but Dr Lits and his dental assistant Julie always put my children at ease with their extremely calm and professional demeanours. Dr Lits explains what he is doing each step of the way and is very gentle and kind.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing team! Starting with Anne, at reception, she's always friendly and helpful... it's a delight to see her! Juhi, the dental assistant is caring and softly spoken, she always makes me feel calm and well looked after. Finally, Dr. Lits is the only dentist I would trust with my teeth. He's relaxed, loves a chat and always has the tunes playing. Contrary to what others may associate with visiting the dentist, I often leave Dr. Lits feeling calmer and happier than I did prior to my visit. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Fantastic experience: The best most thorough clean I've ever had. I never thought I would rate a dentist 5 stars. But I came in with coffee stains on my teeth and left with them looking the best they've ever looked. They took their time with the clean and were more thorough than I've ever experienced with any other dentist, my teeth were white than they'd ever been! They also talked me through the process and what they were concerned about or focusing on. I felt really looked after, will definitely be coming back!
