All the staff were so friendly & helpful I was even given a discount for being a first time customer. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Complete Dental. From the moment you walk in all the staff are friendly and accommodating. Anna the receptionist always has a smile and no question is too much trouble. The dental care is first rate, reasonably priced and the facilities excellent. Antonia the dentist and nurse Alice are fantastic very kind and caring and I have had quite a bit of work done including crowns. Would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely place! I had a terrific experience with Dr Antonia Lam who was just fantastic. So thorough, gentle, sensitive and obviously incredibly intelligent. Great staff working in all aspects of the business and I'll be very pleased to become a regular client. Big thumbs up and recommend to everyone. Particularly for families as Antonia apparently has a particular interest in children which it's so easy to envisage. Antonia and her colleagues also offer consultation in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean as well as English obviously which is just great. Highly recommend to all!

Negative experience: Great dentist. But the older woman at the reception desk and answering the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. Certainly not a trait you would expect someone in that position to have. I thought it might have just been a bad day and a one off but every encounter I have with her makes me feel horrible and unsure of myself. Definitely not worth the great dental work to be talked to like trash on the way in and out.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chris Frost has been our family dentist for at least 12 years. He is an excellent dentist, very thorough, professional and caring. We have recently been seeing Dr Antonia who is also wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and very gentle. From the moment you make an appointment with the lovely Anna you are put at ease and the entire process is relaxing and not at all stressful. Highly recommend this dental practice.
