Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth which had been very painful. It was repaired very well and the pain vanished. On top of that I thought my health cover would pay for the procedure, but when I came to pay, there was a gap and I didn't have sufficient funds available. I was offered a discount to the level I could pay which was extremely generous. I intend to pay the shortfall when I am able.

Negative experience: Their booking system is absolutely terrible. I booked online and then when I turned up to my appointment after rearranging things for my kids to be looked after, was told I had no appointment because sometimes the appointments don’t go through to them if they’re made online. The lady said someone was meant to call me to let me know I had no appointment the previous day, but they obviously didn’t get time. Really disappointed in the communication as It’s not easy to get to the dentist with two little kids. Will not be rebooking with them in the future.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed that my teeth checkup and clean did not involve a teeth polish or scale with the regular hand scaler instrument. My teeth have been cleaned before, and they always scale and polish them. The appointment was lightning quick. I'm not going back to Pacific Smiles ever again.

Negative experience: These people are good con artists. They would give unclear information when you ask them about your insurer is having a tie up with them for no gap dental. Very similar pattern that you would find while dealing dodgy people overseas. After the procedure has been completed, they will ask you to pay for all of it and you are left to deal with your insurer. Stay away from these people.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Al-Saeed twice now and it has been the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. He is honest and transparent, and will proactively offer options that balance your oral health with keeping costs down. I have ADHD and am sensitive to noise, and this is the calmest dental environment I’ve seen - even for my first filling. Dr. Al-Saeed regularly checked in to make sure I was okay and didn’t need a break. Highly recommend booking here.

Negative experience: I'd love to provide you a review of their dental service but unfortunately due to the "Smiles administration" Im unable too. - Early August I rang and made an appointment for 30 Oct. - Early Oct received a call from Smiles Admin that my appointment date of 30 Oct was now not available and I'd have to book another time; - Given a new appointment (06 Dec) date by Smiles Admin; - Contacted on the morning of 30 Oct and told sorry your new date 06 Dec is also now not available. - Pacific Smiles then told me I could have my original booking (which they cancelled) which was in 15-minutes time if I wanted it. I explained I was over an hour away in the CBD and couldn't make this booking in 15-minutes, and it was Pacific Smiles who'd cancelled it the first time.. - Told ok sorry we can't fit you in this year then, and bye. Fairly appalling administration by Pacific Smiles, and I'ii look at another dentist to use.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice in Feb (before COVID-19) to get a mouth guard for boxing. My dentist was Mohammad Alsaadi and he was absolutely fantastic, very professional and friendly. My mum, sister and my young nieces also went for check ups and other teeth related stuff and the service was equally as fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Perfect service and professional
Negative experience: Dentist nor anyone else advised my partner that teeth extractions while pregnant should wait until second trimester. Dentist was advised she was 8 weeks pregnant, and he proceeded to extract 3 teeth that could have easily waited the extra 4 weeks. As a direct result of this action and lack of information we have lost bubs
Fantastic experience: Having lots of trouble with some dentists prior to visiting Pacific Smiles, I find their advice honest and trustworthy and their care is excellent.
Fantastic experience: Great service. Very accomodating. I found the prices to be very reasonable and competitive. The dentist was respectful and informative. I'd say the ambience is great. Clean office and not noisy.
