Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Lillian and her team! She is incredibly professional and takes the time to talk you through every step of the procedure and all your options, which really helps you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. Both Dr. Lillian and her assistant were wonderful—friendly, patient, and caring throughout my visit. The ladies at reception were just as lovely, always smiling and providing such a warm, welcoming service. I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience—highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m currently a patient with Dr Rose Allen and I cannot speak more highly of Dr Rose Her ability, care, compassion and professionalism is second to none. She always thinks past the problem to fix why it happen and truly investigates how to prevent it happening again. There is always a fear factor when it comes to Dentists but fear not when booking in with Dr Rose All staff are also very professional and very welcoming

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Jaccarini. I have the worst dental phobia ever, yet after meeting Dr Jaccarini for the first time, I can now confidently attend the dental surgery without anxiety or a panic attack. I happily travel 45 minutes to go to the dentist now. The absolute best dentist I have ever dealt with. Kind, gentle, personable and a master of his craft. All the staff at Mt Barker are great !!

Fantastic experience: Amazing from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted and promptly attended to by reception staff, then had a short wait before seeing Dr Rose Allen. Dr Allen and her dental assistant took great care to listen to my teeth / jaw issue before conducting a thorough examination and suggesting a suitable treatment pathway. I felt listened to, cared for and treated very professionally!

Both were so reassuring, explaining the whole procedure and options. Locally anaesthetised. So gentle and professional. I’ll come back to be treated by you both.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient, affordable professional and communicative this very modern practice is so different from old fashioned stereotypes. Without being silly, it is almost, almost a pleasure now to get dental care at Littlehampton. In 60 years, the very best dental clinic I have encountered. I wqrote this some time ago and I haqve not changed my mind at all. It is the best!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience here, Highly recommended. Normally terrified of the dentist but these guys have been incredibly professional and human on both occasions. Brilliant first experience in the chair with Steve and amazing phone follow up with Dr Jonathan. It’s a nice change not feeling anxious thinking about my next appt.

Negative experience: Poor anaesthetic practice which was bordering malpractice. After a poor treatment was made to take time off work to have a follow up appointment at the cost of me only to be told it’s too complex and handballed to a specialist, couldn’t done that over the phone with no loss of work. No consideration for pain relief either.

Fantastic experience: I would very much recommend Littlehampton Dental, the staff are all very lovely and Dr Rose is an absolute joy. I’m petrified of the dentist, however I was patiently put at ease and really well looked after.

Best dental surgery I've been to I In 40 years. Professional yet friendly. Efficient but relaxed. Pay attention to detail. Don't even feel feel the injection...all round brilliant service

Fantastic experience: The practice is super clean, prompt and extremely professional in every step of their process. Their recommendations and workmanship were above expectation. (could afford a part clean but freshened the entire area) I also felt the people involved actually listened to my requirements and implemented a manageable plan for myself. This practice has gained my trust again, which i am grateful for, so are my teeth and my smile.

I was very impressed with how Rose was able to show me each of my teeth on a screen and her recommendations of treatment. Rose and Aaron worked well as a team and my teeth felt really clean after Aaron cleaned them.

Fantastic experience: I'm a nervous patient but Rose and the girls at Littlehampton Dental are just amazing. I've had many visits this year and every time Rose has taken the time to explain exactly what is happening and never rushes. All the staff are so friendly (shout out to Taylor on reception) and welcoming. If you're after professional, friendly and dedicated care then this is the practice for you. They are great!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I don’t leave many reviews but I felt compelled because I just want anyone reading this to know how good of an experience this was. I normally hate going to a dentist and just feeling like you’re an appointment. However, the hygienist seemed genuinely interested in talking to me about how I treat my teeth and what I care about. I’m pretty vain so they put me onto some whitening trays. They told me of issues I may have on the horizon so I’m not expecting and nasty surprises next visit. Very glad to have a new dentist and practice I can rely on. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jonathan Choong is my regular dentist and I highly recommend him. Over the years, he has provided me with excellent dental care, from fixing up a painful broken tooth, to teeth whitening for my wedding and general check-ups. What I appreciate most about his approach is the level of care and meticulousness he applies towards his treatments. He’s professional and well presented, yet still relaxed and friendly and certainly knows how to make a patient feel comfortable!

Negative experience: What happened? My 88 yr old mother was referred to an Endodontist for root canal work. I wanted to get some alternative quotes on the work. I emailed the quote from the Endodontist to Mt Barker Dentists and had the associated xrays sent to the organisation, so they could quote on the work. A written quote supplied without specifying the doctor's name. We accepted the quote and arranged an appointment to complete the work believing the person who accepted the work was qualified to do it and competent in carrying out such a procedure. When and where it happened? 5/2/2019. Mt Barker Dentists, 15 Victoria Cres, Mount Barker SA 5251 When did I become aware of the problem? At the appointment when Dr Waldock opened with: "It's a tricky tooth. I don't know if I can do the work." The main issues I am concerned about: This dentist is quoting on work she is not even sure she can successfully carry out. She said she was happy to numb up my mother and "take a look". My mother was not there to get a 3rd opinion; she was there to have the infected tooth disinfected. As Dr Waldock already had the list of work required - the written consultation from the Endodontist - and the accompanying xrays, there was no need to numb up my mother to take a look. I felt that the dentist was just trying to financially take advantage of my mother. When we walked into the room the dentist claimed she had only just looked at the xrays and was not sure if she could carry out the work; to which I responded that there was no point in us being there. Dr Waldock then responded saying that's why she was cheaper than a specialist. I was never informed she was not a specialist in the area of root canal work. I assumed that if dental practitioner quotes on work, as per an endodontist's written consultation/quote, that the person accepting the work can ACTUALLY DO THE WORK! It makes no sense to me how a dentist can quote on work AND arrange an appointment before looking at the xrays! She wasted 2 hours of our time travelling to and from the surgery to be told she was not sure if she could do the work. If this dental practitioner is either unqualified and/or incapable of completing such work she may be putting the public at risk (as well as being unethical by trying to financially take advantage of an aged person).

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental clinic for many years now....15? In all that time , I have found the Drs here to be both professional and personable in their approach. They give me sound advice and material/information that is relevant to my situation. Now in a brand new building, I would recommend this business to you as your next phone call when any dental issues arise.

I was given time to ask questions, discuss my concerns and receive a very high standard of dental care with the use of impressive technology. Her persistence with exploring options for my care has not gone unnoticed and is something I sincerely appreciate. I have since booked in my husband and children to see her. The reception team are helpful and friendly. A very high standard dental service worth visiting.

Mum & Dad have built a beautiful practice in Mt Barker, with care, a love for the dental profession you rarely see & respect for each individual patient that crosses their threshold. This reflects in their associate dentists & the amazing team working at Mt Barker Dentists. It is my chosen practice for my own dental care, even though I live in Sydney. Well done everyone!

Fantastic experience: After having had bad experiences with dentists over the years it was with some trepidation that I went to see Dr Steve Ivetts for some much needed dental work I found him to be a reassuring personality and was able to relax while being treated. He paid attention to my nervousness and took time to ensure I was comfortable with the treatment I was receiving. My young son has no hesitation jumping in the chair to have his teeth checked after watching mum and dad being treated. This practice is very much a family friendly dental practice.
