Negative experience: In February of this year, I went to this clinic because a dental prosthesis I had done in my home country broke. I went in for a temporary solution—a filling. Initially, the filling was poorly adjusted and fell out just two months later. I returned to the clinic to request a warranty repair, and they placed a new filling over a tooth that already had decay. Unfortunately, the procedure was even worse: the filling was smaller than the tooth, leaving a gap where food would get trapped. Now, at just 17 years old, I find myself in a difficult situation, urgently searching for an endodontist to try and save my tooth. The poorly performed procedure was done by Dr. Khoshamadi. I’m sharing this experience in the hope that the quality of service improves and that young patients like me are taken more seriously.
