Fantastic experience: This practice (Dr Ashu) is absolutely amazing... I only recently decided to get my kids into a new dental practice. I had my son who's 10yo get into another practice the day before, but we only had enough time to get a plan up and running and I had to book him in for another time to start on the procedures. I had booked my daughter in to this practice for the following day as I could not get them both that night. My son came into her appointment with me. Usually- taking my kids to the dentist sparks my anxiety just as much as it would theirs, as they don't take to them very well at all. Not even half way through watching my daughter get her fillings and Fischers done, my son leaned in and asked if I could bring him in to get his teeth done at this practice instead. Once we left, I instantly called the other dentist & cancelled his appointment! For the first time EVER we were all sitting there so calmly. Not once did my kids have to raise their hand to tell her to stop or that they needed a break, nor did I see their legs or feet jolt up like I always have at some stage through their appointments at the other dentists on multiple occasions. The dentist here is absolutely phenomenal, she is so calm and relaxed, she takes her time to explain everything she was going to do to the kids before she started so they new what to expect, & it made a world of difference... my kids love her! She is constantly mindful of the little ones, and always stops to ask them how they are doing and if they want a break. We had to return the following day to get my sons second crown put In as the first one took a little longer then expected, but without hesitation he was more than happy to go back and get it all finished! I never thought taking my kids back to the dentist would be so easy, for them and as well as for me! I HIGHLY recommend this dentist, as I also told my sister about them who will now be bringing her 3yo here for her 1st check up.

It's not only her skills and professionalism that I greatly appreciate, but also her friendliness and the time she takes to explain things. She is willing to take her time to ensure you have full understanding of your treatment plan, and she checks in regularly throughout your procedure to ensure you are ok. Her team are also very friendly and professional. I was a previous patient of a large dental practice (health insurer) who did not demonstrate the same level of attention and care.

Fantastic experience: My mother was having trouble with her wobbly dental bridge. Dr. Ashu examined my mom's teeth structure carefully, cleaned the bridge thoroughly and fixed it back. It has been more than a month now and my mom hasn't had any trouble and she is happy to be able to eat food comfortably. Not only Dr. Ashu provided the immediate fix but also gave suggestions on a permanent solution for the issue. She takes her time to thoroughly explain what is going on with your teeth and what your options are. I’ve been seeing Julia for fifteen years on the recommendation of a friend and always walk away knowing that I have received the very best treatment and advice. The first time I saw Julia was when I was requiring an extraction which caused me intense anxiety. I had already consulted with several dentists, including a specialist and none could offer a suitable solution. Julia was the only dentist who suggested a relatively easy and inexpensive fix, (without the need for a denture) and this made the whole process much more bearable. I have been treated by Julia on several occasions at this dental clinic, and the reason I continue to return to her is that she is one of the most skilled dentists I have encountered since I first saw her a few years ago. With each appointment, she ensures that everything is thoroughly explained, and she meticulously checks and double-checks each procedure. I am impressed by her attention to detail and the manner in which she conducts the surgery. The most significant point I want to emphasize is her ability to manage the entire procedure painlessly. This includes the administration of the anesthesia, which is often a source of anxiety for patients. While there may be some discomfort as the anesthesia wears off—a normal expectation—I am genuinely grateful that my wife and I have Dr. Julia Boecksteiner taking care of our dental needs.
