Negative experience: This is the second time I’ve turned up for an appointment only to be told it had been cancelled. The appointment was booked the day before and I even confirmed, but that was disregarded as it was “after hours.” Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Zero regard for patients. I won’t be returning.

Shaylee explained everything in detail and made me aware of things my previous dentist had missed. Very glad I have found her and I will continue to see her moving forward!

I would rate her amongst the top three dentists I have encountered over years. She has a light and precise touch, knowledgeable, caring and also gives valuable advice on patient specific dental care. Negative experience: We’ve been going to Pacific Smiles for about a year and went through 2 or 3 different dentists in that time. The turnover is huge, and it really affects the quality of care. The staff are often rude and not very professional. Every visit felt rushed and impersonal. There are plenty of other dental practices that are much better than this one. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Chandra, l've been seeing her for many years and don't dread going to the dentist anymore. She is professional and friendly but also her technique is great! I recently saw another dentist as she was away and it reminded me why l used to hate the dentist. Dr Chandra is always gentle but detailed with her cleaning, l could almost could fall asleep half the time. Also the receptionists here are always so easy to deal with.

The dentist Dr Chandra was amazing, very professional and kind. The prices are very reasonable also. She didn’t say I needed things done that I didn’t need. If I could give 50* I would. Negative experience: Customer service follow up is inadequate. I reported a dental issue with staff and this involved a fairly routine filling. I emailed to complain of pain after the filling. Reception called me back to try and reschedule an appointment to rectify the issue. They tried to fit me in urgently the next day. They had to end the call to make inquiries with a dentist. They never called me back despite the pain I told them I was experiencing.

Negative experience: I had been with Pacific smiles bondi for years but do not know what happened to the reception team on 2023 and there were not organised. I was booked for an appointment and when I got there (on time) they had closed the shop. No notification, no answer to emails nothing. I am happy I changed to a ni dramas place. Dentist were good I have to say.

Fantastic experience: Dr Clare Hoy was absolutely fantastic in listening to my needs, discussing alternative options and supporting my decision on how I wanted to treat my broken tooth. Negative experience: Do not go here, always a different receptionist that are not trained, really bad service. Once booked me in for an appointment sent me a confirmation text and when I went there they were closed never apologised. Multiple times tried to charge me for things without telling me in advance. When I asked for my files to be transferred to another dentist as I no longer want to go there still have not got them after many times back and forth

Negative experience: My experience with the Bondi pacific smiles has been a ridiculously frustrating one. Their manager must be extremely busy, as they are always on a call or out of the store when you want to speak to them, and will never return a call. The customer experience email address provided to me, is yet to be responded to. I was constantly mislead by the staff and nothing has been resolved almost two months later. They failed to resolve a payment issue, a mistake made by their team. Unprofessional and rude.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this clinic twice in the last 6 months. First was a general check up and clean and everyone is so lovely and friendly. I get extremely anxious going to the dentist yet the entire team make that go away. My second visit, I had a wisdom teeth removed, in the chair which was so daunting. I cannot remember Dr’s name (so sorry!) but he continued to check in on me and made me feel so safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Every interaction I have had from phone calls, to greeting on the desk, everyone is just so beautiful. Thank you again guys! Your warmth of customer service goes such a long way!!

Fantastic experience: This has been the most INCREDIBLE dental experience I have ever had!!! I have the most horrific dentist phobia and I called ahead to let them know and even from the first phone call they were incredibly understanding. Pri, Ronika and Arati could have not been more caring, sweet and helpful. Every step of the way they were so patient and reassuring. Pri thank you so incredibly much for this amazing experience ❤️
