Fantastic experience: A few days ago, I visited another dentist because of severe tooth pain, but unfortunately, he couldn’t figure out the real cause and even suggested removing the wrong tooth. Luckily, he was too busy to proceed, and I was still in pain. That’s when I came to Manor Lakes Dental, and I’m so glad I did. Fantastic experience: Just a quick comment on Manor Lakes Dental. Endorsed by my Health Fund. An all female team . They are probably my most important health care provider. I suffered from Bruxellism for over 30 years before it was diagnosed. This means I have lots of fillings. I constantly have to have cosmetic dentistry as those fillings degrade. Prethi is a superstar. Her skill means so much for my self esteem. Trust me , the toothless look doesn’t do much for your self esteem. Manor Lakes team are like family to me!

Fantastic experience: Had a smooth, welcoming and overall amazing experience today with Dr Preethi! Welcomed warmly by the receptionist, no wait time and seen immediately by Dr Preethi and her dental assistant. Told them I needed fillings and was under a budget and Dr assessed my teeth and explained a plan to get my smile back to new, whilst also staying within my budget. I was super anxious for the fillings but the warm and empathetic environment reassured me, they talked me through each step and comforted me, gave me a stress ball to squeeze while also allowing my friend in the room as emotional support. Whole ordeal was finished in 40 minutes. 2 vaneer fillings with assessment and quote for further treatment cost $400, they also offer Afterpay which makes it more manageable in the current economy. Extremely happy with the results, prices and service, I strongly recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: My first time coming to see Dr Yesha Thahur, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable and cared for, I had a broken filling that was infected and she explained the whole procedure that needed to be done and further treatment to fix it. She really is the best dentist I have ever seen and to put into perspective as to how good she is, before coming to Manor Lakes Dental Care which was my second opinion, I had an appointment a week earlier at a dentist at Werribee plaza and was not given any help, no pain relief, no antibiotics, and they did not fix the broken filling leaving a nerve exposed and me in extreme pain. They only gave me a referral to a clinic in Melbourne, after a week of no sleep and pain I saw Dr Yesha Thahur and her assistant Chloe, they fixed my tooth and now I am pain free, 10/10 AMAZING SERVICE I am booking my root canal and further treatments with Dr Yesha

Negative experience: Inexperienced and greedy dentist. My dad went in for a consultation because his gum was swollen and the dentist named preeti did a xray and couldn’t find anything so asked him where it hurts by testing and hitting his teeth he said it doesn’t hurt anywhere and her reply was “I think we have to remove your wisdom teeth” a supposedly experienced dentist saying “I think” should’ve been the first red flag. However my father said it doesn’t hurt anywhere but he’s not experienced in dental work and couldn’t have known better and she proceeded to remove his teeth keeping in mind he’s above 50 years and an experienced dentist would know the possible effects of removing a tooth for an elderly man. My father now has severe infection and his lymph nodes are hardened we had to admit him into Footscray hospital last night as his throat was swollen and he couldn’t eat for two days and has possible pus which means he might need surgery. We called the dentist and she just referred him to a specialist. Incredibly frustrating and physically and financially painful for my father. For future clients please don’t go on the reviews, they tend to remove the real feedback.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited as a patient and was very happy with the service I received. All the staff were friendly and the facilities were very clean and well-presented. Dr Preethi Venugopal was gentle and took time to explain everything she was doing to ensure I felt comfortable,Not only they have taken great care of my health, but also they are lovely to speak with at every appointment.They try to make me feel as comfortable as possible.I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I was told $75 for cleaning, then when I said private insurance, they said there ll be additional fee charged $180. Okaish treatment, just for 15mins of general treatment 390$ charged. Do not recommend this place. Treatment was just a cleaning and fissure sealants.

Sorry that you felt disappointed.
Since when you made the appointment for your child, you didn’t mention you had private health insurance and hence we quoted $75 which is a new patient child package without insurance.
At your appointment, you mentioned you have private health insurance and wanted to use it that day.
We explained to you before the treatment that we have to abide by private health insurance fees, also discussed the treatment and cost involved and quoted with your insurance card, following which you verbally consented for the treatment and were happy to proceed.
The total cost you mentioned is for exam/ clean/ fluoride and 4 fissure sealants. Out of which you paid only $85 as a gap.

Fantastic experience: Visited this place today to consult with Dr. Uday Nagarkar who is specialist in homeopathy medicine. He is very nice doctor, will listen you carefully and the medicines he gives is very effective. I will recommend him and five star rating for him. Also other dental services are good at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional dentists. I had my tooth extracted. After the x-ray, they gave me 2 options, root canal treatment and extraction, and told me the pros and cons of both procedures. I chose extraction and paid a total cost of $172 including x-ray. The tooth was extracted without surgery, which normally raises the total expense. Excellent service provided. Would definitely recommend this.
Fantastic experience: I have great experience from Dr shama. She great dentis. Look after my whole family. After 4 bad experience from other dentists luckily I found her. I drive hour and half to see her. But it worth it. Thanks for all help.

Fantastic experience: Moving over here I was deeply concerned about finding a good honest dentist after having a family dentist. I was lucky enough to find this place. Lovely staff, great prices and no suggestion of unneeded work like others I have attended. It shows they are all about the individual and not just about how much money they can put in there pockets at the expense of the customer.
