Fantastic experience: I had a broken molar and went for tooth extraction 3 weeks ago. I'm very happy with the service. Dr Deepali is a fantastic dentist. She is gentle, compassionate and has great communication skills. She made me feel at ease from beginning til the end by giving me lots of assurance and telling me what to expect before each procedure. I must say that I didn't experience pain at all in the entire process. I didn't even need painkiller after local anaesthetic wears off. Thank you Dr Deepali.

Fantastic experience: I came in to get a filling done and after the numbing wore off, there was an unusual sensitive pain. They were able to fit me in the same day to come in and sort it out. Super friendly and professional. And yes the varnish does taste like caramel banana Thank you Jordan and the team!

Fantastic experience: Just got home from my daughters (2 year old) dentist appointment and we had the best visit. From start to finish everyone was lovely to speak to and all took the time to talk to my daughter which she loved. Special mention for Dr Neilan and his assistant in the room- my daughter barely noticed I was there once she was in the chair with you both! She had a ball and I'm sure she will be telling everyone about it for quite some time! She especially loved that her teddy's were able to get there teeth checked too From a mum that was a little anxious to be taking her to the dentist you made the whole thing so easy, thank you!

Negative experience: Everyone who works here are so lovely, nothing against this practice but please start sending out reminders to appointments. I just rang needing to book an appointment about my wisdom tooth, haven’t been to this practice since June-July 2023 and they said they couldn’t treat me due to their policy because I’ve “missed 2 appointments”. The first one I rang about because I was sick and they were understanding which I don’t understand how that was the “first strike” as it was something regarding my health. The next appointment I made I must’ve completely forgot about because they told me verbally and by the time my appointment came round I had completely forgot. Send a text reminder or even ring earlier that day to confirm the appointment, I know it’s my responsibility, but it’s also your responsibility to make sure everyone is turning up, Send or call about confirmation.

Fantastic experience: We visited today for a family checkup. 12yr, 10yr and 3yr olds :) Deepali and her team saw the boys one straight after the other. They were great with all three boys, explained what they were doing and why. Very patient and just generally lovely. Will definitely be going back to Deepali.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from the whole team, both my son and I were in for a checkup and clean and Doctor Deepali was really patient and gentle. The practice manager Karri went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for and had a great sense of humour. We even scored Doctor Jordan as our receptionist. Fantastic experience: I have a big fear of going to the dentist and always thought there was something wrong with me with being so sensitive to the sound and feel of many dentistry tools used. Everything was chatted about and explained to me. So much care and understanding was taken with me and so nice to be listened to and understood as medically there are reasons for my sensitivity. Today was just a chat and a familiarity with it all and I have booked in to have a clean done using some special numbing cream to assist. Thank you for being so caring, so kind and so patient. Definitely, definitely, definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: We have only recently moved into the Madora Bay Area 4 months ago from the Eastern States. My wife has a few dental problems and was a bit hesitant about who to go to for dental work. We settled on Lakelands Family Dental and could not have made a better choice. The team from Reception to the Dentist, Dr Deepali Mistry, and nurses were very welcoming and friendly and put my wife’s (Veronica), mind at rest.

She explained everything thoroughly and made him feel comfortable throughout the appointment, which helped alot with his anxiety. Every other dentist appointment I've attended elsewhere felt rushed, this was very relaxed and she spent a significant amount of time with him. We will definitely be returning, thanks again!

They gave me a quote for optional treatment if I should decide to go ahead. Gave me really good advise and I am happy to make this my regular dentist. Definitely recommend

I don’t have health insurance which made the reasonable rates a pleasant surprise. Both girls have asked if they can go to the dentist every day. We have booked girls in for 6months time & booking ourselves for check ups too. The surgery was welcoming, clean, spacious & modern. Glad that we have found a great practise soo close to home.

Fantastic experience: Looking for a friendly caring dentist. You can’t go past the new dentist surgery in Lakelands shopping Centre. From the reception when my husband Philip walked in to the treatment from Dr Deepali Mistry was a very pleasant experience all around and to have them at our door step is a real bonus. Gone are the days we put off going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I visited Lakelands Family Dental for the very first time on 8/4/21, from the minute I stepped into the clinic it looked very neat clean and tidy.I felt immediately welcomed by the friendly smiling receptionist, I was handed the necessary forms to complete and on time Dr Deepali ushered me into the surgery and first explained in detail what procedure she was about to perform, after the initial examination and xray, Dr Deepali was very thorough and explained in every detail what my problem is and what is required of me to fix it. It turned out that the receptionist doubles up as the Dr asistant. The whole atmosphere in the clinc is friendly warm and welcoming, I recommend it very highly.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a dentist for over 20years because it truly was a slaughter house! BUT, I'm very happy to have walked into the Lakelands Family Dental.. Nicole was straight away welcoming! She managed to book us in with Deepali whom also was warm and welcoming. These two are great and make an excellent team.They both were patient with my 3yr old during his consultation, which was quickly done and Deepali had made it fun for him :) During my consultation Nicole watched my son so I could complete my appt.
