Fantastic experience: From someone who has avoided dentists forever I felt completely calm and looked after. Communication and follow up care is great. Special shout out to Dr Michel and Jacinta, thank you again.
Positive experience: Good offer can cover all the repayment. BUT I don't have a job I am 71 yrs this month. Everyone because we dont work the answer is no. My husband paid $6500 on hearing aids 3mths ago but we got financial e for them. Fed up can not wear my dentures and my life is total pain when I have to go out.
Negative experience: Still no one trying to help people on Centrelink some of us on disability support pension can afford this option but we still ain't good enough to be treated thats un Australia
Negative experience: Do NOT use this company. Complete fraud and will rip you off your super! After driving along distance to see one of there doctors in Ballerat almost ripped off $37,000.00 after being drop down to supposedly $23,000.00 DO NOT USE THEM HONESTLY! DONT SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! And they never even messaged me back or anything. Like nothing AT ALL! Also they say that they have helped all of these people since 2010... I checked there austtalian business number and it wasn't registered until April 2011. Honest review of this company. If I could i could, I would leave my email here, to show you all the proof as this is disgusting to do to someone!
Negative experience: Ok I used these dentist in Brisbane at Wickham tce as I had to claim super to get my teeth done they where amazing so much that I continued using them i had dr nick who I cannot fault at all but just this last week I had my 6mth check up and found out that I had a completely different dentist to do the check up without being informed or option to change, to treat a patient let alone a human being without informing me that my dentist had change was the biggest insult in the world what u people have got to learn is that going to a dentist is like any other medical profession is you got to trust the person not just because it needs doing my experience with dentist has not been pleasant and to not be informed about change is too me you saying too bad too sad it’s insulting that u treat human beings like this but the person you offloaded me to was very good and will continue to use her as she put me at ease as I freak out at dentist and yes that does happen but please get your reception staff to communicate with the patients it’s not about it need doing it’s about trust with the dentist very sad this had Happened

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr Caroline and her assistant who were fantastic, reassuring and caring when recently having crowns fitted to the front teeth. It took awhile to make the decision and proceed following a sporting accident and I was quite nervous at the time but now i wished i had done it sooner as she did a great job with the temporary ones and made sure the crowns were a perfect fit! I an no longer self concious when smiling....thanks for being so attentive to detail and looking after me!
Fantastic experience: Just want to put a huge shout out to Dr Clint. Such an amazing human being. Practice manager Kiara you have been totally amazing throughout this whole process. I feel blessed that dental members Brisbane looked after me. Oh and Angus thankyou for my amazing teeth. Keep up the great work people.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dental practice after scrolling Facebook one night with bad pain from my teeth and stumbled upon an add for having your teeth removed and dentures done under compassionate release of super and I am so glad I did this the staff made the process super simple and were highly clear with all the steps I had the surgery today and can safely say wow amazing result worth every penny would highly recommend Clint and Angus to anyone who is looking for this sort of treatment

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist today for the first time and was really impressed. The facility was new and clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under half an hour and I the standard of care was exceptional.
Negative experience: Be careful deciding to not move forward with my plan after receiving a debt collection threat even though I was in front on my payments Was then and only then informed me that they are tacking $680 out of what I’d already payed I now have a legal battle to get my money refunded This company is only about money nothing els

Fantastic experience: From the minute I spoke to Jenn I was amazed at the efficiency of this lady . I had my dental plan approved and it was so simple . With my great fear for the dentist , the first thing I asked the dentist , that this scares the heck out of me . He assured me comfort and then took X-rays with these amazing machines that look right in your mouth , so he could see what was going on . He even said after the consult he would talk to other experts to see if he could even do it better . He came up with a plan that I had exactly hoped and I hadn’t even asked yet . It’s like he knew . From the ladies out the front to the dental nurse all amazing and again Jenn thank you so much . I’m actually looking forward to going to my next appointment on Thursday .
Negative experience: Be careful purchasing any plan off this company. I paid for a Dental Plan for years spending over $10000 To be denied the use of the plan. So basically spent 10k for nothing. Be careful, don't spend your money on any thing they offer.
Fantastic experience: It is my absolute pleasure to congratulate Dr Riaz Tegally for his professionalism, experience and customer service. I had a wrong diagnose by another dentist which may nearly resulted extracting one of my teeth. Not only Dr Riaz quickly diagnosed the issue in no time but offered very cost effective treatment. He is absolutely an excellent dentist and I wouldn't go anywhere for my dental work from now on. Thank you Dr Riaz, you are so wonderful.

There was a slight hesitation to discuss crowns and bridges, and I wonder if that was because they thought I couldn't afford it, despite having top level dental extras in my private health?

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life, promises made and happy to take my money but when I stopped the treatments and asked for a refund of what was left, they claimed a very small amount was left even though I still had multiple treatments, asked if a manager could call me to discuss never received any follow up from anybody and still no refund.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I chose this dental practice, not only are the premises spotless and hygienic, but my dentist (Dr Jenny) is absolutely amazing at her job, she is very understanding and efficient and fixed the huge gap between my front teeth where I am now happy and confident again to smile!
Fantastic experience: I've found my dentist really takes her time to ensure the work she is doing on my teeth is done right. She's very gentle and patient and checks her work. I'm getting a lot done at the moment and this is the first time I've gone back several times to the same dentist. The business is really good in terms of payment options too so you can actually afford to go! Staff are very friendly also.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made! The clear aligner package was the most affordable I found and the payment plan made it possible. The customer service and ongoing support has been above and beyond from the Springfield Lakes girls! So accommodating when I moved interstate mailing the aligners and teeth whitening to me aswell. Negative experience: The staff is very nice, but not efficient enough. Some dentists work professionally and make their work a painting, but not in this center. Moreover, the prices are not commensurate with the work as the work is normal and the prices are very high. I am not satisfied with the work
Negative experience: Not at all happy. Entered the $48 a week payment plan thing. This continued for months as well as a substantial “down payment” on site. These monies totalled $923.00 I phoned this dentist about 3 weeks ago. Was told “no you cannot get that money back, you have a balance of $210 you could use if you want work carried out but NO REFUND of this balance!” I explained to the woman on the phone my hours under covid have been reduced and I’m struggling. I’m also not happy that this dentist does not “follow up” with their patients wellbeing in regards to dentistry. I will be seeking advice on this matter. Overall shonky despicable service. I would recommend an extremely WIDE BERTH. Especially with expensive dentists. Take your hard earned money to a company that cares about their patients!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the office, I felt as welcome as I did when I went to my childhood dentist! The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Dr Nick Guthrie handled my case, wisdom tooth extraction, in a caring and professional manner from beginning to end! He walked me through exactly what we were going to do and completely put my mind at ease. Before I knew it, the procedure was finished with absolutely no pain and much faster than I had expected! I recommend Dr Nick and his staff to anyone who wants a dentist that genuinely cares about his patients!

Negative experience: Super disappointed with my last experiences with the Springfield Lakes team. I have spent over $4000 on aligners and a tooth implant and then after all of that I was told I would need another set of aligners (which was never mentioned to me at the beginning of my treatment) - My scan for my second set of aligners was in August 2019 - I have not had any communication from them. I called end September checking the status of my new aligners as ALL MY TEETH ARE MOVING from not having a retainer to wear due to this delay and the receptionist assured me she would call me back and I still have heard nothing. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.... Regret going to Springfield Lakes - no one wants last minute fees added after having already spent over $4k....

Negative experience: Signed up with Dental Members " Australia" on a payment plan. I got 7 mths into my treatment plan and had to relocate interstate for work. I was told that the only way to continue my treatment was to fly to Sydney or QLD as they are the only clinics they have even though they claim to be Australia wide. I told them that was unrealistic which i was then told i had to pay for the remaining treatment i hadn't even recieved or threatened with debt collection. There has been absolutely no care for my treatment as a patient at all. It is all about the money and no care for customer satisfaction or care at all. It is shocking to think this is a health establishment. All about scalability and not patient care. Happy to take this matter to small claims court.

Negative experience: Unfortunately will be finding a new Dentist. Constantly cancelling your appointment at the last minute or changing your appointment times without letting you know (first you know is you are texted a 'reminder' with a different time to what was booked over the phone). I'd say around 70% of my appointments over the last few years were cancelled/changed by this Dentist. Common cancellation reason is their Dentists are sick or unavailable. Used to get the same Dentist each time, now it's whoever and this changes at the last minute as well. No consistency
