Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with the whole team here. I had my wisdom tooth extracted today, and although its odd shape made for a longer process, Doctor Min and nurse Hannah handled it professionally and with ease. The cost was very very reasonable, and on top of that is also free aftercare. The receptionist is very proactive in her care, making the whole booking process easy. Cannot recommend this clinic enough for their competence, affordability and overall quality of care.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Dr Min and the team at Zest Dental enough. I had a wisdom tooth removed, cleaning and one filling put in. Dr Min talked me through everything so I had a very clear understanding of why it needed to be done and exactly what to expect. I felt zero pain during it all, and was as comfortable as possible. If you feel apprehensive about going to the dentist like me, this is absolutely the perfect place for you!

Dr Frank use the latest technology and techniques to create beautiful smiles, extremely pedantic with their work, focused on perfect results, and at the same time very friendly. Negative experience: Have been going to swan lamb dentist for over 25 years. Since the change of ownership the service is no longer the same. I normally enjoy the dentist but find the new staff to be very rough. Receptionist is quite rude and will often call multiple times to follow up when advised we will call them. Have just called to advise we will no longer be attending due to this and the receptionist was very rude, told me to look at google review, spoke over me to tell me the service I had previously received was not “correct” because I had a filling. I was told if I brushed my teeth every day there is no reason for dental procedures. Would not recommend zest dental under the new owners. If you would like to keep customers I strongly recommend reviewing the employment of your awful receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Min to have a tooth extracted. He was very thorough in explaining each step before commencing the procedure. When I noted that I had a fear of the dentist, both Dr Min and his assistant were very mindful of this and took extra time and care with the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Min to anyone that needs that extra little bit of care with their dental needs.

Negative experience: Zest dental has changed owner , if you have made a booking ring before hand to check appointment as the computer system consistantly will lose your booking.

Thank goodness I found Zest Dental and Dr Lam, the staff are so friendly and Dr Lam is so patient and is more than happy to Tash's the time to explain everything she is doing.... and she did everything with absolutely no pain!!!! Incredible. Very very impressed with the service and care that is provided.

Fantastic experience: Dr Heidi Reid has been treating me and my family over 4 years now. During the time, she did a root canal and the entire process was smooth, really less painful than I had imagined and more importantly the tooth has done well so far. She has been a really good dentist for my 9 yo as well. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Swann Lam highly enough. She is an amazing dentist. I have been going to her for years and she has looked after my teeth brilliantly. She is a perfectionist, is always concentrated on getting the best outcome for your teeth and really cares. She has just removed my adult braces after only 13 months and the result was unbelievable. I cannot believe these are my teeth! The clinic is so professional and I also highly recommend Dr Reid for cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Lam is the most skilled, caring and friendly dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. She has reconstructed a shattered tooth painlessly and beautifully in under twenty minutes, and even yesterday extracted a rotten wisdom tooth in no time at all. I've had zero pain or discomfort the day after the extraction and am ecstatic. Lam's assistant Charlie is also fantastic, showing great promise and care for patients. I am thrilled to recommend them both.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lam is 100% the dentist to go to for wisdom teeth removal. With both my sister and I Swann took the time to explain the procedure, was flexible with dates and post surgery called everyday to ensure the healing process was as comfortable as possible. I can not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I used to live in the west of Melbourne and have been attending the same dentist for over 15 years. I was hesitant to look for another dentist. Happen to meet Dr Swann Lan casually. Decided to try out Zest Dental. Well I can say that it was great experience for me. Dr Swann was very informative throughout the whole procedure. Made sure that I wasn’t experiencing any unnecessary pain, was very gentle (lets face it, one of the drills that all dentist use, feels like a jack hammer) and showed me photos of before and after which is important to me both in what needs to be fixed and how well it was fixed. I must mention that Dr Swann also has a wonderful, professional yet friendly team that support her and the practice.

Every one of Swan's people are expertly professional, efficient and fully informed of all useful leading edge developments in their areas. But that is only part of the story! From first contact at reception, through every technician and practitioner they are gentle, compassionate, patient and empathetic. After ten years of avoiding dentists like the plague I have, over the past few months, gone from being totally phobic to actually looking forward to my appointments. Fantastic experience: After losing breaking a section of tooth I required a crown restoration. I chose a “one visit” crown, which is a fairly new procedure. This was a great option, as it is not only cheaper but it is a simpler procedure, requiring one visit of approximately one hour. Dr Lam and staff make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience with their caring and cheerful attitude.

Fantastic experience: How can you say you loved it! Going to the dentist is not supposed to be something to love but Zest Dental work hard at making you feel good about going there. I have been a very satisfied patient of Swann Lam for many years. All the staff are always friendly and cheerful and most importantly very professional. Swann is not your average dentist ,she has continued to study and is always up with the latest techniques and products. Her skills are pretty amazing, I have had root canals , crowns and implants all of which are complex procedures .I would recommend Zest any day particularly if you have been putting off going to a dentist and you want to establish an ongoing relationship just like you would do with a medical Doctor.

Fantastic experience: My family has been attended by Dr. Swann Lam's expert dental services for over 15 years. Services that she performed for us include the basic check up, twice dental cleaning, crown, bridging and implant. We found she has a very good and well organised team. Most importantly is her thorough explanation about the dental problem and the appropriate treatment. For more complex dental problems, she recommends seeking advice from other dental specialists and provide referral when required. Alternative treatments options are offered and explained so we are fully informed prior to make our final decision. The clinic is very clean, hygiene and tools are properly sterlised. Always give dental helath advices and post operations instructions. She treats us not as patient but as a real friend.
