Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Lillian Damon at McClay Street Dental today, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome and took the time to really listen to my concerns, particularly my anxiety around teeth cleaning and dental visits. Lillian was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She put me completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. Her calm, empathetic approach made such a difference. If you feel nervous or anxious about going to the dentist, Lillian is absolutely the person to see. She’s created a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Huge kudos to you, Lillian, you’re fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Macleay Dental. Daniela (the DA) referred me, and I’m genuinely glad she did — Lili is an outstanding dentist. She took the time to walk me through everything clearly and made the whole visit feel really comfortable. The clinic also has an incredible view, which makes the appointment surprisingly relaxing. Wonderful team and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lil from Molar Baby was so knowledgeable and the most calm energy during my appointment. There was so judgement as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and she took such care and time to ensure I left happy and confident, with a proper clean and assisted me in getting a referral to look at another issue. I left with teeth 2 shades lighter and no more fear around going to the dentist regular! Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist for a while, and had serious nerves about going I had an appointment with Lil and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did she take the time to explain what each instrument did, she always checked in to make sure I was comfortable and erased any guilt about my time between appointments. I am so pleased I booked the appointment and will be referring everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: Lilian is very creative and has an excellent aesthetic eye. She did the adjustments for my composite bonding with great care, paying close attention to each individual tooth, and the result looks so natural. That level of detail is rare to find in Sydney. I also had tooth gems done, which was such a fun extra and beautifully finished. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lil is so great at what they do. The clinic is warm and comfortable and doesn’t feel too clinic-y. Lil ensures patients feel comfortable during treatment and is gentle and communicates what is happening. Since seeing them my teeth are whiter and stronger (and I haven’t done whitening treatment, just regular clean and polish with Lil). So much better than HCF dental centres! Thanks Lil!

She constantly goes above and beyond for me, making me feel at ease and comfortable, while delivering such a high level of care and professionalism. Not only is she so skilled at providing dental care, but she is also such a talented artist! She applied my tooth gems and did such an amazing job, I get compliments everywhere I go and am so happy with the application. She also took so much care of me when replacing fillings when she knew I was feeling anxious about the procedure. Lilz is super friendly and is very comforting throughout the process. She also does the prettiest tooth gems. Highly recommend this place <3 on top of that - such a good music playlist in the background curated by the talented dentist herself and watching documentaries about the ocean in your chair while your teeth are being checked up is a major plus!

Lily provided me with a synopsis of my teeth & gums and how I could better take care of them teaching me new cleaning techniques and putting me onto a great mouth wash to combat plaque build up & She also provided me with an Xray . All for a very fair price. See you in 6 months !

Negative experience: Poor customer experience - disapointing given the hype. Hygienist was invasive and didn't know what she was doing. Not returning - much better customer experience and cheaper elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Lilian was definitely the best dentist I've ever had... I could perhaps even go so far to say I enjoyed my appointment??!!? With dentists I've often found they do lots of things in my mouth but I never really know what's going on. But Lilian was so great at explaining everything. She also addressed some more holistic issues, like sleeping/breathing quality, stomach acid, brushing techniques and how they can affect my teeth. Even better, she made it very clear what everything would cost so there would be no bill shock at the end of the appointment. Just an all-round great gal. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: My opinion regards mostly American tourists. I have used Dr.Lilian Dayman services and I must admit I was pleased entirely. There is a lot of care and attention you are getting from the doctor directly, unlike the 5 min you are getting in the States. You are not "put on the heaviest guns" , the antibiotics, in this country unless absolutely necessary. I was a bit reluctant but the doctor seamed confident so I went with her advice. She fixed my infection. I would strongly recommend her as a reliable professional.

She listens to all of my concerns and answers all my questions with patience and professionalism. The space at Macleay is also so warm, inviting, and nicely decorated; I feel so comfortable there. Fantastic experience: Lily makes going to Maclay Dental relaxing beginning with the waiting room and oil burner, the new dental chair that lets her do X-rays in chair and show you what is going on at all times you remain at ease. To top it off she is the most gentle and gives you lip balm and plays the best playlist. I don’t know how you could top it.
