Fantastic experience: I walked in this morning with an emergency consult as got a terrible pain from chipped teeth, and then the receptionist sent me to the team with Dr Sol Park and her assistance. Their teamwork is amazingly terrific and efficient. I love the caring and detailed explanation from Dr Sol, she would explain every step for you and it made you feel safe, and confident in her skill. Her smiling and positive mentality can tell me how much she loves her job under pressure, she does care about her patients. She did check me out how the teeth shape after she polished. This is my first visit to this clinic, I love the TV screen over my head and I can enjoy a bit of Neflix time during the service. I highlyy recommend Dr Sol Park and her available days are Mon/ Tuesday/ Friday

Fantastic experience: 10 stars for this place! I highly recommend Dr. Carmen Leung. She’s incredibly professional and kind, especially for those of us who are scared of needles. To my surprise, it was the first time I didn’t feel any pain at all when she administered the anaesthesia! She also fixed a problem I’d been dealing with for years, which was caused by another dentist. Thank you, Dr. Leung!

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience at Meadowbank Family Dental. Dr. Carmen Leung was very professional, caring and friendly when she cleaned my teeth. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My partner and I had our wisdom teeth removal and it was a positive experience. At first I was anxious about the pain but Dr Carmen made sure I was well taken care of. The process went smoothly as it wasn't so painful as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend to have a dental visit here. One of my favourite dentist in Sydney!

She went through in detail measures of preventative dental and outlined a treatment plan for me. The TV on the ceiling is also a great addition to a positive customer experience. Fantastic experience: Even before the dentist open the dental clinic, he was very famous for his skill and kindness. Luckily, he opened the dentistry in Meadowbank and  I went with his son for orthodontic consultation and scaling. The hospital looked so clean and sanitary that my son didn't even know it was the dental clinic. To my son, this place seemed to be recognized as a place to watch Tayo Bus with a pretty, kind older sister.  I felt relieved. I went to the treatment first, I was nervous that my son would cry while I was being treated.  I was originally too scared to lie down on the dental bed and started sweating from then on, but I was able to watch Netflix during the treatment, so I was relieved and the doctor gave me kind explanations, which made the treatment easier. In the mean time, I really wanted to have a teeth straightening, but I was very worried because I thought it would be very painful, scary, and the orthodontic appliance would be inconvenient. I was only thinking about it, but after consulting with him, all my worries disappeared and I was able to decide to do it. When I came out of treatment, my son was having fun with receptionist.  It was so very fortunate.  Next, my son's treatment began, and the director treated my son gently.  After the treatment was over, the director gave my boy a cute toy as a gift. I was very grateful for the meticulous consideration of him and the receptionist. I used to be afraid of the dentist, but I went to the dentist once a month for 7 months.  Now when I look in the mirror, I keep smiling and looking at my well-groomed teeth, I feel proud that I did really well. The one thing I regret is that I had this good thing this late ... Thank you, Dr. JYP!

Fantastic experience: First off, the practice has quality staff, is clean, classy and just gives you confidence you are in good hands. I easily made an appointment via their website and was even advised of a cancellation in case I wished to be seen earlier, which I accepted. After not seeing a dentist for quite some time, I've had an excellent first time experience so far with Dr Carmen Leung. She's been friendly, clear, concise and professional with my dental work so far, including a tricky crown installation. They also offer a mini installment plan if you'd like to stagger payment if the invoice is more than you've budgeted, which is helpful if your dental benefit doesn't cover the work done for example. If you're looking for a reliable dental practice that you can trust, I can fully recommend giving MFD a go.

He is extremely empathetic and competent, and any questions and concerns I had were met with patience and professionalism. Every step of the process was explained to me before and after the procedure, which made me feel safe and relaxed. I think the price is quite reasonable, too. I can definitely recommend coming here if you need to have a wisdom tooth extraction!

Fantastic experience: The Meadowbank Family Dental clinic is highly professional and very attentive. Highly recommend Dr Jin Yong Park, performed my root canal treatment and crown very well.

Negative experience: Was quite disappointed with the level of service. My husband came in for an issue that the dentist fixed. Within a week, the issue reappeared and he went back for them to refix it. However, both times he was charged, as opposed to the issue being rectified as courtesy the second time because it wasn't done properly the first time. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: All staff are very approachable and easy to make discussions with. On top of this theyre working environment is very clean and have almost painless dental treatment. The parking there is 3 hours and is easy to park with, giving families and individuals all the time they need.

Fantastic experience: Most pleasant experience I've had with a Dentist in years. I had the pleasure of seeing Racheal twice who was very gentle and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. I also received a handy welcome/travel kit that was much appreciated :) Unfortunately I will be moving away from the area but if I am unable to find a better dentist I will definitely make the trip back here. I would highly recommend her to friends and family! The staff as well are very friendly :)

Fantastic experience: I pulled out a wisdom tooth a while ago here. I've been putting it off for some time as I had a traumatic experience with the other two that I extracted when I was younger, but couldn't anymore as xrays found the decay was getting larger. So glad that I had it out by Dr Park. It was done so quickly and painlessly. I was prepared for days' of pain and swelling but I had none!!! He is so gentle and lovely with my kids as well. So glad to have an excellent local dentist in the area. Thank you and we'll see you again for our next routine checkup!

I was so scared and nervous because I heard root canal treatment is so painful and expensive. Dr Park was extremely gentle and kind enough to calm me down and walked through detailed treatment plan and fee quotation which I was really happy with. My root canal is perfectly treated and don't have gum problem any more! Definitely recommend!
