We now have a family dental clinic we are all happy to attend as the staff are always so friendly and have a gentle approach.

Fantastic experience: As a rather nervous visitor to a dentist, my recent visit to Trinity Dental was made less difficult for me. Dr. Emma & her nurse Lyn were a very friendly & reassuring team, & mindful that i was a nervous patient, which was very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I have been to both Heathridge and Alkimos surgeries and can not say enough about the care and support I have received. As soon as I walk in I am made to feel comfortable and at ease by all the beautiful ladies. The treatment I have received has been amazing and I feel they take my concerns and wants seriously and do everything they can to accommodate me. The banter between myself and my care team is second to none and I always leave smiling ☺️

Fantastic experience: We have had two recent fantastic experiences at Trinity dental. The staff are all so amazingly kind and gentle and caring with the children, it feels like a skilled choreography to make the children feel seen and heard and their needs looked after, with the right words and tone and touch just when and where needed. This has eased away all anxiety and tension, even in complicated matters, and the children emerged happily from the practice. Huge appreciation to Dr Mildred and Sam, and Dr Kate and Lyn, and also the lovely receptionist.

Fantastic experience: From childhood experiences, I have always been a nervous patient. Only going to the Dentist when I really have to. So pleased I found this Dental practice. Dr Mildred is so lovely, caring and explains everything before she does any treatment. I even have a laugh with Mildred and her lovely nurse Sam. Sam is attentive, caring and makes you feel at ease. All reception staff are lovely. Would Definitely recommend this lovely practice

Fantastic experience: As a confirmed dental coward I had my first appointment a couple weeks ago. Dr Mildred was lovely and so gentle. She explained everything clearly And made me feel totally at ease (no mean feat!). I have my second appointment this week and am NOT shaking in terror!

Negative experience: Waited till mid treatment to discuss payment though i had prepayed but they couldn't find it on their system and now wont process my refund

Fantastic experience: I avoided dentists for over 20 years and my gum disease got steadily worse until it was classed as severe. I have been seeing Dr Mildred for my treatments, she is gentle and very calming during my appointments. I am happy to say my gum disease is now under control (it took a while). I'm so glad I found Trinity Dentist, I can't thank the team enough.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth that was badly damaged, I am also 22 weeks pregnant and I had the most wonderful experience at Trinity dental. The ladies where amazing and talked me through the whole process. My tooth was pulled out and I felt nothing , but relief that the problem tooth was removed. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a warm and friendly dentist

Negative experience: I went and made an appointment for a scale and clean and got a price for that with the Manager at the time, I explicitly said to her without private health I can only afford the clean. Once at appointment the dentist did an exam then took me off for x-rays, which I should have questioned at the time, but I assumed as I was clear and concise both at appointment time and when initially making the appointment about the affordability I could do. At the end I got a bill for nearly $400 . I was a patient at their Butler clinic and had great experiences and total transparency. This was in February of this year and since returned my old practice and whilst I reside in Heathridge would rather make the drive elsewhere. Very disappointed on the cost and felt deceived . I will say the service and dentist was good

Fantastic experience: My 7 yo daughter had a bad experience previously with the school dentist. We decided to try Trinity dental in Heathridge because she had multiple cavities. I was completely blown away! Both Mildred and Mandy were absolutely amazing!!!! They made her feel completely relaxed and at ease and were super patient and explained everything. Fantastic experience: The dentist that treated me here was very gentle & informative. The dental assistant was really quick & knew her job as well. I was extremely happy with the result. My teeth were really bad & I needed a ton of herd tarter removed along with five fillings. My teeth feel amazing now & I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. Take your kids there if you don't want them to be scared of a dentist. I can assure you that you will leave satisfied. Money well spent.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Trinity Dental as I was overdue for a clean and had some tooth pain. I personally get quite nervous and scared thinking about dentists, from going alot throughout my childhood. I came across Dr Mildred and she is just wonderful! It's not very often you find a good dentist that you are happy to go back too. Dr Mildred was so kind and gentle and she explained everything she did along the way. She takes care of you and makes sure you are comfortable which is a big thing when you're in that scary chair feeling vulnerable. Highly recommended the team here and Dr Mildred!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience here with my 8 year old girl. Dr Amanda Joazeiro is incredible with young kids. My daughter previously has been going to the hospital under GA as she won't let anyone even go near her and has major anxiety around dentists. So for her to get treatment done was such a relief. Not only that but the whole way home she was telling me how she has the best dentist in the world. Thanks Amanda! She even painted my daughters nails at the end. All the staff are just lovely.

Fantastic experience: For anyone who does or has children who struggle with mental health, insecurity, or anxiety about the dentist, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Dr Amanda is the most understanding, skilled, and kind dentist I have ever had. I have been avoiding going to the dentist for about a year and have always felt anxious about being judged at the dentist. Due to my struggles with mental health I was worried my teeth were in bad shape and was very afraid of judgement. After my appointment with Amanda I cannot recommend this dentist enough. They are not only judgement free, but are understanding, kind, and caring. Amanda and Trinity’s dental team made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They took excellent care of my teeth as well as ensuring I was okay throughout the process. Amanda would regularly check if I was okay throughout the appointment, encouraged me and reassured me, and told me to raise my hand if I needed a break at any point during treatment. She addressed every need, both physically and mentally, making me aware of all my options regarding ongoing or future treatments. I will absolutely be coming back to Amanda, she is my new dentist HANDS DOWN. Trinity dental is made up of compassionate, understanding and educated staff who will take excellent care of your teeth while also ensuring a safe, judgement-free environment. HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had my impacted wisdom teeth flare up with with infection hours away Perth, went to a ocal ED with no luck whatsoever called ahead to Trinity Dental@Heathridge & they found a way to slot me in not long after as they had a cancellation. All of the staff here were amazing to deal with, professional & friendly. I, like most don't like being in the chair at all however, after receiving the care I had here I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Special thanks to Dr. Mildred Ortiz Solarte for the gentle & quick procedure!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing practice, I see Dr Mildred, she is very kind, gentle and thorough at the same time highly recommend! My 3 year old recently saw Dr Amanda and we we're just blown away with how great she is with kids. Amanda and Laura the nurse have a way of getting them to cooperate, our daughters a little wriggler, but they managed to keep her attention an did a thorough check and clean. They explained everything to her step by step it was amazing so impressed!

Fantastic experience: I have been to the dentist quite a bit over the years after not looking after my teeth as a child. I have only ever come across 2 dentists that are really good and now I can add Doctor Mildred to that list. From the reception to having my tooth extracted, I was put at ease and the procedure was really quite painless. The doctor explained everything very clearly and was very clear on the after care. I went back to have the stitch taken out and hadn't even realised it had been done, she is that good. Very happy and will be going back for a check and clean.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience here with Dr. Mildred. She has such a calming presence that can really put a nervous patient at ease. I don't like needles, so Dr. Mildred gave me the option to remove my decay without numbing the area. I did not feel a thing. The admin staff and assistants are all very pleasant too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hira and Matt were beyond lovely today! Right from the get go I felt at ease, as Matt was so warm and friendly as he took me into the room! Everything was explained to me, including what they were doing, anticipated costs and what I need to do with regards to upkeep and my next appointment. I will be back for sure, have definitely never had such a nice time at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Background: I have severe, chronic mental health issues, mostly in the depression/anxiety field. Also a lifetime history of trauma at the hands of medical 'professionals' which now extends to any environment, or professional, that looks/feels medical (such as physio, dental, even some beauty clinics) On top of all that, I'm fat. Like super fat, so I get a lot of discrimination and a lot of denial of treatment because of my size. With all that said, I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Potts highly enough!! Potts and the nurse (I'm so sorry, I can't remember your name but, you had wicked hair and tatts) were exceptional in their ability to keep me calm and talk me through every single move they made. Dr. Potts made sure to explain every thing she did, how it would feel (I mean REALLY warn me, not just 'sharp scratch'), and why she was doing it. She also reassured me that I was handling it really well, even when I felt self-conscious about my anxiety. I walked in that clinic trembling and I left feeling like I was chatting with friends. It was an AMAZING experience (even though I'm down one tooth and have a hole in my jaw!) People have mentioned the cost and I honestly felt like it wasn't all that bad considering what was done and the excellent manner in which it was carried out. I had an exam, x-ray and tooth extraction and, all together, I paid around $380. Last time I went to the government subsidised dentist for an extraction, they charged me $75, had zero bedside manner, didn't bother loosening the tooth much before ripping it out and pricked themselves with the needle before injecting anaesthesia and still used the same needle. They hurt me, were rude and cold, didn't give a damn how scared I was and literally endangered my life! I'll keep paying the real professionals at Trinity Heathridge before I ever go back to the cattleyard style treatment I got from Warwick govt dentist! Worth every cent, from the moment I walked in the door! (Shoutout to the receptionist trying not to watch Friends. You were super welcoming and friendly and made that first step in the door less scary. Thank you, too)

Negative experience: After spending hundreds of dollars on X-rays only a few months ago I have been told they have done a software update & lost all records & I'm now expected to fork out hundreds again to get them redone. Not good enough, lack of customer service is appalling & rip-offs.

Fantastic experience: I recently made an appointment with this practice after being recommended through social media as I'd broken a tooth. Having been a dental nurse myself I was reluctant about service and cost, I cannot praise the dentist or the staff who looked after me highly enough......professional, caring and definately not ....yes NOT about the money. It had been 6 or so years since my last visit to a dentist back home in Scotland but the dentist here simply looked to repair my broken tooth the rest was entirely up to me, I requested an exam to and a scale and polish. I was blown away that for the first time in my experience I could actually trust a dentist to do work that is required and nothing more. Would definately recommend without hesitation.

Negative experience: I don't normally give reviews but my short interaction with the receptionist/"manager" was so bizarre that feel compelled to say something. We have no option but to put our trust in dentists because it's a specialist field so when a dentist outright lies about EVERY question I presented her with you have to then worry about what else they are lying about and how qualified they really are! I was bamboozled by the miriad of Iies she told but the most telling about why this dentist told lies became very apparent that the lies are based on monetary gain! One of my questions was simple... I simply asked if they had a cone beam scanner and what would the charge be and she outright lied saying there were only 2 clinics in the whole of WA who had one. This is totally incorrect because, while getting quotes, I've found MANY clinics who have them! What an odd thing to lie about. After stumbling yet still with an air of authority she said that they oare affiliated with only 2...in other words, they get the monetary kickback for referring patients there. I felt this staff member was totally out of line and her lies were damaging the businesses reputation so I called back and spoke with the same person and politely asked to speak with her manager. She then "spat" back the she is the manager! So many people rely on the honesty and accuracy of information from doctors, dentists, specialists etc. This is clearly an extremely dishonest business! Many would believe her lies not realising any different. That is so sad!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dalwadi is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Dalwadi was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Dalwadi to everyone. She is the best dentist and her assistant khushbu is very kind.

Fantastic experience: I'm terrified of the dentist and had to come in for an emergency extraction. The team here are so amazingly friendly and welcoming. My dentist was communicative and empathetic towards my situation and discussed my care plan and options without being patronizing or judgemental. I received amazing care during the whole process and the follow up service was amazing. I highly recommend this clinic and will be returning here for all my future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice ever. Dental treatments usually scares me but the doctor and the staff made sure I am comfortable. Doctor Somil was very professional, he made sure I understand everything about my dental issues, also recommended thoughtful solutions. Staff (Avni and Laura) were very friendly and helpful.
