I booked the check up & cleans for myself, my husband and my 3 year old. We were all seen , examined, cleaned & x rays done. My 3 year old felt comfortable and they even put his choice of YouTube video on the mounted ceiling Tv which he loved. Dentist & assistant were kind, thorough , explained further work we need and provided a quote for this. We were very happy with the service and would return for the quoted work required. HOWEVER ; given the above & uploaded description on the website we feel mislead and prices were not transparent. I was charged $458 when I had planned and budgeted for $300 as per the website information as well as confirmation over the phone. I feel a little annoyed that we were not told x rays were an extra charge. We have not been to the dentist for years, and never in australia, so we wouldn’t know this. ( we are from the UK , x rays are not an extra charge during a check up) please update your website to be more transparent about costing of appointments and extras, and remind dentists to get patient consent for the extra charge before doing x rays . Otherwise everything else was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children to Sanctuary Lakes Family Dental for many years now and each and everytime, their service is always consistent, from reception to the doctors they are friendly and caring. The doctors are professional and any questions are explained thoroughly. My children feel comfortable when they have their appointment. I highly recommend Sanctuary Lakes Dental

At that time the dentist said the resin/filling might last only one year. But it turned out to last for almost SEVEN year.s. What a wow. The filling fell off today which reminded me of this family dental. If I didn’t live miles away now, I would surely come back there to fix my tooth. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Tiba Shanyar for a few years now. It is important to me that I feel comfortable and relaxed with my dentist, which I am with Dr. Tiba. She always takes the time and care to excellently communicate and explain the different procedures as well as being very thoughtful regarding my wishes. I just had a denture fitted and am so very happy about the result. My husband is usually not comfortable with dentists and I recommended for him to try Dr. Tiba and he is very happy as well. So we have only had very positive experiences with Dr. Tiba.

Negative experience: The service is fine I guess. They upgraded their system and wouldn't accept our medical insurance. Most inconvenient. Don't know if I will be returning

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr Teeba 3 years ago. My whole experience has been really good. I dont really enjoy going to the dentist much and i used to avoid it at all cost however since i started seeing her, i have been less anxious, more comfortable and my results have been really good. I highly recommend Dr. Teeba and this clinic as a dentist, the clinic is readily accessible, clean and well equipped.

I've been nothing but delighted by the professionalism and the attentive care provided by Dr Sukai and all her staffs. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. Fantastic experience: Sanctuary lakes family dental has to be one of the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. Now in saying this I am so scared of the dentist and after years of avoiding getting my teeth looked at, Dr Dharini has to be one of the most welcoming and humbling natured dentist that I have ever met, that makes you feel comfortable to sit in that dreaded chair. Even her staff hold my hand while I have my teeth cleaned or fixed. The reception staff have become my friends as they treat you exactly like that. I have recommended 1 family friend that loves her as much as I do that she is now her dentist for her and her children and now my own mother comes to her and my mum is very happy. I recommend Dr Dharini and her crew so much to everyone as they are the best. My children all go here and they feel just as comfortable as I do. Fantastic experience: My son fell off and was in severe pain from his broken tooth but the receptionist at Sanctuary Lakes Family Dental was very helpful over the phone and was prompt to book an appointment for him. My son was always scared to go to the dentist but luckily the dentist we saw was very reassuring, gentle and highly skilled. Fantastic experience: Very professional service given by a friendly, competent team.

Negative experience: Great for basic dental treatment, did a great job with filling and root canal but I will not recommend for veneers and crowns. I had my veneers and crowns done here , it didn’t look right. Painful and a whole lot of money wasted, I had to get it redone somewhere else weeks later because my veneers were all different size and one of my crown came off.

Negative experience: My wife had a tooth pain, but the receptionist has a cold face and not willing to help at all. Tried another dental, much better and helpful, solved the issue quickly.

Negative experience: I was not a happy patient. They postponed my appointment(that's ok). Later they tried to cancel it in the last minute. It was an evening and I did not have time to find another place. Finally, I could get there. The dentist checked the tooth, took an x-ray and after explain everything, I agreed to the cost to pull out the tooth. Once all ready, just before the local anaesthetic, again the dentist said this is a wisdom tooth and that costs extra. I wondered, why she couldn’t recognise it before. If I could wait another night with the pain, I walk away with my tooth.
