Fantastic experience: I haven't be to the Dentist for such a long time was scared but I cracked my tooth and rang cranebrook dental they got me in strate away I just said pull it but due to been in front Dr Ardi said do root canel yes I did best thing I had done he was fantastic looked after me and the staff were great they make you feel important I am not scared I am going back to get all my teeth done I am 69years old I felt it doesn't matter but know I am happy thank you

Fantastic experience: My young children absolutely love going to Cranebrook Dental. Dr Louise and Bernie always make my children feel calm, happy and excited when they are getting their teeth cleaned. The staff are absolutely lovely, very kind, gentle, respectful and so much more. Its always a positive experience and I highly recommend Cranebrook dental. My husband also went there for a problem with a filling which was done at a different dentist and cranebrook dental were so accommodating and honest with fixing the problem and cost of procedures. He was very happy with the service and was thankful for a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Hi I’m Andy Attuell I was suggested to go to Cranbrook Dental by family member from the moment I rang Berni had me booked in i had A bad tooth She got me in that afternoon the team got my x-ray sorted and booked me in to get a tooth pulled they explained how they may be able to save the tooth but it was my call and I decided to go with an extraction. A booking was in two days later and got me in the chair. I was scared as hell but they reassured me everything is going to be okay after the dentist got in there. Extracted my tooth a little bit difficult but he assured me it was fine. The teeth in the end had a crack right through it and the tooth could not be saved. They told me how to look after myself and even gave me a document to remind me how to do it. I have great confidence in going back there again. Should I need any Dental need and I can assure you that you will be treated with respect and feeling comfortable with their team and I’d like just to thank them again on their backup phone call the next day to see how I’m going and I thank them again for doing so yours truly Andy

Fantastic experience: I was looked after by the beautiful, amazing Dr Juhaina Al-Hadethi who I came to in an absolute state after chipping my tooth and she fixed it straight away and made me feel so much better about it all. I highly recommend coming to Cranebrook dental and seeing her. It thankfully looks like the chip never happened thanks to Dr Juhaina Al-Hadethi. I also want to mention Bernie who is the dental assistant and works the reception, who is also so lovely and amazing.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The receptionist was also welcoming, friendly, and super helpful with booking and answering my questions. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and service!

Negative experience: Do not recommend. He cleaned my teeth aggressively and chipped my bottom tooth. He then glued it back on thinking I wouldn’t notice and didn’t tell me. Very sly and dishonest. Multiple visits each time there was an issue. One time they deleted all of my photos. The next time they didn’t know anything about braces and were beating around the bush. Highly unprofessional and lack experience although claim to have years of it. A friend of mine also had a similar experience. They charge top dollar and it honestly isn’t worth it.

Fantastic experience: Got a general checkup and 4 wisdom teeth removed at Cranebrook Dental. The receptionist Bernie is very lovely and always super friendly. Dr Lateef is very thorough and made me feel comfortable during the clean. I was very nervous for the removal, but they all made me feel calm and taken care of. They were not my normal dentist however when I was struck with a severe toothache (crying my eyes out) the beautiful receptionist squeezed me in and the dentist explained all available treatment options openly and honestly. Negative experience: The dentist I saw here was unprofessional in that he half arsed cleaned my teeth, charged me a fortune but didn’t clean them at all. I had to have X-rays even though that’s not what I asked for. He changed the prices of things from one sentence to the next. Do yourself a favour avoid this one.

Fantastic experience: Visited Cranebrook Dental for the first time. Just note, that there are some major road works around the area, which may cause some confusion for people who are not familiar with the area. You can utilise the KFC turn off to get around to get to the Dental if you coming from Andrew Road. As said, it was my first time ever visited Cranebrook Dental. The online booking was super easy. Only complaint would be the forms that they will request you to fill prior of the appointment. It's ULTRA long, too much questions, I've not seen one with so many questions. Other wise it's smooth sailing. The services are friendly and only waited a little. The Dentist I had was pretty thorough checking all my teeth prior of what I wanted done. I'm terrified when it comes to dentist, had bad experiences in the past. The Doctor here made sure that there were painless experiences prior of the extractions that I wanted done. The extractions went smoothly and cleaned to avoid any infections. After the numbness dissipated, slight pain but had some pain killers and never returned again. OK, there were of course swelling which are expected but by the next day all the swelling went down and the area is healing faster than I would have thought. The best outcome is feeling just like a little bruise and NO more pain from those aching teeth. The pain I put up with, It feels like years of relief. Thank you Cranebrook Dental. I'm so happy how it turned out.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, always have. When I went in I was terrified but Linda at the front desk made me feel very comfortable and eased my concerns a little. Dr Jabbar was amazing. Talked me through everything, explained what was going to happen and completely put my mind at ease. Since my first visit I have been back 3 times. I still feel anxious but they are by far the best dentist practise I’ve been too and won’t go anywhere else. Extremely happy!

These dentists are lovely and the assistants also are so wonderful!! I love it so much im going back. They gave me a crown to fix my broken tooth. Thankyou!!!!! No more pain!!!!

Fantastic experience: Took my young kids and myself. Absolutely lovely staff, very patient and understanding. They explained everything that was happening, engaged with the children and helped me make long term plans for myself and my children.

Fantastic experience: First time seeing Dr Lateef after transferring from another practice. I had a general check up and clean. Dr Lateef was really professional and on time, the practice was clean and organised and most importantly he was gentle. I also liked that he was kind and courteous to his assistants which isn’t always the case in other practices I’ve been to. Overal really happy and already booked for my follow up treatment.
