Fantastic experience: My Family and myself have been Patients of Hamdy at George St for over 20 years now. Being a very anxious person Hamdy has always been very patient and understanding and always tried to do his best to make me as comfortable as possible. I have recently had a full mouth reconstruction and the results have changed my life, self confidence and overall happiness. Hamdy has always tried his best to work within the constraints of my budget to give me the best outcome and results. He is dedicated, hardworking to a fault, kind, professional and a perfectionist in all his work. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking dental treatment. He truly is the best in Bathurst !

Fantastic experience: Rang up to book myself in for a checkup and was surprised at how fast I was able to get in. Decided to get a clean and Xrays while I was there. Dr Hamdy is a top bloke and explains everything well, and overall the visit was very fuss-free. The rates are quite reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: My fear of dentists is unbelievable. Had to make an emergency appointment to get a severely broken tooth sorted. Went in fully terrified and expecting to have it pulled. Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction here. He is honestly the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve had some really nasty experiences in the past and I was extremely nervous and anxious to get this tooth pulled (first time). He was extremely patient with me, talked me through the whole procedure and did a fantastic job getting it out. It was over with super quick and no pain at all. He gave me a script for antibiotics for it and it is healing really well. If you are looking for a dentist in Bathurst I could not recommend him more. His prices are extremely affordable in my opinion, he takes his time and is very thorough. He is kind and gentle and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had the best experience with dentists over the years so it took two weeks of unbearable pain before I mustered up the courage to start looking for one. I ended up at Dr Hamdy’s surgery based on reviews others had given and his availability to fit me in on the same day at a time that worked for me. I was very anxious prior to the visit but within a few minutes of meeting him, he put me at ease. He is professional and knowledgeable but above all, he really truly cares about his patients. Dr Hamdy took time explaining, in a non-judgemental way, what I needed to get done. He was gentle and I didn’t feel any pain. Fantastic experience: Was seen by Dr Hamdy on Sunday evening at 6pm for wisfom tooth extraction and pain.Dr Hamdy was so accommodating and made me feel at ease even knowing I was anxious and very nervous.He was the best dentist I have been to and highly recommend him.Price for a Sunday night and procedure that took 1and half hours was unreal.Thankyou so much Dr Hamdy you are an angel.

Fantastic experience: Is always amazing service very quality of customer service and fantastic results. One of the only place that is a seriously highly recommended and takes very good care of you. Had root canal done with Dr Hamdy, did not feel a thing throughout the entire procedure and was pain/irritation free afterward. Looking foward to having the followups done filling and crown.

Fantastic experience: I won’t go anywhere else for dental care after coming here. I’ve had 3 wisdom teeth extracted (one of which was out in under a minute) and a check up here. I’ve historically been quite nervous to go to the dentist but Dr El-Saedy and his assistant always make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and continue to check up on me throughout the procedure. The price for procedures is also the cheapest I’ve come across anywhere.

I'm a 48 year old man who has lived in a number of countries and received dental care from a wide range of dental surgeons. Dr Hamdy El-Saedy has to be the only Dental practitioner I've ever had the pleasure to have met. His approach was extremely professional, providing reassurance and a thoroughness that really made me feel he was at the very pinnacle of dental practice. Fantastic experience: Dr Hamdy is kind and friendly with great sense of humour. He performed a very complex wisdom removal that was growing horizontally for me, 99% pain free. He did everything and took his time to make me feel comfortable. Due to the nature of the procedure, I had pain for weeks ahead (normal with this type of procedure), which comes with a lot of anxiety. But he supported me through it, even after hours. Everything he said to me came through. I'm fully recovered now and very appreciative of his work. 100% recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I am the type of person that is absolutely terrified of dentist, even when people say that they are good. I always leave it till its absolute agony before i go to the dentist. But today that all changed. Not only did they help me with making sure i was fine with everything they were doing. Went there yesterday with so much pain of my wisdom tooth to the point I had restless nights and went to the clinic not much of a waiting I was seen by Dr Hamdy and Eliza. They were too professional. Fantastic experience: We needed an emergency appointment at 5:30 on a Tuesday night for a shattered front tooth. We tried 3 other dentists closer to home, no luck. From the moment we called, nothing was a problem. The surgery is equipped like a dental hospital and they actually scanned the mouth and printed the tooth while we were there. For people in this area I would save their number, not only for everyday procedures but especially emergencies. Extremely professional and welcoming Dental surgery. Also best hot chocolate I’ve had in a while.

Fantastic experience: The sweetest and a proficient professional dentist I have ever been too. I did get my 2 wisdom tooth removed and I was scared due to bad experience elsewhere. But the Dr was very caring and gentle when getting it done and it was not at all painful. I found prices to be very reasonable too, since I could afford it being in financial crisis due to COVID pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I definitely had a wonderful experience in George Street Dental Surgery in Bathurst. Dr. Al-Zaedy was very professional and was very kind in addressing my dental concerns. He did an amazing job with my dental treatment, never felt the pain and was very gentle. He explained the dental condition that i had in a way that is very easy to understand including different options of treatment. His dental assistant Ms. Eliza was also very pleasant in accomodating me from the time i walked in, in assisting during treatment and until i left the clinic. Will surely come back someday and will also endorse the clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: After a weekend of pain from an abcess, I had the good fortune to find the George Street Dental Surgery phone number and called them early on a Monday. To my surprise and delight an appointment was arranged for that very morning. The treatment I received was of the highest standard and very reasonably priced. I have since had major work done on New Years Eve which extended until 9pm and was completed on New Years Day. I cannot thank Dr Hamdy El-Saedy and his staff enough for their care and professionalism. I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone living or travelling in Central West NSW.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those nervous people who refuse to go to a dentist, but after getting an infection and excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth of mine I called this dentist first thing in the morning and they were able to get me seen 2 hours later. He was so calming knowing how nervous I was, and had my tooth out in less than a minute! The nurse was also lovely as well. Will definitely be going back again!

Fantastic experience: I had an old implant of my top front teeth fail and require emergency treatment. I saw Dr Hamdy El-Saedy on Monday afternoon at short notice. He reviewed my situation and discussed options and costs. I decided on a bridge with 6 crowns prepared on his specialised equipment. On Tuesday morning he did all the initial work preparing for the bridge. That evening the bridge was ready for fitting. It fitted perfectly and the teeth looked great. Fantastic experience: Ive been having issues with one of my wisdom tooth since last week. Money is tight so I emailed a bunch of places asking for a quote just so I can make sure I have enough for my appointment. While I understand no one can give an exact amount in an email, I appreciate Dr. Hamdy calling me and taking the time to answer my questions regarding the procedure over the phone. I scheduled for an appointment today and it is by far the best service there is. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My teeth is taken out in less than a minute! It’s worth noting that all the equipment needed is also in this clinic so everything gets done right there and then with no wait time. Looking forward to my next visit!

Called the clinic early Saturday morning and he gave me an appt just a few hours later even though he was in the middle of renovating. Find me another dentist who diverts his office phone to his mobile after hours in case of emergencies. Who else would offer to come in on a day off if you're in pain? He was still working on me at 8:30pm one Friday night to make sure my tooth was okay. He cares deeply about his patients and is affordable too. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, professionalism and honesty. Travelling from Sydney to Orange for a holiday, an old crown became dislodged munching on some sweets! A quick call to the George St dentist explaining the issue and I was squeezed in for an appt later that day. Upon examination the dentist gave great advice and fixed me up in no time. Unbelievably he also refused to accept payment, where he could have charged a decent amount and suggested some expensive procedures. Highly trustworthy, would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I just had a wisdom tooth removed. It was over so quickly, I was so suprised! I am very nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff here are lovely and did everything they could to make me feel calm. I was grateful it was over so quickly! No pain, just the quick needle to numb the area. And the instructions all written down for after-care, so I don't forget, thank you. Really reasonable prices and really appreciate their kindness. Also, did not have to wait long to make an appointment to get my tooth removed, and he has an x-ray machine, so did not need to go elsewhere for a full x-ray, which is great. I had been putting off getting my wisdom tooth removed for a long long time, as I was scared, but so glad I decided to come to Dr El-Saedy, I wish I did it months ago instead of putting up with my aching wisdom tooth for as long as I did. Fantastic experience: After an accident last evening I was in desperate need of emergency dental work, to replace and or fix missing front teeth, I rang the Surgery very early in the morning, explained the circumstances, and was given an appointment for 11am today. I could not be happier with the result, Dr Hamdy examined the situation, advised the best procedure, discussed price etc. He has the most up to date equipment and therefore I was able to have a new bridge in a couple of hrs, I can highly recommend this practice, service, staff(Eliza) and treatment excellent !! Fantastic experience: Never walked out of a surgery laughing but beautiful people affordable and takes pride in his work!!! I have seen a lot of dentists in my years none who are willing to move their day to fit YOU in and make sure you are BOTH % happy with the workmanship. Because his prices are reasonable some worry inferior however don’t be concerned quality up to date equipment just doesn’t charge like a wounded bull like some surgeries. Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist, who does, But this one would seem to be an exception and I would be more then happy to go back anytime. There might be a slight cardio workout to get up the stairs to see this dentist but with friendly and polite staff, reasonable prices and a dentist that does not hurt, in the slightest, it is all worth it. I even tried to feel some pain and could not. This dentist seems to care a great deal about peoples teeth and making sure you keep yours for many years to come. Well Done.
