Negative experience: This place does not have the staff they need to run smoothly , firstly they call and cancel your appointments to arrange it for another day - then today I call to let the reception know I was going to be running a couple of minutes late - to then be put straight on hold for over 5 minutes - called back and phone not answered - then reception called back as I was almost there to see how long I’d be , i get into the office to find out that they will not be seeing me due to being late , which they should have told me this on the phone so I could have just rescheduled the appointment and not have my time wasted ! What a waste of time !!!!

Negative experience: Worst experience worst dentist told me u was picky . I had tooth reconstruction due to heredity condition. Simple filler and shape but she couldn’t manage that destroyed my teeth and they now look worse like fake play teeth. Don’t ever go here didn’t answer my emails or calls to go back and fix them Dr Kaur.

Negative experience: I went here for many years. Over the last couple of years they have started to insert surcharges into the bill on top of the private insurance. Initially I was OK with this as the cost of living is a real thing and we need to be patent and tolerate with each other while this is all going on. HOWEVER, my last surcharge was $200 and to top it off my wife saw the same dentist for the exact same procedure a week later and was charged no surcharge. This is clearly a selective process and a scam. We have both taken our business elsewhere I'll be fighting this tooth and nail if anyone tries this again on me.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Helen Wang! She was super gently yet efficient and clean. Previous dentist at other clinics were quite rough but didn’t manage to clean the plaque between my teeth as good as Dr Wang. I was 15 minutes late to the appointment and she kindly agreed to see me. However, receptionist and dental assistant were not happy despite my apology, which is understandable. Would definitely come back and highly recommend Dr Wang The best dentist I’ve had in Sydney. Dr Wang was also very kind despite me being late she didn’t rush me and instead took time to answer all my questions. She was super efficient and good at her job

Fantastic experience: Went to pacific smiles Belrose for a tooth to be pulled. MJ was brilliant. Explained the whole process and aftercare. Was very professional in everything he did. Would highly recommend MJ as your dentist.

Positive experience: I've always had great experiences at pacific smiles dental belrose. The dentists are skilled and professional, and the staff has always been friendly. However, todays visit was disappointing. I was informed over the phone that my health insurance would cover the gap for a general cleaning. Unfortunately, I was asked to pay around $100 at the appointment. After clarifying the situation and waiting for around 10 or 15 minutes, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. While the issue was eventually resolved, it was a stressful experience. I hope the practice can improve its communication and billing processes to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

Negative experience: This place is run by robots who arbitrarily cancel an appointment and re-schedule it to a time you never made then ask you to confirm a time you never made. Absolute clowns.

Positive experience: Iv been to this dentist a few times iv had a few very good dentists but there is a high staff turn over so it’s hard getting a consistent dentist. The last one I saw was not very good and completely turned me off the practice. If you can get into one of the good dentists then it’s good and affordable but hit and miss. I also wish they got the tvs working for long dental procedures it’s nice to have and seems to be a standard these days. I would rate it 3.5 if I could but no half rating.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the Glenrose Pacific Smiles Dental Practice . They are so friendly and knowledgeable and affiliated with my health fund for a twice yearly clean and fluoride with no charge

Negative experience: Dr, Ghath Juboori unperfecinal dentist which canceled my appointments while I was waiting there after 45 min delay by assistant Elizabeth Jeff’s which she was rude and unfair she said doctor is tired and can’t see me if he is tired of his job he shouldn’t be a dentist. I will take this matter further to let them know they can’t treat the patients like nothing. I spend $100 for taxi and half a day leave from work . This is not expectable to waste my time and my health with stress and anxiety.

Negative experience: I have been to this clinic on multiple occasions. I have had great experiences with Dr Rochel Lal & Dr Krupa Patel for general teeth cleaning, both were excellent. More recently, I had a consultation with Dr Gaith (Keith) Al-Juboori for clear correct aligners on the 29/08/23. I had my scan done, and was asked to come back in 2 weeks to discuss the plan. The day of my follow up, it was cancelled as the plan was not ready yet, which is fine as I know these things happen. Since then, I have called multiple times (once a fortnight) to have an update and organise treatment plan. You would think, potentially spending thousands of dollars on aligners would be enough or a reason to get back to someone, but that is not the case. Apparently the original scan was corrupt, so I organised to go into the clinic and redo it. 1 hour before my appointment they called to say a technician had come in and fixed it & managed to recover my scan. No need to come in. That was 5 weeks ago. There have been 2 additional follow up calls I’ve made since then. The last time I called, a week and a half ago, I was met with an explanation that they’ve been understaffed and things have slipped through the cracks, so I said please get back to me with plan & cost and we can continue, even if it is via email, but I’ve since heard nothing back from them, it’s now been almost 3 months since initial scan with zero follow up on their end. Truely, this has been some of the worst customer experience that I’ve ever received. I’m giving 2 stars for the fact that the previous 2 dentists I’ve seen were fantastic, had it not been for them, they would be getting zero.

Positive experience: Good dentist but charged way too much just for a splint for one wobbly tooth. 530 dollars just to put a small wire on one tooth.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Elbaz Bayat on the 5/4/23 she took some extra time to make sure the work was done correctly. She also informed me of the cost prior to commencement of work without me even asking. There were no hidden charges. Dr E Bayat did a good job on my teeth. I'm happy with her work. I highly recommend her for repairs to your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to recommend Pacific Smiles Belrose. From the front reception staff and the Dentists, the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I have seen Dr Thomas, Dr Patel and Dr Guimaraes for different services. All were extremely professional, thorough, informative and friendly. I also want to remark on the front desk reception/billing team, particularly Neelofar who, since I have started attending this practice, has been extremely professional, informative, friendly and she always goes above and beyond to provide me with all the information required regarding my health fund rebate process. She is an asset to the practice. I would Highly Recommend Pacific Smiles Belrose to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. They are also open on the weekend and parking is good also.

Negative experience: Made an appointment and received confirmation email only to turn up and they had cancelled it without any noticed. Very poor experience.

Negative experience: I cannot understand why does pacific smiles only have one orthodontist on the while north shore?? There is no one else that any of the group can refer me to and now my son has rubbing metal in his mouth for what will be 6 days in total. It was made out that there would be help but there is none.

Negative experience: 2 separate appointments and then had to wait 35mins until i requested my healthcare card back. watching dentist flirt with reception instead of doing his job. Go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Best dentistry I've been to! Dr Matthew McCann was skilled beyond belief. Best dentist I can recommend, especially if you suffer from anxiety. He was fast but his quality of work was exceptional, showing his confidence in his skill set. His professionalism and gentle approach made the experience comfortable and borderline relaxing. I have a huge fear of needles especially of the oral kind but Dr McCann made it painless and tolerable. I could not recommend this dentistry enough! To put the cherry on top, the reception staff were fantastic too! Actually looking forward to my check up in 6 months. Literally 10/10 for this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pierre Khazin is patients' best choice especially if you are going to have a root canal. Dr Pierre did an emergency root canal for me and a formal root canal was schedule three weeks later. The work was perfect. Few days later I found myself pregnant. Dr Pierre evaluated my situation and made the optimal plan - He performed the root canal without anaesthetic. With his state-of-art skills I felt zero pain even minimum disturbance during the whole process (note I was totally not numbed). The other reason why it went so smooth was, the emergency canal job (purely by hand) was obviously very clean and thorough, which laid a good foundation for later work. The team at Pacific Smiles Belrose, the front desk ladies, the other doctors, are all very nice and would do their best to help.
