She genuinely cares about the long term health of my teeth which is very refreshing! Brianna on the front desk is chirpy and friendly and went out of her way to make me feel good. She made followup calls to check how I was doing and has a genuine manor. I would recommend iSmiles Hope Island 100%. 5 star ladies.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Ismile for about 4 years now. Before this time my partner suffered high anxiety levels when going to the dentist so barely went. Jenni has made her feel so comfortable that she now goes every 6 months for a clean and for any work she has needed. Jenni and her staff are always happy to provide advice on how to best care for our teeth and provide recommendations on the proper products to use for the best health of our teeth and gums. We are always welcomed with a smile and friendly faces which helps with the anxiety my partner deals with. I would highly recommend Ismile. The service received is of the highest quality and you will feel welcome and relaxed when receiving your dental work. The price point is also very reasonable.

Jenni made me feel at ease straight away with her relaxed comforting manner, and Jenni took the time to explain carefully what was happening to my teeth, and what remedial procedures I required. Fantastic experience: Where do I start. ISmile dental centre is one of the top 3 dental centres I’ve been too. Jenni and her team are absolutely amazing. Jenni is very understanding and compassionate. After being struck by medical illnesses and diseases, my treatment had unfortunately damaged and destroyed majority of my teeth. After seeing two other practices I was just about to give up until I heard about the amazing reviews at ISmile. So thought I’d give the 3rd time lucky tactic a try and boy am I glad I did. Dr Jenni and her team worked hard and used every avenue possible she knew of to help fix my original remaining teeth. Which I’m so glad for as my teeth was upsetting me and my confidence to smile as I was embarrassed about them. But with Dr Jenni’s help she has given me the boost in my confidence to smile again without the worry of being embarrassed again when I simile. Thank you Dr Jenni and ISmile staff, words can’t explain how grateful I am of all your hard work. I Highly recommended this dental clinic. If I could rate more than 5 stars I so would without any hesitation.

Positive experience: They did an amazingggg job on my teeth and I am forever greatful. They are honestly everything I could ever ask for, and they changed my smile completely ! Howeber a concern of mine is how pricey this is, I definitely wish I shopped around more before making any kind of commitment, bumping into people I know who also have their teeth done but have 8 porcelain compared to my 6 and paid over $3,000 less is very concerning. I feel it is very over priced and could be much more affordable. My advice is to 100% shop around before you make your decision, there are many places that are far more affordable. The great service and results make up for most of this

Negative experience: This dentist ruined one of my front teeth. All I asked was for some glue to be reapplied to one of my braces. Firstly she had to reapply the glue three times because it kept falling off every few weeks. But the worst part is that she didn't take the duty of care to make sure the area was clean and now after going to another (better) dentist have been told that because of this I now have a cavity formed under where she applied the glue. The only thing this dentist is good for is that they are cheap. But if you care about your teeth don't listen to these fake reviews most of her staff have written and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The experience was the best tooth extraction I've ever had the ladies made me feel very calm and relaxed, and it was over before I knew it, i was surprised, it was totally pain free and I will definately be returning for more dental work. I would totally recommend for anyone, usually tooth extractions I've found in the past to be very unpleasant, but this experience was relaxing and very professional I would have given 7 stars out of five :-)

Fantastic experience: if your thinking about veneers or just need some general dental go and see Jenni and her team at ismile I was always scared of dentists not really trusting that they had to say I had some major grinding and erosion on both top and bottom teeth which was told by others that they couldn't be repaired without crowns went to see Jenni and over a few months we opened up my bite, repaired my grinding and went with porcilen veneers on top and resin below.. so happy with the outcome money well spent on giving me confidence again wish I'd done it years ago i look forward to the denist now lol thanks again Jenni/ismile

Fantastic experience: I initially visited iSmile as it was close to work and considerably cheaper than other dentists I've seen. I have to admit I put off removing my wisdom teeth for years and I (like most) have a 'thing' with visiting the dentist lol. However Jenni made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. She operated at a pace I felt comfortable with and took only 10 minutes to remove each tooth. I even got to pick what i wanted to watch on netflix. I've recommended iSmile to a number of colleagues in my office who have all had a great experience. There's no pressure to come back for unnecesary checkups or fillings and the staff are always happy to have a chat and offer advice :) 11/10 - Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: After moving from Mackay to the Gold Coast, I was in need of a new dentist. I visted an other dentist for the first time which had told me I needed 3k worth of work done. I thought that can't be right! And felt as though I needed a second opinion! So after doing some research and seeing all the positive reviews about iSmile Dental, I rang and booked in. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable which is a big thing for me as dentist visits scare me. They went over my report from the first dentist and told me I didn't need the 3k worth of work.
