Negative experience: I have noticed that the receptionist charges you random money according to your private insurance coverage. They charged me $310 for just general teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aaron was very professional gentle and quietly spoken. His advice was honest and he helped me to make a difficult decision without any financial benefit to him. He took the time to help me understand the situation I was in concerning my front tooth. Sowmya was also of great assistance helping me to find an emergency appointment at short notice. Negative experience: Made an appointment on sunday through their online booking portal for Monday at 8:00 am. Arrived early and noticed the lights were off. Hours listed on the door clearly listed the hours as open 8:00 am. Waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up or answered the phones. Was called back at 8:45 and told that the dentists decided to start at 9 today. Lost a customer.

Negative experience: I had some teeth filled, removed and a denture fitted at Acacia Ridge dental. Less than 12 months later my denture snapped, which I am not blaming them for. But when I go to get them repaired somewhere else, I ask the bloke how much it would cost to replace them, $1200 he told me. Acacia Ridge dental charged me $2600 just for the dentures, more than double the price elsewhere. I thought it was expensive at the time, but I thought that must be the going rate. I'm disgusted that they would charge that much, more than double they certainly made a bit of money out of me. Thanks for bending me right over Acacia Ridge dental

Negative experience: I was scammed by this cilinc , he said it's free do teeth cleaning and check after that's they charging $175 , they call me they tell me you have clean teeth and check every 6 months i told him ok it's free she said yes after finish they charged $175 im not happy with this cilinc

Negative experience: Rather disappointing, Talked to a lovely person over the phone about my tooth issues, misalignment and causing pain they said they could help me. I go in to get the tooth removed and they say they would have to pass me onto a different dental place since they didn’t feel comfortable removing it. Still charged me $60 for consultation After saying over the phone they could help then telling me that I would be sent to a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have such a phobia about dentist, from some very difficult visits in the past. Dr Aaron is so amazing, very calm, very gentle and explains everything before any procedures. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a dentist to go here. All the staff are so wonderful from when you walk in the front door.

Dr Jagjit and the team are always so kind, patient and knowlegable. I get a 6 monthly checkup with ease and I have had all 4 wisdom teeth out here too. Thankyou heaps!!

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Dr Rishi for fillings and he & the team have been fantastic every time I have been here. Explained the procedures very well, no pain or issues afterwards, very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr. Michael and Dr. Jagjit were wonderful. They explained everything before the surgery and were gentle throughout. Samira did a great job with the appointments. The fee was affordable and totally worth the amazing service I received.

Fantastic experience: My 13yo is anxious and I was worried Dr Rishi would not be able to do a filling in the chair. However, he explained to her what he was doing every step of the way and he was very gentle giving the needle. She didn’t feel a thing, not even the needle, during the whole experience and we headed back 2 days later for a clean. Thanks Dr Rishi for giving her an experience where she isn’t afraid to visit again.

Negative experience: Spent all week in pain waiting for an appointment that wasn’t made. Over an hour waiting to be seen only for (what felt like) the dentist to fobb me off because it was closing time. Still in pain. Wont be going back.

Fantastic experience: Very comfortable with Dr .jagjit. with painless tooth extraction, the staff is co-operative and friendly.I recommend with no- doubt.

Fantastic experience: Having had trouble with my lower denture when eating, I decided to look into implants. Dr Jagjit was very helpful and informative about the process and I decided to go for it and have been very happy that I did. Dr Jagjit gave me all the information for each process going through and was very gentle and caring during the whole procedure. I can now eat without worrying about my denture moving about and coming out whilst eating. It feels very normal when I eat now I can bite in without any concerns. If you are thinking of doing it I highly recommend it and Dr Jagjit for the procedure.

From the first day we visited Acacia Ridge dental, we have never felt more at ease, comfortable and very informed the whole time, not only on the procedures and costs, but also being informed of preventative measures to keep our teeth clean and health, which equals less dentists visits! I would highly recommend taking your family here for your next dental visit.

Fantastic experience: Today my experience with Dr.Rohit was amazing. I always get nervous coming to the dentist, but he really made me feel comfortable, aswell as his assistant. Fantastic experience: I have never had such a good experience with a dentist before. As someone who experiences bad anxiety even at the thought of seeing one, it was the first time in my 29 years that I didn’t cry during my appointment. The staff are compassionate & listen, they give you all your options & don’t pressure you into a particular one. Even though I took my time in deciding, the dentist did not rush me. Usually my entire day after seeing a dentist is ruined & spent feeling sorry for myself but not today ☺️

Fantastic experience: Such a caring Professional Dentist. My daughter doesn’t take to strangers, but Dr Jagjit was so good with her that she was so relaxed and comfortable. He is very skilled and has gone through so much extra training and has compassion for his patients, I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Negative experience: They were well mannered but all they want was money since they didn't remove my kids teeth that was hurting her for a long time but instead recommended to wait till they fell out which could've taken weeks. I went to another dentist close by and they did just what I wanted them to do and now my sis doesn't have much discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth extracted at Acacia Ridge Dental. I was very nervous but Dr Jagjit and his assistant were very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the surgery they kept making sure I was feeling okay. The extractions were painless and very quick as well, there was no reason for me to be nervous at all! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dentist was very supportive, and thorough when explaining what is he going to do step by step. He talked me through my options and pricing was very honest and easy to talk to. This really is the best dentist I've ever been to, very kind ,understanding staff and dentist, it took me ages to work up the courage to make an appointment due to my dental anxiety and when I did I was surprised the whole procedure was almost completely pain free including the needles! This would've been due to the numbing gel, at other dentists the needles actually hurt but not here, very happy I found this place .I would recommend them to anyone :-)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist. I was in lots of pain. I always had a great fear from dentists but Dr jagjeet took out my tooth without any pain. I am feeling so relaxed now. I didnt feel anything through out the procedure. Moreover follow up from staff, even few days after the procedure really impressed me. I will always come to Dr jagjeet for any of my dental work and i highly recommend him to other people as well...very very happy
