Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Jae through a friend's introduction. She is very patient and attentive, and has been taking care of my dental problems. The staff in the clinic are also very warm and thoughtful. My husband and other friends have also come here to see her . This is the clinic where I feel most at ease., The environment is clean and tidy, the equipment is advanced, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jae Shon is the best!

Fantastic experience: I've been done third implant, I had much concerned because it was an upper jaw treatment. However, Dr. James provided professional accurate assessment and treatment was really nice. There was no pain and I did not feel any discomfort at all after treatment when I leaving the clinic. Also, always friendly. I am quite satisfied with the implant used this time, pretty make sure highly recommend.

Negative experience: This is a scammer dental. Dishonest dentist. I brought my kid to pull out a baby tooth. I just asked tooth pull out. The dentist automatically did x-ray , tooth clean and pull out the tooth. The dentist said we need to understand his teeth so let have a x-ray first; I saw a bit black on his teeth so I cleaned it for him. Finally I pulled out his baby tooth and we will do bulk bill under Children Dental Scheme. The dentist did what I did not ask, pretended like no extra cost and have to. Did not inform me there is extra fee, Finally the bill was about 380 dollars , including x-ray, teeth cleaning, pull a tooth, and some unknowns. This is a scammer dental.

I live in Canberra, and despite the extreme pain, I couldn't get a same-day treatment in Canberra. They have fancy X-ray equipment that is different to the ones in other clinics which was a cool new experience.
