Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today at Vaucluse dental. It was AMAZING from start to finish I have never enjoyed the dentist but I really enjoyed my visit today. Every one was so amazing ! From start to finish thank you so much ! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr Isabelle is a dentist out of this world! I took my very dentist-anxious 6 year old to see her upon friend’s recommendation. I was extremely worried because he refused to open his mouth for a dentist previously. He already started to cry on the way there at the thought of having a filling. When we arrived dr Isabelle met my son with a warm smile, she took a lot of time to get to know him. She established an incredible rapport with him! She then checked his teeth. And yes he allowed her to! Dr Isabelle took some x-rays and calmly explained to my son about the cavities he had in his teeth. She asked if it was ok for her to fix them. And to my complete surprise he said yes! Dr Isabelle let my son know what he might feel during the procedure, and that it was ok to stop at any time. She also emphasised to him how important it was to do the job properly without rushing. As a results, my “I’ll never open my mouth for a dentist” child had three fillings done! And dr Isabelle even made him giggle during the procedure. Dr Isabelle is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable dentist! Cannot thank you and your wonderful team enough! We are forever grateful and a forever client:) P.S. In the end my son gave dr Isabel a hug and said “you’re the best tooth doctor!”

Isabelle explained in detail the procedure and was a master of removing my wisdom tooth with such care. After the procedure she explained the care procedures thoroughly. I have been looking for a dentist for a number of years and would highly recommend Isabelle and Vaucluse Dental. The surgery is so clean and inviting, and all staff have such a caring and gentle manner. The practice also follows very thorough COVID protocols of questions, temperature checks etc. I have my 3 young children booked to see Isabelle in the new year! I have nothing but praise for this practice. Thanks again Isabelle / Vaucluse Dental.

Fantastic experience: Simon, Isabelle and Michelle were very warm and welcoming and the newly renovated practice is (truly) the best I've seen. I required a large filling following a broken tooth and Isabelle showed real skill, patience and above all paid great attention to detail. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a general check up and three fillings here and could not recommend Isabelle and Simon enough! Excellent care provided, extra safe COVID precautions in terms of hygiene and in such a comfortable, homely setting (always a candle burning in the reception). They even gave me options to plan out my treatment according to my preference.

Fantastic experience: Lets face it, as you get older going to the dentist fills you with dread and horror. High pitched instruments and two people playing inside your mouth like its a game at the Easter Show. My old dentist Hymie retired and passed the baton to the young, fresh and attractive team of Isabelle and Simon. They make the harrowing experience of going to a dental check up almost enjoyable. I say almost because really one should rate a dental experience not as a positive thing but by a varying degree of negative discomfort. So now I'm going to stay with this new dynamic team and I wish them the best as they build on the business. Clean, comfortable, friendly. 5 stars.
