Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kevin for the last 6 or so years and have needed so much dental work due to years of medical and mental health struggles that have led to dental issues. Everytime I've gone in there I've felt so welcomed by the vibrant receptionist Jo and put at ease by the warm and kind disposition of Kevin and his assistants. I've never been made to feel any shame or embarrassment for the state of my teeth and Kevin has walked me through every step of the way with the utmost patience and professionalism. I've had work done from root canals to crowns to wisdom teeth removal and have never been in any intense discomfort afterwards and have always healed up so quickly compared to when I've gone to other dentists over the years. From someone who went from having severe anxiety over dentists throughout childhood and early adulthood, I think I share the sentiment of a lot of other patients in saying that Kevin is a dentist you go to for life

I’ve been seeing them since I was 8 years old, moved away for a while, and now that I’m back in QLD as an adult, I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. There is simply no dentist more patient, kind, caring, and skilled than Dr. Kevin. I had been feeling extremely nervous about getting some fillings done and kept postponing due to anxiety. The team was incredibly supportive. Dr. Kevin even took the time to personally call me beforehand, explain how the appointment would go, and offer ways to help me feel more comfortable. During the appointment, he and Jo made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling confident that I could return for future dental work without the overwhelming anxiety I’ve always had. What really stood out was the genuine care they show. I even received a follow-up message afterwards to check how I was feeling. Fantastic experience: What an exceptional service ! I am 70 years old and came to Dr Kevin Jaffar needing major dental work and of course was initially tentative and had trust issues. Well all my concerns were immediately put to rest with this reputable , informative and pain free professional service. Dr Kevin is a remarkable master craftsman and by restoring all my cracked and broken teeth and fitting a plate a long lost confidence boosting smile was created. I cannot remember the last time my teeth and gums had felt so clean and healthy. I highly recommend Dr Kevin and his wonderful, warm , caring and professional team to anyone in need of dental work. Negative experience: This is the most expensive dentist I’ve ever had a quote from. I was told I required a full deep clean at a cost of $2480. I got 2 other quotes for this: A: $1000 B: $800 I was told I’d need 6 fillings between $420 and $485 I got 2 other quotes: Fillings between $190 and $380 Fillings between $207 and $387 My second opinion stated my gums were fine and I needed 2 fillings with a normal clean. Totalling over $600. Even pricing the difference between dentists I’d still would have saved thousands going somewhere else. Pays to shop around.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kevin and the team treat you with kindness and dignity and show a genuine interest in you as a person. More like family, the whole team want to know who you are and how you have been keeping. They are friendly, courteous, efficient and constantly checking in to see if everything is going ok while In the chair. They are great with follow up calls and reminding you of when you need to come back which saves me trying to remember. Fantastic experience: I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin Jaffar to be your dentist. I have never, not even once, experienced any pain or discomfort whilst he was attending to my teeth. He is the gentlest and kindest dentist I have ever been to. He does his job, efficiently and expertly, quietly talking to you the whole time explaining every little procedure he is doing as he works on your teeth which takes away any fears you may have. Over 70 years, I can say I have gone to many dentists during my lifetime who have made me suffer, at times, unbearable pain and made me fearful, but whilst I have had this man attending to my teeth I have not suffered or felt any pain ever!!!. He has saved many of my teeth before I needed to have extractions....He believes in saving your teeth if he possibly can and he does it so gently that going to this dentist is now a pleasure for me rather that a dread which I had experienced over many years going to other dentists. Never, will I ever change dentists again....

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental clinic. I have been a patient at Jaffar Dental for the last 20 years now. Even as I travelled the countryside and even moved away from Brisbane, moved away from Qld even, I still made a point of keeping Jaffar Dental as my place to go for regular dental hygiene. Kevin is absolutely fantastic; never once have I seen him as anything less than a positive, friendly dentist proud to wear and greet me with a big smile on his face. Fear of seeing the dentist? Fear no longer, you're in great hands with Kevin. And of course, that is a demeanour shared by all staff at the Jaffar Dental. Jo - you're absolutely beautiful and a welcome, friendly face when I do walk into the clinic. I truly appreciate the time and care taken by all staff at Jaffar Dental when I had an incident that included damage to my teeth; I was seen punctually and Kevin took great care to fix the damage as best he could after going to great lengths to ascertain it wouldn't cause me any further problems. My oral health is as good as it is thanks to the professionalism, care and attention to detail that Jaffar Dental; that all of the staff provide.

Fantastic experience: Very happy to recommend Jaffar dental especially if like me you are a nervous dental patient. The friendly efficient staff and calm athmosphere of the clinic is very reassuring. I appreciated very much the way Kevin talked me through each procedure and explained what he was doing and gave a time frame as to how long it would take. Fantastic experience: I had bad experiences with dentist, from a child to adolescence, that pain relief only worked while driving home .I am 58 Kevin listening to my concerns he would make sure I was in no discomfort, and made a incisor specialized and fixed, to replace the bad one, which was in the front top so my apprehension was higher. My new tooth is better cosmetic looking than my original, my smile continues, so proud to say my fears have gone. I will be returning with my husband. Fantastic experience: I am hooked. I love the fact that i have found a dentist i can trust. I travel from Tasmania each year for my annual checkup and any repair jobs needed. I am 66 years old now and love a wide variety of raw and cooked foods and nuts. I want to make sure i am still able to enjoy these foods when i am 80 and 90 yrs old.
