Fantastic experience: Great experience (as good as it can be as my 6 year old ended up getting a tooth removed as well as a filling) Scott was amazing and so was his assistant explained/communicated everything the entire time while making sure my little girl was feeling as comfortable as she could. Safe to say even after getting the tooth taken out she still said when we got home she likes him Really appreciate this experience and how comfortable I was and her so thank you so much was only our first visit!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this clinic. The dentist I saw was not listening to my concerns and had an excuse for most issues I raised with my tooth. I think I know my body and the pain and symptoms I was experiencing was not from “food getting stuck” ??? It also seemed quite unorganised and communication was lacking which made me feel uncomfortable and unsure about what they were doing with my tooth. Will not be going back. Besides from that, most of the staff were friendly.

Fantastic experience: I took my 9yr old here with a tooth ache which then needed to be removed the next day. My son has anxiety and he takes a while to warm to people and for them to get his trust. Dr Lily did the initial consult and was so good explaining step by step before putting instruments near his mouth and made sure he was comfortable before proceeding. Dr Kinga did the removal the next day and was super friendly also and explained each step before proceeding and gave him an option to put his hand up he if wanted them to stop and was so gentle doing the removal in counts of 5 and giving him a break in between. But the legend and my savior was Belle that moved heaven and earth to build the relationship with my son naming the tools and explaining what they do … and also moved her placement the next day to be with the dentist that my son had as he already trusted her. You deserve a medal Belle and made the anxious mum at ease and my boy thinks the world of you. No dentist exists without an amazing assistant and Narangba family dental have them all. ♥️♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have a tooth removed and was quite anxious about it. Dr Ez did the procedure and was absolutely the best dentist I have had in a long time. He was very gentle and professional and put me at ease from the very beginning. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially those of us that dislike the dentist. Fantastic experience: After a long weekend of pain I had a tooth pulled yesterday at The Narangba Valley Dental, I was warmly welcomed by reception into a very clean, modern and well set up surgery, only a 3 minute wait, after a pleasant introduction by the dentist we discussed the best option for my treatment, we decided to remove the tooth under anaesthetic which went smoothly, the professionalism of the dentist and nurse made my procedure and experience very satisfying, I can't thank them enough and highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Narangba Family Dental highly enough. I’ve always hated going to see a dentist so it’s always been a last resort if I have toothache. From the very first appointment I felt that I was in the best hands. I only wish I had found this amazing practice years ago. Special shout out to Dr Scott.

All of my children’s first dental experiences have been at this clinic and they really love going to the dentist… from the moment we walk in till we walk out, the kids are treated kindly and walked through everything before any procedure is done and always given the time to ask questions. After another dentist scared my 8 year old and gave her a fear of dentists, I took her to narangba family dental and they were so amazing. My daughter asked to go back again. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Nisha between 2-3 years. I have always felt stressed about going to the dentist. But she makes me feel very comfortable, and is a caring Dr. I don’t live in the area, but will still go there because of how they are all so friendly and keep you up to date about your procedures. Negative experience: Very saddened by the fact that my mum sat and waited for 35 minutes in the waiting area after her appointment time without being told what the delay was and then had to leave, without her sore tooth being attended to, because it was closing time.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we were very let down by the dentist at this practice. While the staff are professional and friendly the dentist refused to treat a bad infection, left it untreated for four days until we demanded a second opinion (and were instantly given antibiotics by a senior dental surgeon once seen).

Made me feel so comfortable after a spending a night in pain I managed to get an emergency apoinment ! On time no painful injections and removed a tooth that has been giving me grief all night I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone and even having a fear of dentists I won’t be hesitating in going back in fact I’m going to book in for a clean and polish in a week or two !!! Fantastic experience: Cannot recommended these guys highly enough!! They are all so kind and non-judgmental! Going to the dentist causes anxiety for so many people, but these guys have been amazing. They made be feel so comfortable and unashamed about the work I need doing. All their prices are on their website and they do not push treatments. They give all the information and recommendations, but leave it up to you to decide. From the lovely person at the front counter to the dental assistants and dentists, they are all lovely and kind and so great at what they do.

Fantastic experience: I entered the practice with uncertainty and apprehension (I don’t know if anyone ever smiles, skipping and singing going into the dentist anyway am I right?), but I had no reason to be worried at all. I was greeted warmly and friendly when I entered, and actually welcomed (talk about service). While seeing Luke I got informative and precise information about what was happening with a sore tooth. I was not pressured to go ahead with anything on my visit (even though I had booked to have a lot of time there). I was talked too, not at, and felt heard when I asked questions. I will definitely be going back to this welcoming, friendly and professional dentist rooms in Narangba again, next time with less worry!

Fantastic experience: Wisdom tooth extraction would sometimes be painful but Scott and the team made it so easy. No pain at all, it’s been a great experience and will definitely come back if I ever need again.

It boasts a modern, stylish and clean environment, and who can complain about watching a peaceful documentary on Netflix whilst getting a dental scale?! They are even thoughtful enough to have a solid toy collection for those with little ones, as well as being very reasonable in price compared to competitors. 5 stars from me, I'll be back!

Skye was so helpful and was able to fit me in at the last minute and Scott the dentist was amazing talking me through everything he was doing. I was quite anxious and everyone was so lovely there.
