Fantastic experience: Fantastic family dentist! We tried a couple of dentists when we moved to the area a few years ago before finding this one. The difference was noticeable straight away. Now the whole family goes, including my son(s) and it’s always been great. Today my baby had an accident while we were waiting our turn (my fault for looking away from him for a second) and everyone was so incredibly kind. I felt so silly for disrupting the flow of the clinic and other patients but I was so grateful for how quick thinking and caring everyone was during a scary moment! Thank you Carindale Family Dentist!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I went here because of the reviews- now I know they aren’t real reviews. What a Terrible experience. After attending this dentist My teeth are ruined. They are so jagged and mis-shaped and painful. I even went back multiple times for review and they just got worse and worse and I was told there wasn’t anything wrong that they look even and my bite is fine. I constantly cut my tongue and gums from my jagged teeth now and I’ve started grinding in my sleep which I’ve never done before. I’m petrified to return to another dentist to be overcharged and under serviced again like I was here. If I could give zero stars unfortunately I would. EDIT TO RESPONSE FROM CLINIC: I most certainly was in your facility I have kept my name mostly anonymous because I do not want you contacting me as I want nothing to do with your clinic, you have done enough damage. I saw Dr grace, and I do not recommend your services.

Negative experience: Very poor service! Paid 890 for gum treament, filling and extraction of wisdom tooth. After more than week, pain still there. Called them up, they said review is free but will pay for extra treatment that has been treated. Lesson: dentist aint cheap, choose the best one! Highly unrecommmended.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate Dr Grace's patience and considerate approach during my son's treatment for fillings. Also, her attention to detail while working on my son's dental guard for night time was superb. As usual, I was impressed with clean, well-maintained and spacious waiting area, kind receptionist, efficient and caring dentist assistant. Waiting time was shorter than 3 mins, spacious waiting area - great for young family with young kids or prams, car parking was easy, definitely family friendly; even though it takes my family more than 45 mins of driving, all of my family members still go there!

Fantastic experience: My new and most professional Dentist. Fixed my severe pain in 30 minutes. My usual dentist couldn't find the problem and said ìt wasn't a dental problem.

Fantastic experience: I had been to other dentist and they couldn't diagnose properly and had to visit and change the filling multiple times for same tooth apparently small minor crack is hard to detect even for the dentists Dr. Grace was so professional that she knew the tooth had a crack and i finally could done right treatment she also does all root canal treatment that other dentist send patient to the specialist she explains clearly and she is trustable that I could realise i don't have to treat other tooth that other dentist told me to. I would definitely recommend her

Fantastic experience: Grace is brilliant. I’ve never felt so looked after by a dentist. I am 35 and finally have braces and am getting two implants. She is also extremely accommodating with late after work appointment times. Grace and Bianca are wonderful with my 6 and 9 year old, showing them how to brush and floss and early on giving them fissure seals. They really look out for your whole family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Grace has been looking after my teeth and my wife’s for about 8 years now. We have found her to be very kind and courteous at all times. We have had numerous procedures done in this time including crowns, implants, fillings and extractions and Dr Grace has been extremely kind and caring at all times. Dr Grace has also been very considerate with regards to payments and has helped us manage the costs and rebates inline with our financial capabilities at all times. Dr Grace has been the best dentist we have ever been to over our 60 years of needing dental care.

Fantastic experience: Convenient location-close to public transport/ample parking. Friendly receptionist. I used to have a morbid fear of dentists until I started seeing Dr. Grace. She is empathetic, understanding and does her best to minimise the pain. My teeth have never been is such great shape! My wife and son are also fans. My son has been seeing her since he was 6 and has no hesitation going for his appointments.

Fantastic experience: Great dental clinic with friendly staff. The clinic is very clean and the service runs on time. Dr Grace is a very skilled dentist. Knows exactly what the problems are and gets to the root of the problem. Visited last week with what seemed like a tooth ache but after careful assessment, told me it was a problem with the gums. She then told me tips so that the problem/pain will subside quickly and she was spot on. After following her recommendations I had no pain from 2 days after the visit. Also, never had a problem with any dental/cavity treatments I have received from her. Geat with my kids as well. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Google deleted or blocked my review.. so I am posting it again. I spoke to the owner dentist and she admitted that her staff being over enthusiastic so it's not a fault claim or review. ---------------------------------------------- Obsessed with confirming an appointment. I still had 3 days to the appointment date. Reception calls million times until answering or contacts an EMERGENCY CONTACT TO CONFIRM an appointment. // Emergency contact is for an emergency.. not just for confirming an appointment. // Reception thought it was my partner's number. How does it make it okay? Where is my privacy? Dentists might be good but sick and tired of getting calls from the place. Blocked all the numbers already.
