I am terrified of going to the dentist but they know how to make me feel relaxed and explain each step as they do procedure's. The staff are friendly and remember your name. Parking at this dentist is easy. They provide high quality service and make you feel valued as a patient. My new crown feels great and I’m looking forward to getting my new implants . I recommend these dentists as they use high quality products.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Dental clinic, for me, when I was in pain, and no one wanted to help me, I walked in to this clinic, and I new that was my day, they gave me confident that all will be good. Fantastic experience: I left Cairns Dentists Group with non-stop tears running down my face, not because I had been hurt, nor was I in pain, nor because anyone had upset me. On the contrary, I was crying with extreme happiness and relief. Doctor Nirav Vidyarthi had made my face whole again through his artistry in dentistry, restoring not only my smile but my facial structure, which had twisted from being toothless for some time. My confidence has returned, and, although I'm a mature lady, I feel pretty again. Thank you, Dr Nirav. Now to the nurses and reception staff. They are all, without exception, particularly gentle and thoughtful, especially Patti. The practice itself is roomy, airy, and comfortable. They are very skilled in their crafts and talk you through procedures. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for the past 4 years and honestly, I know every one meets the Tooth Fairy at least once but if you haven't met Nirav then you haven't met the Tooth Wizard! This guy is worth his weight in gold. Efficient. Confident. No bullshit. Just the best dentistry I've ever experienced in my 34 years and this comes from a life long "dentist-hater". Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Negative experience: I first started coming here as a few friends had highly recommended a particular dentist. I went recently for my appointment and was shocked when I was put in with a DIFFERENT dentist. I explained that I only wanted to see my usual dentist. However I was told that he was GONE and that I would be in good hands as this dentist was the owner of the clinic. The clinic really should have called me first to tell me that the dentist I booked in with was no longer there! The dentist that did my work was AWFUL. So incredibly harsh and put me through excruciating pain. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: Bad Experience at Dental clinic. I went to this dental clinic with my mum for the first time. An Indian doctor (I don’t know her name) called us in, and we went to a room. She was not polite and didn’t know how to greet or speak to patients. I felt very uncomfortable. She didn’t ask what had happened or listen to me properly, and she was in a hurry to check. She was very rude. I had a very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started visiting from few years ago and at first I was really nervous because it’s been a while since I had the check up but Dr Manjiri has basically threw my nerves out of the window made me comfortable on the spot. Negative experience: My experience with Dr Manjiri was in the least one horrific experience. She extracted a tooth which she stitched knowing I was prone to dry socket. With no more than a mouth wash my journey to recovery has been enduring. Please be aware that this was supposed to be a simple procedure. Maybe there is a better dentist out there. Certainly won't be recommending her to anyone.

We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that a post-extraction dry socket is a complication that occurs due to multiple reasons, the most common being the lack of proper blood clot formation or dislodgement from the bony socket. It is a common occurrence with smokers and vapers. When you called, stating the complication, you were seen immediately to address the issue.
The best way to prevent a dry socket is to follow the verbal and written instructions that are given to all patients after any surgical procedure and to provide diligent home care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nirav is absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to. He has incredible skills and is very caring and understanding about my fears. He fixed a big problem caused by another dentist as well as other major work which I'd put off for many years. He's the best!

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old son recently fell and hit his top front teeth. I was so worried he would loose them but when I saw Dr Manjiri she immediately put me at ease. She was very calming and made my son comfortable and he listened to everything she said.. her level of care was amazing and because of that I will be booking the rest of the family in. It's difficult to find a great dentist and one that really takes the time and actually cares!!!

Fantastic experience: The dentists at this practice are fantastic Dr Manjiri was so gental and patient with my daughter, the whole experience felt very easy and relaxed would happily recommend to anyone and everyone.
Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Manjiri and was amazed by her reasuring manner, thorough investigation and knowledge. Im going on 50 years of age, and have been to my share of Dentists over the years, and can honestly say she would be the best i have been to.

Fantastic experience: There is no workspace more organised than the shelves behind reception at The Dentists, Westcourt, Cairns. I'd recommend making an appointment for a clean, just to marvel at the organisation of colour-coded folders. If this is an indication of the attention to detail and care than their dentists take, I want to go here. I've seen two different dentists, both were excellent. Turn your phone off to be polite whilst in reception. There's a water fountain and soft couches on which to nervously wait, with a smattering of mediocre magazines to read.
