Negative experience: They really should update their information. They have never been 24/7 Only available after hours for pre-booked emergencies. I learnt the hard way 2 years ago, after an appointment with them on a Friday, which led to excruciating tooth pain. Was unable to get into contact with the dentist until the following Monday. Unsure why they haven't updated their sign.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place enough. After breaking my tooth late Saturday night and turning up late due to traffic they were nothing understanding, friendly, kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hussain and Clarissa took such amazing care of me after a fall meant I had two broken front teeth. I turned up upset and in a lot of pain and they were empathetic, fast, explained everything, and provided referrals for the follow up care needed. The work is so high quality that one front tooth that was half missing looks completely normal even inspecting up close. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself needing urgent dental care - they couldn't be more lovely and professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Syed takes great care, attention & time to all of his clients. I have not only observed this but have also experienced this both during my treatment & post-treatment. He also has a great sense of humour & humanity which shines through in knowing where someone is at with their fears & anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hussein was just incredible and so patient with me! I can not recommend him enough. I needed urgent dental care late in the evening when everything was closed, he was the only one open. His wife Clarissa was an excellent aid as well, very patient and did not rushing me into anything like a lot of clinics do. Fantastic experience: Well, I wasn't expecting a trip to the dentist on a public holiday but I had to. I'm terrified of dentists big time. But Dr Hussain was exceptional. Talked me through the whole thing. Extraction was needed. So quick. Truly impressed.

Fantastic experience: I came just before my trip to Brisbane and I am terrified of going to the dentist I honestly thought I’d walk in and run out as it has happened before but instead I met Dr Hussain and his assistant, They where so lovely dr Hussain talked me step by step and the best case scenario, I was shaking like a leaf but his assistant was holding my hand to get me though the process. I now have one less tooth but could not of done it without the amazing support! I have also been checking in with dr Hussain for progress and he answers all my questions and makes me feel heard. Would recommend everyone to go here and if you suffer from panic attacks or anxiety these guys will help you if I could give a 1000 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Late Friday evening, 1 broken molar. Called the surgery and I was seen less than an hour later. I have dental anxiety and convinced myself that I would lose my tooth. From the moment I arrived, Dr Hussain and his staff were so caring and understanding of my anxiety issues. Dr Hussain took time to listen to my fears as he explained every step of the procedures he would go through and he was very kind and reassuring. I did not lose my tooth, much to my great relief he was able to repair it. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this wonderful, caring dentist and his assistant. I would highly recommend him and would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Dr Hussain.

Fantastic experience: My son had his growing front tooth knocked out. We need to have it glued till it grows fully. Every now and then it falls out when he knocks it. The only place he feel comfortable and safe. So gentle. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had incredible care from Dr Hussain during a late night emergency run to have a root canal treatment. He was amazing but I have been unable to make contact with the clinic to schedule the second part of the procedure. Has it closed down ?

Fantastic experience: On Tuesday night my 8yo son needed to have 2 teeth removed at midnight. A unexpected visit to the dentist and Dr.Hussain and his father made him feel right at ease. Pain free, quick and extremely kind. Even my son asked me to leave a 5 star review. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: WOW!WOW! Dr Hussein was absolutely wonderful when it came to having 2 teeth pulled and opened the surgery up at 1am in the morning. Dr Hussein was so professional with all the experience that comes with dentistry. Dr Hussein helped with my mums anxiety as well who gently and slowly guided her through this very difficult time. Fantastic experience: This man is quite possibly the best dentist in Melbourne. I have mental health issues and crippling anxiety and Dr Hussein was absolutely wonderful when it came to having my very sore tooth pulled at 10.30pm at night. I can not recommended him more. He explained everything as he went, settled my nerves completely and was kind and gentle.

Fantastic experience: I called up in the morning in excruciating pain from a rotten wisdom tooth, they slotted me in that day and were beyond accomodating to my needs. Offered water and re-assurance as I am petrified of dentists and had let the pain go on for too long. The numbing was super quick and not painful at all, and the tooth came out within minutes all in tact. Fantastic service from start to finish and a massive thank you for all the comforting and re-assurance thought the whole process. I can’t be more grateful to team that took my horrific pain away.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had. I have had terrible experiences with dentists and I left a dental issue too long to which resulted in severe pain. This doctor and his team saw me within 90 minutes of my call @ 10pm and as all the comments suggest the treatment was gentle, understanding to my phobia and made sure I was not in any pain. He spoke to me clearly about costs and each step of the procedure and really took the time to help me understand the whole process - reassuring me that going to the Dentist isn't too bad after all. (Finished up at 1:30am) After the treatment he gave me his contact information on Whatsapp to monitor any severe side affects as I'd had a bad reaction in the past . Woke up the next day - no pain. Feeling really good. Money worth spent on a doctor who takes the time to do the right thing.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for your help I was in so much pain before coming here. The two dental clinics I visited earlier couldn’t help me and sent me home in pain and told me to come back next week. But now no more pain thanks to Emergency Dentist Melbourne in Preston. They were able to see me straight away and fix the problem. This dental clinic is by far the best dental service experience I have ever had and is for the people. Fantastic experience: After being in agony due to a wisdom tooth issue for 3 days (and not being able to see my regular dentist until a week later) I started frantically calling emergency dentists anywhere I could. This one so happened to be In my suburb. Dr Hussain managed to squeeze me in after telling him I had to have this tooth out, the very same day. OPG in hand, I went in expecting to be told " yes well let's see " and " u may need another appointment ". He basically told me I was correct, it needed to come out, gave me the options, the price and the usual " risks associated with " and once agreed upon... it took him less than a minute. Is bedside manner is amazing. He is calm and so lovely. Amazing dentist!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went yesterday to the dentist for an emergency tooth extract as i was in excruciating pain and i couldn't handle the pain any more. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to having to go to the dentist. When i went yesterday i had seen dr syed Hussain he was fantastic with the consultation and explained everything in fine detail. He also spoke to me as he was extracting my tooth. I had been to another dentist about a year ago they hurt with the numbing injection and when my tooth got pulled out it was in shards yesterday with dr syed hussain i did not feel the numbing injection and he pulled my tooth out in one piece within the matter on minutes i was surprised with that as every time i have been to another dentist it takes over an hour. Dr syed is a fantastic dentist and he will be my dentist always thank you so much for your help.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hussain was the only dentist open Sunday. He very quickly, and painlessly fixed the problem early afternoon so I could leave for a holiday immediately after. He is a very skilled dentist that works quickly and accurately. The quality of the tooth restoration was outstanding and it cost the same as a weekday 9-5 dentist. Negative experience: Made an appointment 3 days in advance. Arrived 15 min early to a locked door. Phoned and was informed my booking had not been logged and no dentist available to see me. Took the day off work to have my toothed fixed. No filling and no wages earned today. Will go to a more professionally run dentist.

I was nearly killed by my teeth pain 10 days ago , the doctor saved my life only use 10 mins. and I have been take good care of doctor from here with two free reviews to make sure everything is ok. Fantastic experience: Dr Syed Hussain is quite simply the best dentist we have ever seen. He and his assistant were kind, friendly, and professional. My partner is an extremely anxious patient at the dentist, and she was giggling and laughing throughout getting a filling replaced, which is an amazing turnaround, and testament to Dr Hussain's skill at making his patients feel at ease. If you are anxious about going to the dentist, or if you just want an excellent, friendly dentist, Dr Hussain is your guy! Also, very reasonably priced for an after hours emergency dentist.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Hussain today (Good Friday!) Andrew a part of my filling broke. I have never visited the dentist without tears but today was so very different! Dr Hussain has such a lovely nature - he made me feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge and approach. I can honestly not speak highly enough of him. Fantastic experience: After being unable to bear the pain any longer from a chipped and decayed tooth, at 9:30pm I called up and left a message. With 10 or so minutes they called me back and I was sitting in the chair at 10pm. I hadn’t been to the dentist for many years, and the Dr. and assistant were totally professional and explained everything very well and were extremely reassuring. The tooth was extracted and all went well. I will certainly be seeing them more regularly from now on.

Fantastic experience: Amazing!!! I called so many dentist last night for pain relief and no one was open. But Emergency Dental were amazing they got me in checked the tooth out, tooth was removed in 3 seconds. If you ever ever need dental treatment after hours I highly recommend call the boys they were very good. I’m very nervous with the dentist but boys were very gentle and kind. Highly recommend them!!!

Negative experience: Avoid this place for misleading patients who need urgent care as their opening hours are false and don't operate 24 hours a day. When I visited the place, it was closed and it was an emergency situation. So i lost critical time and was dying from pain. Last thing you need is being mislead when you are in excruciating pain and need urgent care. Unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was really great asked a lot of questions to understand the issue. Made appointment within the hour and very prompt arrived within 5 mins was in the dentist chair. Tooth extraction done in 10 mins in and out of appointment within 30mins. Highly recommend Service.
