Having undergone major dental procedures at this dental surgery over the last year and a half, including sinus graft, dental implants, and crowns, I'm delighted to say that they over-delivered in both quality and value. Fantastic experience: Dr Doug very professional, explains the process thoroughly for dental implants. Stage 1 complete with implant in situ, painless at the time, after local anaesthetic wears off a little discomfort for 24 hours, pain free after this. Looking forward to crown being fitted in 3 months. 1.8.23. Got the crown, Dr Doug did a great job, very happy.

Fantastic experience: I got a few quotes from dentists in different areas and this practice was the most affordable. Even though it was cheaper, the quality and service was still superior. I would recommend them over any other dentist for inplants. Their practice is very clean too, and super easy to get to, literally, just a 2 minute walk from Wynyard station. I phoned after to move my booking time and their services were super friendly and accommodating. So all-around a very positive experience for me.

Negative experience: I’m in unease to write a bad review after the surgeon was admirable , but the doc’s (sheeren) and reception lady’s attitude and services were appalling. I visited the clinic to implant a tooth , the surgeon done an outstanding job with the first steps on the process. Where on the other hand the doctor first put on a tooth that wasn’t close to near what I asked for. When I complained about the tooth the doctor didn’t take me seriously and left the receptionist to try convince me to leave it. After A lot of discussing (I’d like to say arguing) the receptionist started to talk to me with an attitude and got very rude which I did not like at all. This review is not fake and is just for the general public to know before they get these people involved in there oral hygiene requests. I’ve realised they reply to bad reviews as fake but I doubt they are with staff that are that bad mannered . Will not be coming here again Cheers ,

After finding out about their 100% refund policy i decided to consent to surgery and now had my surgery. Couldnt be happier with professionalism and easy way to book everything online. Now i am waiting for another 2 months to place my crown by my own dentist.

Negative experience: Went there in April for a free consultation on implant. PAUL Pinho saw me for 5 mins and said I am too early for implant. I need to go back in June. Have to take cone beam ct. I told him my dentist who removed my tooth said that I should get it done with 3 or 4 weeks after my extraction or I will lose my bone. He smirked and said my dentist is doesn’t know what he is talking about and that we don’t lose bone so quickly. He said to me to come back in June when my gum is more stable for the implant. I went back on 20/6 and he told me that a person lose the bone when they lose a tooth. He has now completely turn the story around . Then he questioned me whether I still want him to do the implant before he even decided to look at my conebeam ct image. I told him to take a look and he asked me to call the next morning to find out his decision. As usual I rang the ‘direct number ‘ the Receptionist gave me, no one answer and left a message. No one call back. After the 3 day I finally got thru and my guess was right. He can’t do my implant. He had just wasted my time and delay my chance of getting my implant sooner. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend at all. Avoid this dentist. Not worth the wait

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, price and location. I went to the Collins street clinic and had two implants placed- very cheap dental implant surgery considering professionalism of service. I got MIS implants which apparently are the best quality too. $2850 was even less expensive than going overseas.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic for low cost dental implants in Melbourne. I got quoted significantly more by other dentists and was extremely close to booking a trip to Thailand to get my implants done. Dr Pinho's fee was fixed at $2850 for implant and crown so ended up being much much cheaper than what Thailand would have cost not to mention hassle and lack of follow up. He uses high quality MIS implants and mine has been super. I'm going back for my second in a few months.

The surgeon Dr Pinho and his team are very professional and experienced, I feel very at ease in their hands compared with other dentists. All implants to date have been rock solid. Highly recommended.
