Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists. My teenage daughter was in QLD from interstate with family when her fixed orthodontic retainer moved. I called the Bribie Island surgery and they fit her in at a moments notice. She didn’t end up needing any immediate treatment, so they didn’t charge her. They did not need to do this however it shows what an honest practice they run. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: I was treated for an emergency, arrived with no appointment and seen within half hr, leaving with a great result. the team at Pacific Smiles were very heartwarming of my situation, took very good care of me. From Maree the receptionist, Dr Tom who treated me to the nurse who held my hand, unfortunately didn’t get her name. Couldn’t have been better looked after.

I found the staff amazing and Graeme was fantastic, along with his assistant. made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly about my procedure. Negative experience: Won’t Be back I’m retired as most are on Bribie and I broke a front tooth so I contacted them and the response was 3 weeks to get in as they don’t take VOUCHERS Even though I was a returning customer and in a bit of pain as well …Was water off a ducks back … After contacting another practice at Sandstone Point they went out of their way to fit me in voucher or no voucher …The experience was above and BEYOND anything I have experienced before Super friendly reception staff fantastic friendly dentists no rush understanding and really did a top job …on the same tooth that was previously done here … We all like to stay local but enough is enough the staff at sandstone point are mostly from bribie anyhow … Go 5 minutes over the bridge easy parking IGA next door do sme shopping and come out with a gift pack for the kids or yourself ….I’m done with this lot ..

Positive experience: We took our 11 year old daughter to have her first filling and as you can imagine she was a little nervous about getting the needle. The reception ladies were very helpful and friendly. This really helped my daughter feel good and less nervous. However the dentist (and his assistant) that did the filling, do not know how to make a young child feel comfortable and safe. While tears ran down my daughters face, not one word was said from either of them! No “you are doing well”, “no not long now,”nothing! You could fit the care factor from both of them, in your little finger nail! I do not like to give reviews like this but if this helps someone with a nervous child to make a decision then good. I would have given less of a rating if it wasn’t for the nice ladies at reception. And that we have had a really lovely dental assistant last time we were there.

Negative experience: Absolute butcher. Doing work unnecessarily and causing a trip to the hospital & visits to 2 other dentists to rectify. If they recommend a deep clean, go and get a second opinion!!

Negative experience: Definitely the worst Medical Centre I have ever been to. Staff are ridiculously rude and do not care about their patients. The first lady who took my phone call was awfully rude and then it just got worse from there onwards! They rescheduled my appointment 3 times! By the 3rd time I told them not to worry about rescheduling and they didn't even care. The lady called Fiona was so rude to myself and also the other patients around me. I even had a lady come up to me when walking out and said she didn't blame me for leaving. I will never attend this practice again; most horrible service I have ever received!

Negative experience: Had a bottom tooth extracted and left with a cracked top tooth. Returned first thing the next morning and was told I had to pay for it to be repaired. Very disappointed.
