Fantastic experience: Can't thank John and the team enough for the work they did correcting my teeth implants. I went to other dentists and they told me that taking on the work would be too risky and that they would want to do the implants from scratch again (which would cost over 10k) John said that he could improve how my teeth looked without completely redoing them and kept me fully updated along the way. I felt completely at ease having John working on my teeth because of how thorough and caring he and the team were throughout the whole process. I can't tell you enough of how thankful I was to find Cove Dental as the the work they did completely corrected my teeth and I'm now so much more confident because of it. Thank you so much!!!!!

Fantastic experience: What is immediately different about Cove Dental is the calm and gentle atmosphere when you enter. Bomi, the Practice Manager, has placed her beautiful artwork in the reception. A LOT of care has been put into the set up of the rooms and this is ongoing. Patient care and comfort is top of mind. It is important to her that the patient experience is as pleasant as possible. This is my impression of their practice.

Fantastic experience: I've struggled finding a reliable dentist in Sydney for many years. I'm so grateful to have come across Cove Dental, I couldn't have asked for a better dentist! Dr. Hills walked me through the process step by step, showing me photos and explaining why a procedure has to be done on which tooth. He understood that dental fees can be burdensome and prioritised the more urgent cavities. He didn't recommend any unnecessary treatments unlike the many business-orientated dentists I've met previously. The clinic is clean and modern, even has a TV on the ceiling to keep the patients entertained (distracted from the discomfort/pain). Haha. Very highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews usually but I just had to write one for Cove Dental. I didn't have a regular dentist as I couldn't really find a good one that I can trust. In search of a good dentist, I tried a few places including the ones that are run by the health fund. I felt that most of the dentists at these places seemed very business-focused. Even when I went for a simple checkup or cleaning, I would always end up with "strong suggestions" on other procedures that I needed which were also coincidently very expensive. I found out about Cove Dental from a colleague and decided to give them a try, just to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did! John (the dentist) really knows what he's doing. He was so patient with all of my questions and really helped me understand the issues I was having with my teeth. I have extremely sensitive teeth and he was the first dentist that didn't make my palms sweat from pain. I also found out that I didn't need all of the extra procedures that I was advised to "think about" from the other dentists. I also brought my super-fussy-toddler for a checkup and John was so gentle and wonderful with him. My toddler got his first checkup without any tears! If you are looking for a great & honest dentist, you will find one at Cove Dental. I highly, highly recommend John as he is just so good at his job. The office itself is also very nice and clean, and the staff are always so friendly, which makes the trip extra pleasant, every time:)

My pain tolerance is extremely low and I was absolutely petrified of going in to get a cavity with the nerve exposed cleaned and filled. However Dr John Hills and his wife made my entire experience at the dentist an absolute pleasure, they made sure I was comfortable, I felt no pain throughout my procedure, they were both very kind and caring, Dr John Hills was very informative and explained every step of the procedure and both Dr John Hills and his were just very friendly, caring and professional the entire time.

Fantastic experience: The family that operates and owns it are truly genuine. All staff are amazing and the premises is family friendly. All the equipment seems brand new and are in supreme quality. The "added" comforts, such as a ceiling mounted flat screen TV (with Netflix) ensures you can feel relaxed. Private Health accepted, and VERY reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: I went there with my 2.5 year old daughter after being advised by my previous dental practice that it was no longer gap free and that the dentist who looked after me moved on. Having been to quite a number of practices in my life, I can definitely say that this will be the practice for me. Well the first consultation at this practice was gap free. The practice is relatively new and is owned and operated by the practitioner which was quite assuring, with my previous practice appearing to experience high turnover as the dentists there were salary dentists. The principal told me that he worked as a salary dentist before opening his own practice 6 months ago. All the equipment appeared to be new and the staff were really friendly. The dentist seemed to take extra effort on scaling as it wasn't a 5 minute job like some other places. My daughter was very well looked after during my consultation. Highly recommended.

They are very reactive: it is the only practice in Lane Cove that could take me as an emergency on Easter Friday 4. Since he knew it would be difficult for me to get some medication on a public holiday, Dr Hills provided me with a mouthwash and some pain killers ...In short, I highly recommend it!
