Fantastic experience: Sam is amazing!!! I can’t recommend her highly enough! She is very caring and compassionate and I feel so comfortable with her, she always explains things .Also the dental nurses are great as are the reception staff!!!

Fantastic experience: Attended National Dental Care for the first time today. It was easy to get an appointment using their online booking system and the receptionists were very pleasant as was the dental assistant. The dental centre was clean and parking can be a bit busy as theres lots of facilities in the block but there's always the woolworths shopping centre carpark over the road. I saw Dr Kim Phung, a lovely, caring man who explained every step of my treatment and pricing before he even started working on my broken tooth. He was efficient, gentle and didn't rush at all. I had a great experience with Dr Phung and would recommend him to others as my extraction was painfree, I will definitely return to him for future dental care.

Fantastic experience: I seen Dr Con. I admit i'm terrified of going to the dentist, he was wonderful at talking to me and explaining what was going to happen and his nurse helped him keep me calm through the procedure.

Fantastic experience: As much as I dislike going to the dentist, I have to say — the team here makes it as easy and comfortable as possible. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff were kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of my nerves (and trust me, I was nervous!). They took the time to explain everything, checked in often during the appointment, and never rushed me. I really appreciate the level of attention and compassion they show — it makes a big difference. Thank you for making a dreaded visit feel manageable, even pleasant. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to National Dental Care Thompson Road for the past 5 years. I found the staff to be extremely professional and courteous. I cannot speak highly enough of their lead dentist Dr Con Lakoumentas.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jessica Po is a terrific dentist. She fitted in my child who needed urgent dental care, diagnosed the problem quickly and treated it with so much eased that a 7 year old didn't even noticed he had the local anaesthetic needle! Good quality work and sound advice. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: I had stage 1 of my root canal done by Dr Charbine recently. Over the years, I have had many dental surgeons and dentists and Dr Charbine is, in my list, the top 2 most patient doctors. During the procedure, Dr Charbine explained clearly and carefully what she was doing and what the next steps were going to be. I don't recall my other doctors doing so. Equally friendly was her assistant, Mary which put me at ease throughout the session. Reception was manned by Chatra (I hope I got the name right) and Kate. They were a joy to talk to. Most people don't normally like to see their dentist. I am actually quite looking forward to seeing Dr Charbine for my stage 2 session.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always helpful and friendly. Dr Jess is great and she makes going to the dentist as good as it can be. No gap with my private insurance is an added bonus

I felt very comfortable even though I was experiencing discomfort with my fillings that had come out. Fantastic experience: I recently had some work done from Jess and I felt very supported throughout the visit. I was provided re-assurance, clear explanation of what was being done and time to take a time out if needed. The best part of all is that although the condition of my teeth wasn’t perfect, I felt no judgement by Jess but instead provided friendly education on what I can do to improve my oral health. I would recommend everyone to see Jess and her fantastic nursing team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Con lakoumentas is a very generous hardworking doctor. About three months ago I ordered full denture via his clinic.he takes his time and makes sure everything works well for his patients. I visited him many times to make sure my dentures were measured correctly. I have visited him many times after receiving my dentures.He fixes the problem every time. if you are looking for a great dentist, he’s the best I recommend you visit him. Fantastic experience: I really had to share my experience today at National Dental Care Thompson Road.. I was worried about taking my 5 yr old daughter to the dentist as I knew she needed a little bit of work done on her teeth. But I needn’t have been concerned because from the moment we arrived the staff were wonderful and the whole experience was actually something she enjoyed. Dr Con was her dentist and he immediately befriended her and talked her through the whole process.She thought he was great!!! All the nurses were great!! One particular nurse Andrea was our favourite she made it so fun and enjoyable, she held my daughter’s hand while she got a filling ( without so much as a tear) and reassured her. They really went above and beyond. Without a doubt I will bringing my kids back to have all their dental work here. I highly recommend. Our experience was 10/10 if I could give more than 5 stars I would

Fantastic experience: My family has been seeing Sam for about 22 years. Prior to this I hated the dentist and would avoid it at all costs. I bit the bullet when my kids were born because I didn’t want them to feel the way I did. Sam has such a nurturing way of making you feel safe. She has cured my fear by always explaining what she is doing and why, taking her time and being very patient. She has a stash of squishy balls for those that need a little extra security. Thank you Sam, you’ve taken a terrifying experience and made it a pleasure to see you every 6 months. I can’t recommend Sam highly enough.

Negative experience: Saw Dr Kim Phung to have a tooth extracted and now six days later I am still in a lot of pain. He told me that my tooth was very infected including the tooth next to it. He removed one tooth, left the other one and did not prescribe me antibiotics considering the infection and pain I was in. Not only that, he was extremely rough removing the tooth. Never ever will I see him again!!

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Thompson Road Dental for about 10 years now and the service is excellent. Rest assured you will be look after and all staff there will look after your dental needs. I have had 6 monthly ongoing checks completed, crowns, root canals, and fillings done. My teenage children's braces were also looked after the the staff, and ended up with great teeth and smiles. The after service care has been excellent and includes all follow-up communication required to keep my family's bookings on time. Thank you to the Thompson Road Dental Team for all your support. Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at this clinic. I knew they were there but never used them before. I had Dr Jess and her assistant Frances who were absolutely amazing ! If you’re afraid of needles (especially in the mouth) I highly recommend Dr Jess. Her technique was so gentle that I didn’t feel the needle AT ALL !! And Frances was a great distraction, and funny. So thank you DrJess and Frances, I left feeling very relaxed with no pain. I’ll be back, but hopefully not to soon haha

Negative experience: Booking in for denture appointment and specific mention about the Victorian denture scheme and you guys accept it. After a week of waiting and few hours before the appointment, you guys ring me up and say i come to the wrong place and you guys dont do Denture. The FUNNY thing is that you offer to do it for me at the early year without the Scheme. YOU could have told me at the start that you need more $$$ to do my denture instead of wasting my Bloody time. $$$ hungry people NOT HAPPY!

Negative experience: The worst place I ever see at any clinic in Victoria no one say “please/thank you / sorry “ one girl call me as a “man” she ask from other girl @Who is this man” and grab the papers on my hand with out saying anything. I’m not recommend this place to anybody please avoid this place go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here for over 23 years. The staff and doctors here are lovely and amazing. I had a serious health event today and the doctors and nurses reponded promptly and provided amazing care.

Negative experience: I don't want to give any star. I have been there 2 times. They charge wrongly 2 times and once call me to pay another fees after weeks. I was shocked and they were rude on the phone. BTW The injection skill was terrible.

Negative experience: the receptionists are alright though. but most of the doctors are rude and give stress with treatment. and racist behavior. and off-course they ask every patient to be 5 minutes earlier but takes 1 hour to wait. overall D grade service.
