Fantastic experience: Recently changed to this local dentist after my filling came out the 2nd time! Dr Michelle Chong was excellent. Very attentive and efficient. I have full confidence in her professionalism. Procedure was fast and painless. Was able to claim using my NIB card. Plenty of parking behind Queen street via Crana Street.

My husband & I see the periodontist regularly and he is so thorough our gums and teeth feel amazing. All the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and there is plenty of parking at the rear of the building. I recommend this practice as it’s high standard.

Fantastic experience: Visit this morning with Dr Nima was for a checkup and clean. A quick and gentle clean left me with a smile . All staff are great to deal with and make the trip to the dentist an enjoyable one.

I've been attending for a couple of year's always clear on recommendations expectations also costs so you can plan.

Negative experience: Disappointed! I was referred by my orthodontist for gum repair surgery, but unfortunately, both my orthodontist and I are disappointed with the results. The procedure was expensive and uncomfortable, yet the improvement was minimal. While one side appears slightly higher and thicker, the left front area remains far too low — not the outcome we expected. On a positive note, the practitioner had a pleasant bedside manner, and the receptionist was truly delightful and professional, which I appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I have been coming here for about 10 years or more & we still travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Namik Abdulhak (the best dentist!) since we’ve moved suburbs. Dr Namik is the BEST dentist because he’s so thorough, has great bedside manner & is gentle when working on our teeth! He takes the time to explain to us about things like my impacted wisdom teeth, enamel problems etc. & what I need to do about it. The receptionist is also awesome because she’s so nice and has great people skills unlike most medical receptionist staff! We always have a good laugh! I look forward to my 6 month cleaning appointments because these guys are just great!

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr Namik Abdulhak for my Daughter's first Dental visit and she absolutely loved it. Dr Namik was fantastic with her, I was actually surprised at how well he handled everything - it was fun and entertaining. Nurse Hannah was also very good. The only thing I didn't like was when I called to make the booking I made it clear it was my Daughter's first time visiting the Dentist. Whoever was on the phone could have been nicer (used a rude undertone). Otherwise was a very pleasant experience.

Dr Nima did a wonderful job with my gum graft, very gentle for such an extreme procedure, with an amazing outcome. Dr Michelle has also done a fantastic job with my Australian Made aligners, after only 10 weeks I can already see a significant difference and can't wait to see the end result. Well the receptionist Kelly made my experience much better she calmed me while I waited and then checked in with me. Dr Namik was very parient with me and I now don't fear the 6 monthly clean.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with the dentist 2 days before. When I went there, was told my booking has been cancelled. The receptionist messaged someone else instead of me. It's obvious that someone didn't need the dentist. I went all the to st Mary's, took day off all for nothing. Please go somewhere who's more responsible, who take patients seriously.
