Fantastic experience: I had to bring my 8 year old in to have his teeth filled and Dr Bala was amazing with him. He made my son feel calm by explaining the procedure and all the tools he used in a very calming and gentle manner and we had a very stress-free and easy visit. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr gorantla today, due to me being pregnant for the first time ive had bleeding gums. He was very calm and explained everything to me and put numbing cream on my gums, which no dentist has ever done for me before which I really appreciated. My teeth look very good and tonight for the first time my gums are not bleeding. He told me which mouth wash to get also which no dentist has been that helpful. Also the young blonde lady who worked with the dr was also very kind and very gentle. 30/08/2025. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: I went in thinking I had to have 2 teeth pulled but only had 1 tooth extraction, clean and a filling, honestly cant fault this place. I was told by another dentist that my other back tooth needed to be extracted, but Dr Lawrence fixed it. They even called me the next day after my extraction to see how I was feeling , the care level here is amazing the Drs and the ladies at the front desk all do an amazing job.

Negative experience: I went in for a simple routine cleaning, but it wasn’t done very well. The service was disappointing, and the price was too high for what I got. They didn’t even have the usual dental sinks for rinsing - just gave me a plastic cup, which I found absolutely unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: First time going there today for my 6-month clean. Dr Wang and the dental nurse were excellent. Dr Wang made me feel comfortable, he was very friendly and considerate. The clean was much more comfortable than other dentists I’ve experienced in the past, and not painful at all. I will definitely will see Dr Wang as my regular dentist.

Negative experience: Failed duty of care. Crown prep for upper and lower right molars by Dr Ferrol. After 3 to 4 days, I booked for a follow-up appointment from experiencing pain, swelling, and an unpleasant odor coming from the affected tooth. Hence, they booked me in with another dentist. Upon examination, it was noted that the temporary crown was oversized, causing discomfort by pressing against my gums. I was told to buy a gargle and gel. The next day, I called again in the morning because of severe pain from head down to my shoulders, I was told the best thing they could for me is the next day at 9am. I then rang other dental practice because I couldn't bare with the pain. Lucky enough after ringing 3 clinics I was able to book an appointment. The practice was great, did a thorough examination and x-rayed the tooth and as I suspected it was an infection. Same comments bulky temporary crown. The dentist prescribed me antibiotics and pain killers straight away. I mean finally! This is the Caboolture Dental Club at Central Lakes. My schedule with Pacific smiles Morayfield is June 5 crown prep then June 26 to put the proper crown back on. Haven't heard from them since that follow up phone call. Then you ask me to email you guys to understand more of my concern. I emailed three days ago and no response at all. Thus, the Google review. Two weeks later, I've completed the same procedure (redo everything) at another dental practice and the dentist discovered that there was a fair amount of retraction cord left in my gums from temporary crown at Pacific Smiles. That cord was in my gums for 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it! The other dentist also noted that the tooth is too small for a crown. Ground both my molars too small that went below the gum line. Had to consult a gum specialists. Been nearly 5 months of dental work from this clinic messed up work.

Fantastic experience: I had my first experience with Pacific Smiles Dental Morayfield today and the receptionist, dental assistant and Dr L Wang were so friendly and made the whole process very relaxing and stress free. Fantastic experience: Booked in for a dental emergency as a new patient the morning of my appointment as I was in a lot of pain. Bad infection making my tooth loose. Dr Bala explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. He continuously made sure I was comfortable, and was very gentle and patient. Considering why I was there the whole experience was very pleasant. The assistant was amazing aswell. So comforting, caring and empathetic. They certainly made me feel at ease. Even had me joking and laughing. I hate needles and have a bit of a phobia when it comes to teeth but they took their time and made it as pleasant as possible. I was seriously dreading my appointment but they made it a good experience. Exceeded my expectations. Reception was also lovely and welcoming. I will be going here from now on and highly recommending to everyone. Thank you!!!

Negative experience: Be aware that the dentists do NOT work for Pacific Smiles. The result of this, is that if you have a problem with work performed by a previous dentist who has left, it is a battle to get the work repaired. I was also told by the dentist that there are "no guarantees" with the work they perform which I have never been told by any other dentist. A place I will now avoid.

Negative experience: The front staff here are amazingly friendly, and kind. However that is probably the best part about this particular dental office. I had a crown chip, and I went for assistance. I was charged $300 for a repair job that lasted less than 24 hours. I immediately went back in and was told "yeah, you probably need a new crown. I'm not the crown guy." I did not get a refund on the work in any form, and was left poorer, and with a chipped tooth. That should have been my first clue to not seek crown work from this office, but I had another tooth that needed a crown, and thought, "OK. This time I will see the 'Crown Guy' and have it done right." I had a crown put on, and in just over 12 months, the crown was loose. I went back to the office and inquired about what could be done, and was told that I had to wait for the crown to fall off completely before we could look into whether the crown could be replaced or whether other options would be better suited. So here I am a year beyond that, with a front facing tooth that wiggles and shifts every time I speak or eat. And no dentist from this office wanted to help. If you need crown work of any kind, please seek out ANY other dentist.

Positive experience: The dentist was very friendly and reassuring but also perhaps lazy/money hungry. Went in with a tooth that needed extraction. They xrayed and found a small infection under the tooth. I was sent home with antibiotics and charged a consult/X-ray fee. Then if I went back I would have had to pay for another x-ray. The infection was minimal. I've since learned that the tooth could have indeed been pulled and removal is often the best option to get rid of an infection, of which I still have even after 2 courses of antibiotics. I just feel like it was a rip off sending me home so they could double up on a charge. Either that or they simply couldn't be bothered pulling a tooth at that time ♂️

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment on Monday the 27th and like a lot of people I have feared trips to the dentist my entire life. That all changed on Monday when I visited Pacific Smiles at Morayfield. Dr Ferrol, Belinda and the other staff member (I wish I had her name to thank her also) were all amazing. Dr Ferrol was very helpful and had me at ease my entire appointment. I would encourage anyone who is slightly anxious about visiting the dentist to give these guys a call. Negative experience: After going to this place I came out with more problems, after the anaesthetic wore off I notice a lot of neck pain due to the chair was BROKEN. Also the FILLING has failed, getting pain back in my Tooth again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ferdi Van Aswegen - Highly recommend. I just had an old filling fixed by Dr Ferdi Van Aswegen. It was in my front tooth and very noticeable before. This was the 3rd time I've had it fixed and by far the best job done! You could always see it before and he has made it invisible and perfect! I feel like I have a brand new smile now. He was also very lovely, understood what I was after and super gentle. I wont be going to anyone else now.

Negative experience: Giving two stars cause they genially did a really good job. The only problem that I had was that they really didn't tell me what was going on and when I did ask questions their attitude seemed to be annoyed. When I had my appointment explained to me even then they used words that It seemed like only someone who knew about dental would understand. I had no idea what they were saying just felt treated like a robot instead of a customer. Reception Staff were amazing though. Won't be coming back anytime soon.
