Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Richard enough! He took so much time to explain everything and was incredibly thorough. Over two in depth consultations, he agreed to take on my case of my root canal case that was started from another dentist elsewhere which had me in severe pain and I was completely pain-free after the very first session with him. Now my treatment is complete, and I’ve never had a dentist like him, his attention to detail is outstanding. You can really tell he genuinely cares, he checked in with me frequently and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatments. I’m so grateful for all the time and care he’s given me truly exceptional, especially because im petrified of the demise I felt so comfortable with him, I couldn’t recommend him enough he is so professional and a great dentist. Thank you Richard!

Negative experience: Poor. Daryl attempted to make dentures for me and I have had nothing but issues with them fitting

Fantastic experience: I went and seen Dr Richard for my 2 year no prep veneer checkup. My god. He really is the best of the best. I drive 2 hours for him. He is so meticulous with his work. Detail orientated and just a bloody great, honest person! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his work. I’ve never had a greater and HONEST dental EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.

Negative experience: As a first time patient today at 2 pm ,the clinic seemed brand new and up to date. However when we were leaving, the dentist called us back in for photos. The nurse wasn’t there and the photos had to be taken with retractors, so the dentist went in another room and grabbed them herself. However the retractors were not in packaging and smelt like bad breath. When we asked if they were clean the dentist was silent but the nurse arrived then quickly said they were in solution. However it didn’t smell like chemicals or solution.the smell was human bad mouth breath .yak , no infection control, Dentist was not sure and used retractors without any packs …

Fantastic experience: The best dentist so far, Joyce Wang and Leah are absolutely awesome with children. I highly recommend for all ages. 5 stars plus

Negative experience: An old dentist who has now left, Dr Chris was fantastic and gained my trust. After he left I was told Dr David was just as good. I had to get a root canal on my veneers, I was terrified they'd be ruined. I was told I'd see Dr David upon arriving it was a different dentist, who is not listed on their website. I was not informed of this change. He was not delicate, filed into my veneers too much and completely changed their shape. I am devastated and never want to return. I didn't get the dentists name, he was an Indian man. He was very nice just not delicate at all, and no where near as considerate or understanding of what I had been through (Dr Chris had to hammer off my old Bali veneers so you could imagine how grateful I was to have that trust... now gone)

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist who even if you have your regular dentist or looking for treatment and wanting to get a recommendation you must go in and see them at (Teeth at Coomera) they are absolutely the best dental clinic that I have been to. My dentist David and Practice co ordinator Jamie, with the most informative professional advice and thorough knowledge of what treatment plan would be the most suitable for my restoration even though the business were aware I would pay double to get my bridge ASAP as it was very embarrassing to even speak to family as my speech was impaired with the missing Front tooth it's not often to have the business advising you on a cheaper more suitable treatment that will be just as effective at a lower cost. I have saved at least half of the original quote from a different dentist with complete perfection throughout. I am so appreciative of there duty of care about costs and ensuring I am given all the information on my suitability for the 4 . David and Jamie not spent time with me going through my x-rays etc I would have spent over 50k on the wrong expensive treatment. Today was the beginning of my restoration and I was completely pain free and comfortable throughout the bridge reconstruction. I was so impressed with the expedited ability throughout my complex bridge I am not one to leave public comments however I want everyone to know how exceptional and Professional they are so more people can receive the care I have been blessed enough to receive. Thankyou David my treating dentist, his so experienced and he ensured that I was completely informed in regard to the different treatment options available so I could make the decision that suited me. The practice manager Jamie from first point of contact went out of her way to assist me and went above and beyond my expectations. Negative experience: If you're in search of a dentist who offers professionalism and a caring demeanor, I'd recommend continuing your search elsewhere. This practice, unfortunately, didn't meet those expectations during my visit. I believe the practitioner I encountered was named Beth or Bethany. I was referred here for the placement of attachments on my teeth for clear aligners, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant dental experience. The entire process felt rushed, lacking professionalism, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to my comfort and understanding. To start, the mirror used during the procedure was pressed so forcefully against my gums that it caused me to flinch in discomfort. Moreover, there was no prior warning, explanation, or gentle approach when she forcefully inserted the aligners onto my teeth, which left me feeling overwhelmed and on the verge of passing out. While I anticipated some level of discomfort and pressure due to my prior experience with aligners, this encounter was far from professional. What made matters worse was the practitioner's unprofessional response when I expressed my discomfort and politely asked for a gentler approach. This only added to the overall disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: I avoid the dentist due to previous bad experiences. However David was great, pain free and stress free experience. Highly recommend David and the team at Teeth.

Negative experience: This place i found was only seeking my money a quick pay..i rang them asked if they had humm paybtold them i needed fillings cz i cant afford crowns..the dentist looked for 2 seconds then told me to buy a mouth guard..took him 5 m an they charged me...bloody pethetic

Negative experience: I had a filling costing $307 they were gentle in there methods but the tooth is now a completely different shape then it was and to the teeth either side of it. They said that they left a space to clean between the teeth but I can fit my tongue between the teeth..It feels like I have half a tooth.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Shazia Suleman by a friend who also had her veneers done at Teeth at Coomera. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Shazia did an amazing job with my veneers - I can’t stop smiling to show my teeth off! They’re pearly white and straight! Thank you doc!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a long time as my last few experiences (at other dentists) with standard cleans had been horrible. A friend suggested seeing Dr Shazia at Teeth at Coomera and I'm so glad she did. Dr Shazia was very understanding about my previous bad experiences and was amazing. She explained everything she was doing, offered me breaks during the clean to help me relax and did a comprehensive check with cameras and an xray. I feel confident in going back now for regular cleans.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr Hardi for years now and have followed him since. He’s done Invisalign for me before and I chose to come here for veneers on all my front teeth. This practice is incredible! Their other practice is the best on the Gold Coast for veneers, however this new clinic, is better than any I’ve ever seen before. I was referred to see Dr Jen as she’s been recommended as the best on the Gold Coast. I couldn’t be happier with my results and the staff involved. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Chris , Emily and the team at Smile Fit Club Coomera are incredible.After many years of different Dentists and a total phobia of basically all Dentists I came across Doctor Chris and his team. Chris is fantastic, so gentle and kind and made me feel at ease . He is a perfectionist.My teeth and gums were in need of some tlc to say the least .Over a period of time and a lot of patience from Doctor Chris’s behalf and his team assisting him they achieved what I thought would be impossible . I have beautiful teeth something I have always wanted and can’t stop smiling . It has restored my confidence on all levels . I cannot highly recommend Chris and his amazing talented team to you . I actually like going to the dentist for my check ups with Chris, Emily and team.Don’t wait like I did for many years because of past experiences give them a call you won’t regret it . PS. Fantastic experience: I was loyal to my previous dentist for 21 years and was very disappointed they did not acknowledge my loyalty. After one visit to Dr Ivar he had me in tears with his generosity of spirit when he gave me an electric toothbrush even though I had not spent a penny with him. You can bet I changed dentists and I am so glad I did he also identified problem areas in my teeth my previous dentist spent years ignoring!
