Negative experience: This practise is terrible at keeping appointments. I have been a patient there for over 10yrs and ever since my regular dentist left the clinic approx 2 yrs ago things have gone down hill. I have made appointments with other dentists within the clinic that without fail get cancelled or changed - some of the reasons include going on holidays, left to have a baby, moved overseas no longer works here etc i understand things happen but it hasn’t been a one off cancellation it has happened to me on 4 different occasions with a few different dentists. It seems like every dentist in that place is unreliable and prioritises holidays over work. I do not recommend!!! Avoid the place !!!!

Negative experience: After having made a booking 6 months prior for my son and receiving a reminder for the appointment, on arrival I was told there was no booking. The staff couldn’t have been any less helpful and sent us away. Not a great way to treat people. Obviously they are making enough money.

Fantastic experience: The practice was modern & efficient. Dr Angela was amazingly thorough & gentle. Took the time to explain future preventative treatments I should consider, but didn’t pressure me. She also checked & cleaned my daughter’s teeth. My daughter was comfortable then entire time & Dr Angela took the time to explain the areas she needs to improve on & be more mindful when cleaning her own teeth.

Negative experience: My family and I have been visiting this dentist for years for our regular check ups and cleans. Dr Catherine has always been fantastic. However, whenever I schedule appointments with the front desk for 6 months time they sometimes don't follow up or I end up having to book myself in via their website. Whatever system they are using isn't great at sending notifications via text or email. The frustrating aspect is that poor management / lack of follow up has also led us to show up for appointments that have been cancelled without written notification. This has happened for more complex work that gets scheduled weeks in advance - root canal for my husband and teeth whitening for myself. I was informed that they cancelled my appointment because the front desk had accidentally booked me in for two sessions. I was driving when they called to notified me over the phone and was too busy to call them back. You'd hope in that instance they would follow up again a few days later to make sure my treatment was booked in so they can make money or put this update in writing? When sharing my frustration and disappointment, it was just met with resistance and apathy by the lady at the front desk rather than genuine regret and any apologies.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend Dr Clare Hoy! On 05/10/2024 I saw Dr Hoy and her assistant for my yearly check up and clean. Both were friendly and thorough. Dr Hoy guided me with clear and concise communication skills which meant I was prepared for what was to come as the procedure progressed. Her assistant was extremely friendly and helpful aswell. Great duo! Thanks! Visited in 2023 Would highly recommend Dr. Sivanathan. Both her and her assistant were professional and informative. If you know anyone that fears dental appointments, I'd recommend Dr. Sivanathan's and her assistant. They're very kind and welcoming.

However the front office staff are non responsive, absent, have difficulty arranging appointments, are polite yet not exceptionally helpful when asked. They don’t accept dental vouchers either. All my treatments there have been very good

Negative experience: I visited Pacific Smiles Dental in Gladesville on May 11, 2024, with my daughter for her first dental checkup. After the checkup, I submitted the required forms to the receptionist, Melody, who instructed us to wait. We understood that entering my daughter’s information as a new patient might take some time. However, after waiting for more than 20 minutes without any communication, I noticed Melody using her mobile phone and not working on our paperwork. When I approached her to ask if there was anything else needed, she nonchalantly told us we could leave. This was not only a display of poor professionalism but also rude and dismissive behavior that significantly impacted our experience. My wife has been a long-time client and has recommended this clinic, but this encounter has left us both rethinking our choice. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of respect shown by the front desk staff at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this dental clinic, I told the receptionist and my dentist that I have massive phobia with dental appointments, and they recommended Dr Mamata and assured me that I will be alright. Dr Mamata was amazing, professional and gentle throughout my appointment. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me helpful tips and information. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience of removing wisdom teeth at pacific smiles gladesville. Admin staffs and dental assistant Ollie are super welcoming and caring - covered me with blanket to keep me warm + gave juice after the surgery as i had nil food/drink prior. The dentist Dr Ren Sun and Anaesthetist Colin are both very professional. Didn't feel any pain during the procedure + recovering very quickly after it. Happy with the whole experience

Negative experience: Do not visit this place. Extremely bad. Mostly junior inexperienced doctors will do your work (especially if you are with one of those policies that they provide no-gap services such as AHM). After two visits, I stopped going and I just go elsewhere. I told this to AHM as well.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. I had my appointment rescheduled 3 times! With little to no notice. Taking time off work on 2 separate occasions. Get your priorities right. Customer satisfaction is clearly not one of them.

Negative experience: Great dentists, friendly staff but lacks BASIC toilet services. 100% of the time I need this service to brush my teeth before the visit. You are directed to a shopping centre which is very inconvenient especially during pandemic due to mask restrictions.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrew Dean, I had a very difficult situation, because I had a terrible toothache a few days ago. I had been told that I would have to start a root canal. Appointments for this type of procedure are not so immediate, however, I had the great fortune to find on my way a great professional but above all a great human being, who without thinking twice helped me in a special way, thank you for taking the time to help me, thanks for being so professional and thanks a million for being nice. Negative experience: Their service is not bad but company policy isn't, I am saying so because I had my gum cleaning done and due to this I had severe bleeding for entire next day and night. When I revisited the clinic to see another doctor, I was simply charged by doing nothing. They do not even give sufficient recommendations post treatment too. They just worry about how to make a treatment plan by seeing patient's condition and make money. My only complaint is if you just have some recommendations but the treatment, why do you ask patient onto operation table and charge the fees. I even want to give 1 star, so frustrating during these days

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Andrew Dean and required some word done to a large filling that was cracked. The Pacific Smiles dental team not only fit me in immediately but Dr Dean was exceptional and I could not have been happier with the service and results. Ill be back.

Fantastic experience: I've been to see Dr. Rachel O'Hagan twice and she is very friendly and professional. I had a filling and compared to other dentists she was quick and I didn't feel a thing. She worked well with her assistant and the ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. Highly reccomend this surgery

Negative experience: Very poor sevice, got cancelled twice in a day because i was stuck in traffic (which I obviously am not in control of) not at all accomodating, but obviously will charge you a bomb !!

Fantastic experience: Andrew and the pacific smiles team have been fabulous for both my children, my husband and I. I cannot recommend them highly enough as expert dentists ( Andrew Dean solved my problem tooth) and Tina cares for both children's teeth. They are extremely cost effective but also 5 star in terms of dentistry skills.

Negative experience: I was charged $250 for cleaning and general check-up with x-ray. I was seen by a young and inexperienced dentist who had little knowledge about dentistry. He was unable to give me advice and an opinion about my erupting 'wisdom' tooth. I've never had such a bad cleaning service. I could still see obvious stains in between my teeth when I got home. Amateur job.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr T Sangha and she was so lovely and gentle. I experienced no pain at all, and kept thinking during the whole appointment why I was so scared to come see a dentist as I haven't seen one in 6 years. She was recommended by a friend of mine and I would highly recommend her as I had such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have never had a more positive experience at the dentist! Dr Shweta Gulvady was the sweetest doctor ever; she had a wonderful personality and sense of humour and I was so impressed with how informative and thorough she was. Her nurse and receptionst (I am so sorry I never got their names) were a delight and so helpful. I went twice in a week (first time was a check up and then back for my first filling ever) and I found myself actually looking forward to my second appointment. Keep up the awesome work you guys!! :)
