Fantastic experience: Dr Lee has been our family dentist for many many years and he is amazing. i just recently done a tooth extraction and Dr Lee was so gentle with everything. He gave me clear instructions on what needed to be done post dental visit. I was done in less than 30 minutes. The reception nurses are the most nicest and sweetest ever and always have smiles on their face. Great customer service skills and communication skills as well. highly recommend this dental practice

I was in terrible pain from a toothache and sam could hear the pain in my voice it was almost close time and she went out of her way and spoke to the wonderful Dr Lee who was more than happy to help me as my usual dentist from another clinic couldnt accommodate me until 1 week!! Dr Lee was so efficient and quick to diagnose this issue and fix the pain ! Thank you Sam and Dr Lee you both are amazing

Fantastic experience: It has been a couple of months since my husband received treatment from this clinic but just wanted to applaud the team at Greystanes Dental. Dr Park was very patient with my husband who is in a nursing home with dementia. I was very overwhelmed with everything and the nurse Sam noticed how distraught I was and provided me with tissues, water and a hug. She made sure I was ok and I had support in place before we left and even helped us out to the car as my husband was unsteady on his feet. Never have I received such beautiful treatment. Thank you Dr Park and Sam for being such wonderful and caring people.

Fantastic experience: The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend. All three of my kids got their braces with Dr Lee, and their teeth are so beautiful now. Very helpful that they allow you to pay off the invoice in installments. All staff are friendly and helpful. We go there for all dental work.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of going to the dentist, have been for many years. I don’t like the feeling of the clean, I don’t like the condescending comments of the dentist and I especially don’t like the bill. This place is completely different from the start, greeted by the two lovely ladies at the front desk, was in the dentist office within 2 minutes of filling in the form. Dentist and assistant were aware I wasn’t comfortable during the clean and offered many breaks. The dentist was straight up and down, no judgement, just good advice. The bill was fair, and I was in and out in 45 minutes, thanks to the staff here I came won’t be avoiding my next dental appointment.

Fantastic experience: When I took my 6 year old experiencing pain to another dentist they said she would need her baby tooth removed and referred me to Norwest to be put to sleep for removal as they didn’t want her feeling trauma. I then took her to see Dr Lee at Greystanes and he was amazing, numbed her up and she took it like a trooper. Tooth removed and we were out in 30 min. The dental nurses there are wonderful and such a great team. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Greystanes Dental for many years. Dr Ruben is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explains everything accurately and articulately, which I believe is really important. The clinic has state of the art facilities and is extremely hygienic. All the nurses and receptionists are friendly, kind, and conversational. I have to mention that the location is perfect, and parking nearby is easy as the practice is within the shopping centre.

Negative experience: Firstly I would give 0 stars If I could. Secondly the two rude receptionest Dont go there unless you want to be treated like a piece of rubbish . Thirdly the most arrogant dentist Ive ever met! He doesnt say a word or give and take with a client, just wants to get it out of the way and on to the next. Like a production line. I dont reccomend this dentist .
