Fantastic experience: Outstanding! 5 ⭐️ in every way! I am SO grateful for this amazing service. I appreciate it SO much & how lucky we are to have this service available for us, those in need. I have always needed to be independent my whole life. But I fell, hard! For me, my dental health & hygiene has ALWAYS been such a priority. It’s crucial! Negative experience: I was badly treated at this clinic. After undergoing an arduous procedure of a tooth removal, the tooth was placed under so much pressure it split in my gum and was removed piece by piece. I believe it was performed by a senior instructor at this practice in front of one of his students. The one star I gave was for the receptionists at this practice. I won't be going back there now.
Fantastic experience: Rey did a wonderful job. I wish to thank him and the team who tried so hard and was successful in his endeavours. I am so grateful.
Negative experience: Unbelievable been here since 2:30pm for a 3pm appointment and we are still sitting here waiting to go in, people that have come in and booked in for their appointment after ours have been taken in first. How disgusting.
Fantastic experience: Hello! A few days ago, I went to the clinic on the 3rd floor for a dental cleaning, and the doctor was Jiachang Aaron Chen. I found him kind and gentle, which made me feel at ease. In the past, dental cleanings were painful and uncomfortable for me, so I stopped getting them. Dr. Chen’s skills are superb, and he works with great care and thoroughness. The cleaning was very thorough, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I have never met such an excellent dentist and am deeply touched. I sincerely thank him! I also appreciate UQ for nurturing such outstanding talent! I look forward to receiving treatment from Dr. Chen again in the future.
Fantastic experience: A fair bit of walk from hospital parking. Make sure to validate your parking ticket at the reception
Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr Richard for the work started on this journey. Dr Christine supervised while Jenny, the caring assistant, offered support. Extraordinary concentration from Dr Richard who appears to take great interest in each endeavour. The entire team was cohesive and professional. Thanks again.
Fantastic experience: Professional & respectful staff. Acknowledged my pain & issues & are interested in working together to help me.
Fantastic experience: 5 star rating for myself, I was treated for severe Periodontist. It took a while to off the waitlist and to an appointment but all worth while, after 3 Deep cleans my condition is under control and guns not so swollen now! Highly recommend. Dr Roya Safi is my treating specialist, her and the team look after me every time. William on level 3 ( Orthodontist ) has been treating my daughter and has been amazing. I was 45 minutes late to one appointment due to transport issues, and they still managed to get us in, so appreciate him doing that even though he didn’t have to! Haven’t missed an appointment since or had to reschedule! Soon my baby girl will be moving to the next stage with her braces ( yay ) we are both happy with our service that are FREE! Something I would have never been able to afford. It’s well worth the waiting period that’s all I have to say. Parking is very cheap ( $5 ) and never hard to find a park. I think the students and staff do not the recognition they deserve.
Fantastic experience: Phil was my dr/ dentist and he did 10/10 job!! I’m very jumpy and get uncomfortable easily, however I was able to sit comfortably through my entire 3-4 hour procedure without excess pain thanks to Phil’s steady hands, his simple explanation of the hectic procedure and his lovely assistant who’s name I didn’t catch x while I’m not pleased about my oral health situation I’m glad it’s being handled by herstons lovely team :)
Negative experience: When asked exactly where I had to go for appointment, staff just looked at me as if I were talking in a foreign language. Staff were rude & condescending. Never attending this Dentist again.
Negative experience: Not a good experience. I had 1 complete hour of questioning before someone actually who was a 3rd year looked at my teeth. It all took so long. And also very invasive questions about my mental health which I don’t believe has anything to do with the state of my my gum and teeth health. So overall, completely invasive. The questions before the exam in my teeth went for an hour. It was invasive.
Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment my mother has received at this facility. Nearly three years ago, after waiting over a decade for proper dental care, my mother, an ex-cancer patient, finally had her teeth removed and was given dentures. And what did she get? A poorly made set of dentures created by a female dentist who was not even a proper denture technician. It was her first time making dentures, and it shows. For almost three years, my mother has suffered immensely because of this incompetence. The dentures have never fit properly. She chokes on them, gags on them, and can barely eat. Her nutrition has suffered, her health has suffered, and yet despite endless back and forth visits, nothing has been fixed. This has been an ongoing nightmare, and no one seems to care. It is an absolute disgrace that a vulnerable patient has been treated with such neglect. How is it acceptable that after all these years, she is still struggling? The lack of accountability and professionalism at this place is shocking. No one should have to endure this kind of mistreatment. If you care about your health, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, because this place clearly doesn’t care about its patients.
Fantastic experience: Really good service. I’m so grateful and impressed with the students and staff here. I was terrified, and extremely cared for and looked after.
Fantastic experience: First time there and had the best check up and cleaning of my life. Student dentist and assistant were diligent, patient, precise, thorough from start to finish. They were super pleasant and knowledgeable under supervision. Can't stop looking at how clean my teeth are now. The appointment did take close to 3 hours as I was told in advanced which i was perfectly ok with but it was bc so students can learn how to be super thorough unlike a typical dentist office (as a business). Will def go back next year again!
Fantastic experience: Dr Pablo and assistant Sara were amazing! I can't thank you both enough. I saw two other dentist before Dr Pablo and unfortunately they both were unable to help as the anesthetic was not working for me. Dr Pablo was very professional, attentive, talked me through each step, thorough and informative. I highly recommend Dr Pablo! I THANK YOU BOTH
Fantastic experience: I came in with a tooth that needs work done and the dentist I’ve been seeing there helped me and was very comforting, made sure everything was going as plan for the root canal and he did an amazing job and fixed my painful tooth! Can’t thankyou enough so Thankyou for quickly getting me in and sorted.
Fantastic experience: Treating dentist is Dr Karthika Balaji at the Herston metro North Dental Clinic. All she asked from us is that we commit to keeping our appointments over the 24 month period. We committed and she transformed a friend's smile. Her assistants were lovely as was the front desk officer. Getting free dental is a privelege so my advice is be patient between appointments, do not miss appointments but accept rescheduling on their end and work your schedule around their availability to treat you as a priority. The public dental health system is so overwhelmed with public patients, you cause missed opportunities for other patients if you miss an appointment and a missed assesment and grade for the student that is scheduled to work on your teeth. So, if you miss an appointment you will be hard pressed to get in again soon. Show your commitment to bettering your oral health by following care instructions between appointments and be grateful for the direct feedback about the state of your teeth and gums instead of resentful or embarrassed. So you can do something pro active about it. If they see you commit to the process they tend to commit to it too.
Fantastic experience: I've been twice now, first for checkup and then for cleaning and fillings. Both times the girl dentists were very good, I was confident in their ability. They made sure I was feeling comfortable. Overall a great dental experience!
Positive experience: Put outgoing person who loves the outdoors
Negative experience: Emergency clinic was reasonably accessible when a front tooth needed extraction. I was told to wait for one year to get the new tooth. After one year, I had to be assessed again (1h30), and next visit, I was told I would be put on an another waiting list for the implant. When I asked how long it would take, I was told 'years'. When I asked 'how many years'. I was told 'we don't know' ...
Fantastic experience: Well managed, all types of dental/oral clinics are there and got most of the facilities right in the same building.
Fantastic experience: had an awesome experience, my student dentist was lovely and a swiftie (added bonus) and her supervisors were awesome as well, felt so cared for and the vibes were good! thank you guys
Fantastic experience: Some of the reviews had me spooked but it was a lovely experience. I cannot remember the name of my dentist and assistant unfortunately but the dentist was very helpful and proffesional and removed my tooth super fast with no pain and his assistant was so kind was a great experience.
Fantastic experience: The teachers at this facility deserve a medal for how well they have trained these students. The level of customer care and dentistry provided is absolutely outstanding. I have been terrified of going to a dentist all of my life due to a painful experience when I was young. These young students cured me of that fear when no other dentist had been able to.
Fantastic experience: The only dentist I see.
Negative experience: I was very pleased to have access to emergency dental treatment for no fees when I had a painful problem and in an unfortunate situation. However, even though the student dentist was pleasant and likely doing her best, her level of finesse was lacking (e.g. she continually pinched my lip between tooth pulling instrument and tooth/her hand, giving me a fat lip, which caused pain & small injury. She also banged the instrument into other uninvolved teeth (which worried me because my teeth are not great) while attempting to pull another tooth on the other side of my mouth.) Those were ok at the time & under the circumstances (free treatment in a training clinic). Something that I found entirely unacceptable, however, was the very poor hygeine/infection control that I experienced. I'm fairly sure that the Dental Board of Australia stipulates minimum requirements related to infection prevention and control. These definitely were not met during my care. During my procedure, at various times, [presumably] a senior dentist briefly attended to inspect the student's work. He touched, at least, a keyboard, computer screen and handles on the overhead lamp so that he could see into my mouth. I observed him walk from another clinical area/treatment pod directly to me, and at no time did he wash his hands. When he entered 'my' treatment pod the final time, I had open wounds that had been bleeding as a result of teeth being pulled. One tooth/gum [?] was infected and the student dentist had advised that a fair amount of pus had escaped/been released when she removed a tooth. There was also a considerable amount of blood on the student dentist's hands/gloves, my face/around my mouth, the tools, and the handles on the overhead lamp. Both the supervising dentist, who did not touch my mouth, and the treating student dentist, who had her hands in my mouth before and after touching the lamp handles, neither washed hands nor changed gloves, respectively. I saw my blood on the plastic covered lamp handles, (transferred by the understandably bloody gloved hands that had been in my mouth). I then saw the supervisor hold the bloodied handle to direct light into my mouth. The treating student dentist then held the lamp handle again, and hands straight back into my mouth. Needless to say, I developed a ripsnorting infection that made me physically sick, made my face swell, and caused me pain. I've incurred dr's fees obtaining antibiotics for the infection and pharmacy fees for the medication. I still have a swollen, very sore and manky mouth at the completion of the course of antibiotics, and no idea what to do about the state of my mouth now. I've swapped a problem of my making for one caused by someone else's poor clinical practise, and now I'm sick with it. Not great. At all!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience at multiple emergency visits to 6.3 and 6.4 clinics. The students are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, a real pleasure to deal with. I had the most caring and professional dentists doing my teeth surgeries, some very complicated. Their supervisors are fantastic. The reception staff is kind and welcoming. Premises clean. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.
Fantastic experience: Customer service and care are unmatched, a very relaxing environment, public transport is so close.
Negative experience: Left devestated and in pain. I had been On the waiting list for many years to receive urgent dental treatment and I was in the process of getting a denture. I had to move and so i had to cancel an appointment, I called to book in at my new location n I was told that I was taken off the list bc I cancelled my appointment. Bc of this I'm now at the bottom of the list that's 2yrs long, with missing and cracked teeth and pain and 2yrs wait till I can receive a much needed denture that I had already waited years for.
Fantastic experience: Excellent
Fantastic experience: Dedicated staff
Fantastic experience: After extensive work on my mouth I can highly recommend herston dental hospital for all aspects of dental work with a special shout out to Jney Khanna for his outstanding performance as a dentist in training you will an asset to any dental surgery world wide well done
Fantastic experience: The most professional, kind and skilled team I've ever met. The clinic is SO clean and every staff member was delightful to speak with. Chronic headaches and neck pain virtually erased with one procedure. Tears of joy on the way home. 10/10.
Fantastic experience: Such friendly caring staff in 6.3 just beautiful people thank you for your exceptional professionalism
Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience I have had on my dental journey so far. From the beginning to nearing the end. I have been shown nothing but compassion, reassurance, understanding and patience from all of the staff. It started with the fillings on level 3. Amazing dental techs and students. Then to level 6.2. The receptionist is the most lovely lady. She always has a laugh with you, relaxing you before you go in for your procedures, nice and relaxed. The staff, they are fantastic with helping to manage my anxiety. I have had some brutal dentists in the past but ALL staff have been truly wonderful and I can not thank you all enough for helping me to regain my self confidence. It really is life changing for so many people.
Positive experience: Good like always
Fantastic experience: I am so greatful to receive root canal treatment by caring dentist training in root canal. Everyone very kind to me.
Fantastic experience: Great people great service...** 10/10 **
Fantastic experience: I recommend this practice to all customers. Andrew ,( Dentist ) is understanding and explains all procedures . Cameron th3 other dentist. I think he's big boss supervisor is excellent. The receptionists are very helpful and try to accommodate you when you book new or next appointment.
Negative experience: I have been very lucky, over the years to have had a very caring, gentle, experienced Doctor, Now I find it impossible to contact the department for emergencies or enquiries, Since the move to the Dental University in Herston I have a different student dentist each appointment, and unfortunately I have 6 monthly visits per year Communication is lacking, I never get any clear answers, and having procedures that I'm not prepared for, or don't understand, everyone's visit here is different, but I would not go back if I could access another Dental clinic I think it's about time something was done, we need experienced fully qualified doctors, instead of people, especially the elderly, having to sit through hours of excruciating pain, because the student dentist doesn't know their history, or not enough anesthetic administered, endless photos and exrays, and recovery time for me has been terrible, two visits to doctors, both times I have been given antibiotics The appointments can be long, and very painful, my advice is to park in the paid public car park opposite the Dental clinic, it is expensive but there's only a two hour street parking and the fines are steep
Fantastic experience: I have used this facility on at least 3 occasions and am exceedingly happy with their service and especially from the young dentists who have been assigned to me. Always thorough if not sometimes a little reserved but that is expected given their relative inexperience in "bedside" manners. Any weak spot Is the admin function but as for the dentistry, top quality.
Negative experience: My 1 star is for the lady on reception who has no people skills and treats patients and students with no respect. The students and Drs have always been great and i have never had an issue. I feel sorry for the students having to deal with this woman. If you don't like your job and don't like people then get a job somewhere else. I have made an official complaint to The Oral Health Director for Qld Health.
Negative experience: Worst information service of all the time . first they ask me to confirm a message that they didn't send and the call me to tell me my appointment has moved from 12 to 4 and when l came on 3 they told me I'm late.
Negative experience: they treated and used me like a Guinea pig. once in periodontal the so called Speakist refused treatment if l couldn't get my blood sugar level to 3! 5 to 7 is normal and any lower than three your at risk of a diabetic coma. ld like to see him try get his blood sugar to 3, impossible. he didn't seem to understand this and continued to do deep clean without surgeries as options refusing treatment then throwing me back to students to clean saying that until my blood sugar wasn't 3 ld be refused periodontal care! my doctor tried writing to him and his arrogant response was to yell at me "your teeth are going to fall out one by one within the next 10 yrs!."..and that he will have his student 'friends ' to report back to him. he was cruel and insensitive. l spent more time having deep cleansing they now have sent me back to periodontal section and discontinued treating me with deep cleans and stated that the periodontal cue was great waiting time! so no treatment at all for me! lm 51 with narcolepsy type1 they say my teeth are not my priority which is in fact untrue. l don't always have the capacity to follow through. l fall asleep and once l try to work on my teeth from 12pm onwards its so difficult to even shower let alone do my teeth. it feels like lm walking through quicksand and l get foggy brain l wish they could experience my disability to fully understand but l wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. when l said l might be moving to the coast and was distressed to learn they would simply dump me l begged. but the so called teacher refused to listen demanding l speak to front desk ..any wonder she didn't make it in the real world of dentistry and had to teach....cruel and insensitive. lm still registered at a Brisbane address! paying rent there. l feel used abused and neglected. they don't care about their patients we are simply used! l have complex PTSD also which complicates matters when trying to go through procedures. they simply just continued to pull my teeth out instead of treating them eg. root canals periodontal surgery options. they laslyt took xrays and pushed me to a long wait list back to periodontal with out continued treatment while l wait!l recently went to another dental place who took xrays and l discovered my gums were at such an advanced stage that they couldn't help me. BUT had the decency to call me the following day to say that my gums were so bad l had shown in xray that lm down to bone which too was decaying. she warned me of infection , what the symptoms were and to rush myself to emergency hospital should l experience them. she was kind! Herston wasn't She showed concern, Herston didn't and couldn't get rid of me quick enough!!!!! This will come back to Herton oneday and that so-called periodontal doctor who cursed me to my face. l hope their funding gets taken at least a large portion and given to a dental organisation that cares about its patients and not uses them or looks for easy cases to advance their students sacrificing the poor people in the community.
Negative experience: Greeted by the most arrogant old bag at reception before being taken to the hot seat in Hell! Literally felt like an animal in an experimental lab! After a 3 & half hour appointment that should've only take 1 & a half tops. 1 hour of that being x-rays because the students couldn't even get that right after "4years training". Had a steel clamp attached to my tooth whilst slicing into my gum & almost had the tooth drilled into without the nerves being properly numbed so yes I felt all the pain from the steel clamp. Almost had my tooth sealed with cement because a student only read half of the contents label. Was almost suffocated whilst having a small blue rubber sheet placed over my mouth because the student had both his thumbs covering my nostrils. I literally had a panic attack during all of this & began shaking so bad I had to stop them. These students need to go back to the basics & practice on toys NOT humans! Better yet throw their "Doctors" in the seat & let them be experimented on! 2 days later & my entire left side of my face is starting to go numb, keeps tingling & I have a massive lump in my face, all surrounding where the work was done. Need I say more?!
Positive experience: For a dentist? These guys are FANTASTIC! Some of the students here are fantastic! Will make for great dentists once studies are completed. Very modern facilities and mostly friendly staff. Been here a number of times and any further dental work I will come here
Fantastic experience: Very happy with the professional attention to my extraction and clean by Dr Aitu, thank you very much. The extraction was painless and the deep clean was great - I should not have anticipated any terrible fear as the experience was so good and plain sailing - I was also provided with plenty of informations and guidance to help with my gum. Thank you to his 2 assitants too for assuring me and keeping me calm. Looking forward to attending this clinic again. With much appreciation
Negative experience: Dont come here even if it's free. Had two teeth extracted in the same week, one from a different dentist. The one I did get at OHC herston blew out with a infection and the other didnt. And I've had dry socket for about a month and a few days now with no sign of healing yet my other tooth is healed perfectly . Followed the aftercare to a T. And then when I went back for a gauze the dentist told me the aftercare pamphlet they give people (which they also gave my partner who had the same problem here ) was wrong g! Why would they continue to give this pamphlet out then! Almost like they want you to be coming back and needing help from then so they can train their students more on how to do the job WRONG. This place is a nightmare DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE UP AND PAY FOR A REAL DENTIST. They didnt even give me antibiotics like they're supposed to after ripping a tooth out and gashing my upper gum behind it by accident, what kind of establishment is this?
Fantastic experience: Great staff great service Hardly any waiting time Very professional staff and dentists are amazing and excellent too
Fantastic experience: Well placed building with some parking and public transport. Staff and dentists are professional and friendly and students are just lovely. Great free service for concession card holders/pensioners.
Fantastic experience: Great attention to detail from Thomas at 2.1 great communication skills and made sure numbing gel was applied 7 minutes before needle, also working next room was Daren! when he finished came over and assisted thomas! Such great team work. Both will make great dentists and I wish them all the best and success in their future.. James
Negative experience: Terrible. Avoid! Do not take your children here. We were not even greeted with a hello. They used the incorrect tools on my son. They pulled teeth wich after they realised had very strong intact nerves. They had to inject him 4 times with anaesthetic! The proper dentist then told the student they were holding various tools the incorrect way. Other student tried to use the wrong air tool then also!!! They were out of something they needed. The numbing cream was given all of 30 seconds before injections began. Took 2 hours to extract 2 teeth, whilst my son cried and they twisted about for ages, needing far more instructions then you would hope nessercery for 5 years of dental training!!!!! I was informed right after when demanding why there was such a hassle, that she only began doing childrens teeth in their last year. Then they proceeded to give us terrible aftercare instructions, it would have been zero after are instructions if the dentist didn't remind them. They even were going to get my 9 year old to hold his own gaze as blood was dripping onto his face, again, they needed reminders to clean the blood from my sons face! The afte4care instructions given contradict the page of aftercare instructions we were handed also. Plus noone told me about any of these risks that are listed on the sheet I received after. They made it sound super routine, but I felt more like my 9 yr olds mouth was just another practise vessel for them, not a real scared patient in pain. Overall disgusted by the service, the provision, the proceduree and the post op care. thek
Fantastic experience: Everybody is helpful and frindely, thank you for your great work
Fantastic experience: The students are always so kind and thoughtful, and incredibly proficient and careful in their work. So glad I've found this place.
Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the staff and.students enenugh for all there help and dental treatment I have been given over time at the dental hospital and training university Herston.without students we would not have qualified dentists some of whom are 5th and 6 th year students. Plus all the dedicated specialists supervisors who check and advise students on all dental treatment and follow up appointments to them you are not just a name on a computer your treated as a person with different needs
Fantastic experience: All the staff, starting with the comforting receptionist, did everything possible to allay my fears, I am able to imagine returning for further appointments with manageable levels of apprehension, and the knowledge that I will be gently cared for.Thank you so much, Professor Reith (?), and everyone else involved in my treatment
Fantastic experience: Love the service and I love how I was treated. Thank you
Negative experience: It’s honestly a painful experience I got impressions for splints and they said they would get back to me but never did and there is no direct way to contact them
Negative experience: Don’t go there absolute butchers, stuffed up tooth ,needed private dentist to remove
Negative experience: Excellent facilities but terrible phone management
Fantastic experience: Wow! This place is unlike any other I've been to before. Very modern facilities and beautiful architecture. Professional and polite staff. I felt like I was in safe hands, certainly not anxious like dentists I've been to previously.
Negative experience: abysmal
Negative experience: They are the biggest Waste of time please don't go there you will end up going to the private dentist later so what's the use of wasting your time
Fantastic experience: Awesome care & massaging dental chair☺️
Negative experience: I have been waiting for over 90 minutes on the phone !!!!
Negative experience: Don't come here if you need help with dental pain. While Daniel, the student dentist, was caring and showed surprisingly good instincts and attention to detail, when asked for his opinion the supervisor just said "it's such a mess in there" and told the student to simply clean my teeth and sent me home without even antibiotics. Now I have had to have 8 teeth removed and am awaiting sinus surgery to deal with the cyst they were protruding into removed, then to have the majority of my other teeth removed due to further complications caused by delays in treatment. Don't expect help here!
Negative experience: Sat down for 40 minutes just to be prescribed anti biotic and told to take another day off work to book an appointment next week
Fantastic experience: Herston Oral Health Care is the best service provided by Queensland government! Student dentists studying at uni & use the general public as test subjects! My boyfriend Greg is having a gum transplant & they are encouraging him to stop smoking to save his teeth! I have made an appointment for denture readjustment!
Negative experience: I'm seriously re-considering going there again for my crown placement, as the last 3 visits were very long and not very professional. I've had over 3 visits now to work on a root canal. One root was missed and was not cleaned out properly last time. I have had a countless number of xrays taken of my jaw on every visit with different students, and I had to stop them and tell that I no longer wanted any more xrays done. Totally excessive. No thyroid cover or chest plates put on my body to prevent excess radiation. My tooth has a temporary cover over it and the last visit took about 4 hours, and it was terribly uncomfortable having to hold your mouth open for that long with past jaw issues, which I had already explained. I'm now worried about the future visits and if I should return at all, and I just feel like having my back molar tooth removed as a less traumatic option The last 2 visits have been traumatic. I ended up swallowing the numbing cream instead of it being sucked up, or being able to spit it out, no idea what on earth it is made from. I feel like I am not informed properly what is happening to my tooth and what is going in to my body, and that my rights have been walked all over, and not considered. Just because I am on a concession card holder, doesn't give the dentists the right to practice on our teeth like we don't matter as human beings and real clients.
Fantastic experience: No complaints at all, All the staff are very friendly, the student dentists and supervisors were very helpful and friendly and explained to me what they were doing.
Negative experience: Have rung them over and over,no one ever answers the phone. Communication in health/business is paramount. Time wasting amateurs. I'm talking about a phone number, something that has been part of health/business for 80 years,80 years and you still can't get it right.
Negative experience: The Dental Hospital in Turbot Street closed & this new inconvenient place is the alternative - but they offer no treatment. I've one problem tooth & have been on a waiting list for a crown for one and a half years, but the lists started at the Dental Hospital are not being honoured. Yet they phone and message constantly demanding I come in to be 'examined' by students, no treatment offered! What a scandalous waste of public money.
Fantastic experience: great service and really sweet caring staff
Fantastic experience: The students are very capable and accommodating. Excellent work.
Fantastic experience: The staff were absolutley lovely! The dentist i had tried everything to save my tooth. All staff envolved were very lovely and considerate. I felt incredibly comfortable with them. They made a painful experience much easier. Thankyou
Negative experience: The admin is grossly incompetent, I travelled over 2 hours from the Gold Coast to find that the clinic was closed for the day! Nobody took the courtesy to advise me and I have no apologies since. The only contact is a mobile telephone which is constantly engaged! If this is how they teach their students then I shudder for the future of our health professionals.
Fantastic experience: U.Q. Nike ... Virgin ... UQ.
Fantastic experience: Great service, students carry out the work. It was free dental work. I'm happy
