I’ve been going back to Luke studio for the past few years now and I would not go anywhere else. Really friendly staff, Clearly well trained, I’m not personally, but for somebody that might be a bit hesitant going to the dentist honestly this is exactly where you would want to go Just for how comforting they are.

Fantastic experience: All of my children (8, 6, 2 yo) loved their first visit to see Dr Luke. They were all welcomed at their arrival by the front desk ladies. Dr Luke's friendliness made my children feel comfortable that they all wanted to sit on the chair. They talk about when they can go again.

Fantastic experience: Again, this is my long-term dentist, and I am very satisfied with Dr Prab and their service. Dr Prab is very friendly and excellent with her work and skills. I don't have any issues while sitting in her chair. This last attendance was for the fitting of a crown. No major problems post fitting. Everybody associated with Studio Smiles is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you, Dr. Prab, and everybody else at this business.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and accomodating dentist and staff, great for people with a fear of the dentist or of needles, they use topical numbing gel to make cleaning, procedures and injections more comfortable - they take their time and explain everything to help alleviate all anxiety. Would recommend to anyone with anxiety regarding needles or the dentist - they will look after you. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I spent years going to another dentist, 35 mins away from home and then I decided it was time to seek somewhere closer to home. I am SO GLAD I decided to book with Studio Smiles Dental. I have never ever had such incredible customer service with everyone, the staff at reception are brilliant, the hygienest was a magician, so informative and caring, explained everything and my Dentist is so kind, caring and just an absolute delight!!! Best decision to move dentists!!! Won't go anywhere else!!!

Positive experience: Dentist and clinician very good as well as most desk staff. One member of desk staff not so I'm afraid. Asked if I was OK with her keeping my medical insurance card while I went back in. I said I would wait. She proceeded to say she would hold on to it. I said why pose it as a choice. I was very uncomfortable. This doesn't reflect on the rest of staff but almost put me off going back.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is very warm and welcoming - all the staff members are extremely polite and thorough. I saw Dr Prab and she was honestly wonderful. I was quite nervous and she took the time to really listen to everything going on with my general health, she was empathetic and understanding and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dr Prab explained things in detail and I really felt seen/heard by her. I honestly cannot recommend her and the clinic enough - I walked away with a thorough treatment plan with all costings up front which makes it super easy to plan for the future. If you are looking for a dentist I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Their hygienist was amazing. All of the staff were great with my 2 year old and myself. Provided a lot of helpful advice while also ensuring to explain what was happening to the both of us. My son was so calm in the chair and it had everything to with how well their hygienist spoke and acted with him. Highly recommend, they also take the Children's Dental Benefits Scheme.

Negative experience: Definitely will not go back to the Dentist I saw, I had my molar tooth remove the tooth was severely infected I asked for antibiotics and pain relief I was refused and I had to go to my gp to get them which cost me more money, absolutely not happy

Fantastic experience: As a 60 year old woman going to the dentist was always a nightmare for me, I’ve had some bad experiences over the years which cause my dental anxiety to become almost uncontrollable, unfortunately I had no choice to go this time because I had so much pain from a badly infected tooth, I researched dentist that deal with people like myself with servere dental anxiety and was recommended to see Doctor Prab..I was still apprehensive but needed to get my tooth ache rectified… from the moment I walked into the reception area I was greeted by the nicest friendlyist reception staff , the once I saw doctor Prab all my anxiety disappeared, she was amazing and I had the best ever experience at a dentist in my whole life, her and her team deserve 10 stars for the work they did for me… empathic, understanding , caring and just plain out lovely people, I’ve booked my next appointment and am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist , I never though I would ever say that ..huge thank you to Dr Prab and her lovely assistant.. highly recommend this practice to anyone that fears the dentist .. once again thank you and can’t wait to see you all again soon ❤️

Fantastic experience: There are so many people I know who are terrified of seeing the dentist, including my husband due to childhood trauma. I have been going to Studio Smiles Dental for some time now and have had a treatment plan carried out over a period of time. I cannot fault the friendly reception staff who always welcome me with a smile and genuine conversation and care. Nor can I fault my dental assistant Shenae who is friendly, kind and happy to have a laugh with me which really helps to settle my nerves before a restoration commences. Then there's Dr. Prab who I firmly believe is the most amazing dentist I have ever seen and will not ever change from. She is warm, friendly and kind. She takes the time to explain things to me clearly, she is gentle and has the most amazing bedside manner. I can be open and honest with her and appreciate the fact that she is the exact same way in return. I am always made to feel at ease and that my dental care is so important to her. It makes me feel valued and important. I also receive follow up calls to check in to see how I am, either from Shenae or Dr. Prab. It just shows the level of personal care they offer. I cannot rate this studio any higher. Even my husband is finally on a dental plan too and so happy with his level of care. It just makes the ordeal so much more pleasant when you enjoy the company :)
