Positive experience: I’m very disappointed with this clinic. I came here because it used to be a Medibank Members’ Choice dentist, which should mean two fully covered visits per year with no gap. However, they charged me a gap without explaining anything in advance. When I asked why, they told me, “Medibank changed the policy,” making it sound like it had nothing to do with them. But in fact, they are no longer a Members’ Choice dentist themselves — and they didn’t tell me that clearly. Instead of being honest and upfront, they shifted the blame to Medibank. This felt misleading and dishonest. A professional clinic should explain these things clearly, not leave patients to find out only when it’s too late. Very disappointing experience.

My recent crown procedure was literally pain-free, and Dr Jess explained every step so there were no surprises. The dental nurses and receptionists have all been professional and delightful for the 10+ years I've been coming here. Dr Jess remembers to ask after my family and my work, every time - even when there's a year between visits. She's caring, and thoughtful, and brilliant at her job. Negative experience: Basic customer service from the receptionists lacking. If you are unable to apologize and take accountability and feedback for your failures in service, you are in the wrong field.

Fantastic experience: Dr Huang is extremely kind, patient, and accommodating, particularly regarding teeth sensitivity. She is always compassionate and more than willing to listen to any concerns, and answer any questions. The practice itself is always clean and tidy, and waiting times are really short. Great place!

Negative experience: I had a highly disappointing experience at this dental clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff were uncooperative and seemed more interested in taking money than providing quality service. My daughter underwent routine teeth cleaning, but afterward, she suffered severe pain and significant swelling in her lower jaw, indicating a bacterial infection likely due to poor cleaning practices. The swelling spread to her neck, causing breathing difficulties, which necessitated a visit to the hospital for urgent treatment. Despite being aware of her condition, the clinic failed to follow up or offer any assistance. My daughter is still undergoing treatment. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I've been with CJD for last three years. Charlie has been my dentist along the jounery and I would really like to say thank you to Charlie for his professionalism and the customer experience provided by the whole team. I had recently had one of my wisdom teeth removed. Honestly I was quite itimidated as my previous experience with another dentist was awful. Charlie walked me through the process and always gives me a heads up what's coming and pain level. My surgery turned out only taking less than 10mins and it was such a relief that I didn't need to go through a lengthly and horrifying process!

We are regular patients here and when my son fractured his jaw, and it was the dentist who picked it up on an x-ray, when the ER doctor at the hospital did not! I'll compromise with myself by being honest and generous enough to give this business the plaudit it profoundly deserves.... but I'm not giving up who that individual best dentist of all time is. That's the best I can bear to do. Thank the universe that person exists and thank the universe that after a very long hiatus and in quite a bit of trepidation (for which I am notorious) I was able to return today and finally get the wonderful treatment they give. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place. All appointments have ran virtually on time, with a max 10 min wait. My entire family is now followed by Dr Jessica Li. We find her very attentive, knowledgeable, reasonable and explains well all treatment options. Also very delicate (you don't even feel the anesthesia needle) and perfectionist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Linda Sheu and her Assistant Kathy were welcoming, professional, and actually made my first dental experience in some time quite fun! As shocking as that may sound. They form a strong team, clearly working effectively together and knowing how the other one likes to work, which makes the experience seamless and put me at ease. But Linda and the whole experience have been so great that I’ve continued going there even since moving to Parkville! It is so worth it to feel looked after and to actually have things explained to you so you understand why you are having certain treatments performed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful Dental Practice - each dentist I have seen has been gentle, caring, knowledge and effective. Going to the Dentist is not my favourite thing but everyone is so friendly and genuine they make me feel at ease. The practice is very clean and bright with big windows letting in the sun, giving you a great view to distract you when in the chair. Dentist Jessica Li is fabulous, very competent, kind, caring and gentle.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patron of CDJ for over 8 years through my private health insurance. I am happy with the services provided by the front desk and the dental care staff. Dr Li is my dentist at the facility. She's friendly, polite, courteous, and always making me feel welcome and less terrified when I sit in the 'chair'... Oh, I love the cute animal photos on the ceiling, which always make me smile and calm. The dental facility is also very clean and nice throughout - this is super important to me. I can't recommend CDJ to anyone enough!

We found all of them and the nurses to be extremely professional and polite. They keep their surgery spotless clean. Their receptionist never forgets to remind us of our appointments. For the last couple years, I have been treated by Dr Vinny Wang and found her to be extremely patient, she explains every step of treatment and is very gentle. Fantastic experience: I've often been frightened of going to the dentist but I won't be in the future now that I've found Dr. Vinny Wang at Camberwell Junction Dental. I indicated my fears at the start and Vinny was so careful and really made sure I was going ok. I had a filling that needed to be done and she managed to do the injection without any pain and communicated very clearly the steps she was taking a long the way. 10/10 Vinny - well done. A very nice person as well as a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: It is a very organized and clean clinic with very friendly staff! The clinic complex was well designed and the nurses were friendly as well! I was treated by dr Linda Sheu. She was very nice and gentle she took care well of my teeth she cemented a veneer tooth for me which looked exactly as the normal one! She even took care of my teeth decays without feeling pain (only vibrations) she was very neat and delicate.
