Fantastic experience: i have been a couple of times to pacific smiles narellan to see dr. swapnil diwakirti....i explained to her my current situation ...i told her that i moved from girraween to austral...she had a look at my existing reports and explained clearly where i stood...i was very pleased by her approach and her demeanor...she does not rush things and gives a satisfactory explanation to all the patient's queries and very patient and kind.....thanks to Dr. Swapnil ....God bless her!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care provided. I was in pain and Dr Robert was very professional and kind and caring. He explained what he was doing to help me and gave advice on follow up. He spoke very politely and respectfully to me and to the dental nurse assisting him. He endured that I was comfortable and provided adequate anaesthetic before my procedure.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were so welcoming and attentive to my son with global developmental delay, and anxiety. We don’t like a lot of sounds and sensations but the team were amazing with my son and made him feel comfortable and took their time throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: Dr Mahajan has been my dentist for a number of years now, she has helped get my dental health on track and puts in a real effort to build a good rapport. I had horrible teeth, they were awfully crooked and needing attention, I have had the Invisalign treatment with Dr Mahajan setting realistic expectation, guidance and goals and now I have teeth I am comfortable to smile with. I would also like to thank the receptionist team throughout the years as they have always been wonderfully nice and polite.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aakriti Mahajan and the team are the absolute best. They’ve made my filling and checkup appointments safe, comfortable and painless. I wouldn’t trust anyone else honestly.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Sofia. While she is a skilled dentist, her pricing practices are highly inconsistent and unethical. At my first consultation, she quoted $1451 for a complete root canal treatment. During the initial procedure, she mentioned that I had four nerves and said the price needed to change. I requested she honor the original quote, and she politely agreed. However, on my next visit, she first said the charge would be $650, then a few minutes later raised it to $850 because of the four nerves. This already seemed excessive, so I asked for the total cost. To my shock, she said that on the final (third) visit I would need to pay an additional $1022—bringing the total to around $2200. This was a complete surprise, given that we had agreed on $1451 at the very beginning. She refused to proceed with the second treatment unless i agree on the given quote In my opinion, this is an unethical and misleading way of practicing dentistry. I recommend others avoid this clinic to prevent a similar experience.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting. I saw Mary to clean and check my teeth this afternoon at 3.It took her only 10 minutes. Seems like didn't cared or bothered. All she talking about fix this teeth and that. Never come back or recommend to anything . I have done cleaning before. Supposed to take atleast 45 minutes. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Went in for an appointment to see options to fix my teeth after being told a consultation is $70. I had 2 crowns that came off and expected for them to get glued back on as that is what happened for me last time. Dr Rao started treatment without consulting with me on the price first. Walked out with a bill of $1000+ initially because they assumed my health fund was still active even after telling them on the phone it’s not. They then reduced the price to match if I had a health fund which was still a ridiculous price. Paying this much for a temporary job and getting told they will come off makes no sense. Avoid this dentist

Fantastic experience: I suffer from a jaw issue that hurts and locks while visiting the dentist that causes me anxiety. She helped me through this and was very patient with me, she even massaged my extremely tense muscles in my jaw. I'm going back there again she was the best.

Negative experience: Want to feel assured that your questions will be answered adequately and details explained properly? Want to avoid spending money on procedures that are not required? Want to see a professional that is confident in their ability to restore your smile? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I would advise booking an appointment with a different dentist. Just as a disclaimer, I am not just an irate customer who feels ripped off, this is an honest description of my experience with Dr Sabrina Shahrin 3 days ago. I attended the surgery for a checkup and clean a couple of months ago, which I can honestly say was a pleasant experience. I asked what I could do to improve my smile and Dr Shahrin advised me that a good option would be to get some veneers put in. I don’t have anything structurally wrong with my teeth, but was hoping to make them look a bit nicer. She explained the process and discussed other options as well. I settled and decided to go ahead with the procedure, and booked myself in. Fast forward to last week, I came in for the first appointment which was a tooth whitening session (as she explained that I will need this to match the colour of my veneers.) She assessed my teeth and advised me that since I have not had a whitening treatment in the past, it will not be possible to achieve the whitest results (which I am fine with.) I asked her out of curiosity if this would be an issue when I get my veneers installed in 3 weeks, and if they would look out of place compared to the rest of my teeth. She did not answer the question, simply stating that the tooth whitening will be the same result across all of my teeth. I told her that isn’t what I asked and repeated the question. Once again, no answer. This conversation went on for quite a while, with me asking the same question in different ways, hoping that she had just misunderstood what I was asking. I probably asked about 6 or 7 times, to only receive a long-winded response that didn’t answer anything such as “beauty is subjective” and “that is not a yes or no answer”. Now I don't want to sound entitled here, but if I’m spending thousands of dollars on a procedure, I would expect a yes or no answer as to whether or not it will look better. The kicker? I asked why she couldn’t answer the question, to which she responded: “If you like, we can replace your bottom teeth with veneers as well”. Complete money grab! I would have been fine if she had told me that my teeth wouldn’t match, as that would open dialogue to discuss more options. Instead of giving an honest answer, she dodged the question and decided it was best to try and bleed more money out of me. My response was to simply walk out and look for a new dentist. If someone is not confident in their ability to fix my smile, I am not confident in seeking their assistance. I will never be booking myself in for another session with Dr Shahrin.

Fantastic experience: Been going here and seeing Dr Sabrina for a while. She is always polite, explains the plan, provides a quote before commencing work and provides a management and maintenance plan. I am anxious around dental work but she is very reassuring.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I have seen Dr Lara a few times and we are so happy with her. She's very kind, professional and engaging. She's also great with kids which makes the visit more 'fun' for them. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times and doesn't push any extra treatment/s on you.

Negative experience: I was denied urgent dental work today even though I was in extreme pain and discomfort. Receptionist Paige Gagan and dentist Sabrina Sahrin refused to offer me any assistance despite me asking them to help on the day of my booking. WARNING: Do not choose PACIFIC SMILES NARELLAN, they should not be in practice.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with Dr Shahrin. She was kind and pleasant to my 10 year old who was there urgently with what we thought was a broken tooth. However, when we were told it was a baby tooth (thankfully) that was just hanging on by a thread, she asked if we wanted to her to pull it out. It took all of 3 seconds, no anaesthetic/numbing required, and it barely even bled. When I was charged over $300 (after health insurance!) for the xray and “tooth extraction,” I was gobsmacked. I was not forewarned in any way that it would cost an extra $230 to have the loose tooth pulled. That is extremely poor service in my book.

Negative experience: Appalled with the experience i was met with yesterday afternoon. I was in the area while my daughter had her dance practice and one of my veneers had come off my tooth. I called pacific smiles to make an urgent appointment to simply have the veneer re-bonded (this was made clear on the phone.) I chose this dentist as they were the closest dentist to me and i had been there before as a patient. (Would not require to fill out paperwork or do initial exams ect.) I was told i could come in and have it re-bonded as long as i make it at 5:30, not a minute later. I raced through the shops with my 4 year old and 4 month old in tow, to make the appointment on time and when i arrived the dentist strangely pulled me aside and said even though i am an existing patient she will have to do an x-ray and exam (at my cost) and rudely asked if i had a pram for my baby. I explained i did not plan to have an appointment here, and because this was unplanned, no i did not have my pram. I was not interested in having an exam on my other teeth today. I explained I was just in the area when my tooth happened to break and i just wanted the veneer urgently re-bonded (it was my front tooth!). I have had this exact procedure done at the same dental surgery without any need for exams or x-rays but with a different dentist. This dentist fixed the tooth in less than 30 minutes, no dramas. This had been done with NO ISSUES and no x-rays or exams. The exact same procedure. The dentist seemed to be offended that i questioned the need for exams and x-rays. She said the x-ray is necessary to check the integrity of the tooth. I’m no dentist but - No pain in the tooth, no sensitivity in the tooth, the tooth is in tact, not discoloured and i have a history of tooth grinding which is likely the cause for my veneer to loosen over time. I have been through this before! I explained all of this and I think they are all signs that the integrity of the tooth is fine!!! She did not even look at the tooth that needed re-bonding. How would she know without seeing it? I told her that i already have a dentist and i had presented here simply for the veneer to be urgently re-bonded, i was not interested in her checking my other teeth. She then decided to leave me waiting in the waiting room and finally sent her receptionist out to turn me away after 5:20pm where i was unable to see another dentist for the evening and had to wait another 24 hours to see a different dentist at a different practice the following day with no veneer, leaving my tooth exposed, at risk of further damage, and me unable to eat (it’s my front tooth.) The dentist i seen after this incident reiterated what i felt, that this dentist at pacific smiles narellan is dishonest, after a money grab and does not care at all about their clients. I’m glad this happened because now i know to avoid this dental practice at all costs and my family and friends know now too. I work in health care and i believe patient centred care is extremely important! I could never turn away a client who has clearly arrived for my urgent help, stressed with 2 young kids in tow! Absolutely shocked at her lack of willingness to help or discuss other options that were suitable for me as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Lara Abrahams last week for my check up and clean, she and her assistant were lovely and patient. They were aware that i get bad anxiety at the dentist and kept checking in on me. I came back the following week (today) for a filling i needed, same dentist but different assistant. My 10 week old started to get upset and my 2 year old was asking for me so they got one of the other workers in to rock the pram while i had my filling done, which i feel like other places would not do. Honestly one of the best experiences i have had, so lovely, patient and gentle, made me not as anxious.

Fantastic experience: A broken tooth is no fun especially on a weekend. Pacific smiles were open when most other dentists were closed. An appointment within a couple of hours had rectified the problem quickly and easily.

My husband and I also had a scale and clean and we couldn't ask for a better experience. Awesome window view too!

During my second visit with Dr. Anmar Al-Ani, I underwent my initial filling, a source of anxiety for me. Dr. Al-Ani alleviated my concerns by providing detailed explanations of the procedure, ensuring I felt prepared. His attentive assistant consistently checked on me, contributing to a personable and reassuring experience.

Negative experience: Booked 6 months in advance for 2 children to have a dental checkup . Received confirmation emails 5 days prior confirming the appointments. Turned up Saturday afternoon after canceling plans to ensure we kept our appointments to find the dentist we were booked with no longer worked Saturdays and our appointments had been canceled. Was told they had been trying to call however I received no phone calls and on further investigation they had entered the wrong number in the patient files. They couldn’t explain why I had received email confirmation. There was no apology nor plan to fix the issue and no manager available for 3 days. This practise is incompetent and their staff show no level of concern or care. I wouldn’t not recommend them to anyone.

The service and treatment I have received each and every appointment have been excellent . I recently had a crown fitted by Swapnil . She made my experience as comfortable as possible with explanations of everything that was being done along the way .All the staff are extremely caring , friendly and informative . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family .

Negative experience: So unprofessional, had an appointment with the specialist who only works on Sundays. I came home from my holiday in QLD early as there were no more available appointments for 2months, once I arrived they told me that my appointment never existed even though I rang them a week prior to ask some questions about the appointment where I also double checked the date and time, they told me it was not possible that I ever had an appointment as other people had theirs booked for a long time, as did I. A really disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Terrible. Had my first visit with Dr. Swapnil Diwakirti on 17/12. Unprofessionalism, rough and rushing for time. I have never had a bad dental experience until now, the way she was cleaning my teeth was like sanding down bricks with extreme pressure. She spent nearly more than 5min going back and forth on my bottom front teeth. The pain was so unbearable that I had to take breaks. She took the cotton bud stick with fluoride and jabbed it into my mouth and told me to “mix it around myself”. Immediately after, my bottom front teeth was hyper sensitive to cold and hot stuff (I never had this issue before) even breathing in cold air hurts so bad, I thought it was a normal side effect from cleaning but it’s been almost two weeks now and I’m still facing this problem. Walked in with perfectly healthy teeth and walked out with permanent pain, nerve sensitivity and damage. Funny enough, I only booked an appointment with Dr Swapnil because my mom said she was gentle on her first visit. This is where the unprofessionalism kicks in, you don’t get to choose how you treat your patients based on your mood. Imagine coming in thinking you’ll be in safe hands like every other visit with other dentists, next minute you’re trapped onto the chair with a machine blasting and scraping through your entire mouth…

Negative experience: Very bad quality work! Went for a clean and got my front teeth blasted for 2 mins then spent 30 seconds on rest of teeth! Then told me I need filing’s on front teeth! Don’t go there if you are white Australian

Negative experience: Hi everyone Please dnot go in this service. I have the wrost experience ever with Dr Sofia. She convinced me to took my tooth out.She took almost two hours with my wisdom tooth but she can't able to take out. The procedure gave me so much pain and anxiety. At the end i am so tired and lathergic and refer me specialist. My tooth broken in half way got stiches as well. According to.me she just took chance to.make money and put me in so much trouble.

Negative experience: Don't go here, one of the dentists chipped my tooth and tried to pass it off as "natural wearing of my teeth".

Negative experience: Never understood why people dislike dentist visits till now. Over an hour late and a rather painful experience for just a general clean.

Negative experience: Had 2 crown replacements. Spent over $2000 to get my smile back. Did not happen. Very, very disappointed with the quality of service. I have the exact same problem I walked in with only worse! I trusted these guys look after me but I am worse than before and they have told me it can’t be fixed!
