Fantastic experience: As a tradie and always on the run. Time is very hard to get when we so busy, but this dentist was so flexible and easy to communicate with. Negative experience: Went there once for a check up, had to wait almost 30 mins to be seen by the dentist. That is not my complaint, my main concern is receiving 12(?!) calls from them over 3 weeks to schedule my next appointment. They would call back to back, 3 times and always call when I was at work. I was finally able to answer and have requested the practice no longer contacts me, as I have decided to go to another practice.

The entire team are absolutely Amazing when it comes to being alert, professional and kind! She’s so lovely and organised, and really helps make the whole experience easy and relaxed. Dr Seeniya is absolutely amazing — she’s so funny, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re comfortable. She explained everything clearly and made the whole appointment a breeze. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist and staff. Our 4 year old at the time was absolutely petrified and refused to even lay down on the chair... the staff over the course of the year have been so so patient and have taken baby steps at each appointment to the point my now 5 year old felt comfortable enough to get a needle as part of her procedure.. I would be hundreds out of pocket if it wasn't for them taking the time to make her feel like she wasn't walking into complete strangers at every appointment along with the knowledge that the equipment is there to help and not hurt... So thank you..

Negative experience: If I could leave a 0 Star review I would. I went to this dentist to get a few fillings and ended up having to get my tooth pulled due to neglect or incompetency. I had the filling done only to be left in immense pain with no instruction for pain control or warning. I tried calling the emergency line on multiple occasions and received no calls back. A week later I was still in increasing pain, I finally managed to get through and have an appointment to fix the issue. The dentist tried to blame my oral hygiene saying it was probably an infection. She then continued to tap, scrape and drill the tooth with NO NUMBING. After an x-ray I was told they needed to drill deeper for the filling, I was told the issue should be fixed and my roots were still protected by my natural tooth but if there was any pain my only option was a root canal. I was then left in more pain then I had been and found another dentist to fix the problem. The second dentist told me they had actually exposed my nerves and I would need a root canal costing thousands of dollars or they could pull my tooth. The only praise I can give is to the receptionist, who organized a refund exceptionally fast so I was able to pay for the removal of my tooth.

I had a full treatment of orthodontic work done (extractions and braces), and beside the obvious pain and discomfort that comes with dental work, the entire experience could not have been better. My original consult with Dr. Seeniya, and every consult thereafter was the most pleasant time I have had with any medical professional. She is a caring, funny, and most importantly, incredibly skilled doctor. This is made evident by the end result of my teeth. The team throughout Amazing Smiles made each visit a positive one, with professional attention and care. And always with a smile. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist & amazing service. Dr Roger & Dr Kulwinder are absolutely amazing & so patient when it comes to getting my childrens teeth done. This is the only dentist I could find that actually had the patience with petrified children and took the time to show her the equipment and actually took baby steps instead of forcing her beyond what she could tolerate. We now travel 40 minuets for our appointments as I refuse to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Only care about the money. Don't even listen to u when u mention important information that affects your dental work. My husband has spinal surgery and they still said he would have to sit in the chair to get all his teeth removed at once regardless of the pain it put him in. They only just got through the top set and when coming back to adjust the dentures they wouldn't fix it to a way that he isn't gagging when they are in. They are UNUSABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

She left no communication as a client getting braces done. 2nd orthodontist was just a full in then 3rd person finished off. Spent $5000 Overall experience with this practice for 11months . Fantastic experience: I am from NSW and had not had a regular dentist for many years. During a visit to my daughter in the Brisbane Metro area, I made an appointment for a general check-up. I arrived a little early for the appointment and the girls were kind enough to offer to me, and give me, a cup of coffee. The clinic is modern and has a warm ambience. The dentist was just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff. Everything was in order dentally and the price also seemed quite reasonable. I still don't need a regular dentist in NSW as I would rather wait and have my check-up at this clinic each time I visit my daughter up that way.
Negative experience: I had root canal and was left with a very swollen bruised face and loss of feeling on one side of my face. I understand things can go wrong but there was absolutely no aftercare. I had to see my gp who prescribed steroids to help with imflamation which should have been the first thing a good dentist would know. Nearly 12 months on the feeling in my face is still not normal. The manager of this practice was extremely rude suggesting it was my fault that i had let my tooth get in such bad condition. I have since had it fixed at another surgery and now truly know the difference between a amateur dentist and a professional dentist. The worst experience ever
Fantastic experience: Called them on a Tuesday to make an appointment for my sore wisdom tooth manged to get an a appointment the very next day I was abit apprehensive considering I haven't seen the dentist in years and always feared the cost and the dentist trying to force procedures that I didn't want. But NOT once did I ever feel forced into anything, even the price was alot cheaper than expected. They also managed to set me up with a treatment plan X-rays and an appointment to remove my wisdom tooth this coming Tuesday they even set me up with afterpay. I'm so happy with there service and definitely will be back to do check ups on my teeth on a regular basis from now on. THANK YOU Amazing Smiles Logan.

Negative experience: From start to finish, I was quite disappointed with this service. If you are visiting this dentist, a supposed provider of primary healthcare, do not expect detailed and thorough investigation into your own wants and needs. Expect instead to be held up in the waiting room due to a double booking. Or perhaps to be seen in a haste by a dentist who clearly didn’t look at your profile before seeing you. And no, David probably won’t introduce himself to you (common courtesy). Even worse, you will probably be stereotyped, and will probably be assumed not to know the difference between patient centred care and a poor excuse for a practice. Remember, patients (you) are experts in your own health, it just so happens i’m also a health expert. The mere thought of visiting a dentist, for some, is worrying enough; due to price or fear or whatever else. An inattentive Inventory of staff only makes these things worse. I wish I knew this before driving 45 minutes to be seen and shooed away like a bad smell in 5 minutes; while holding a price quote worth more than the building I was standing in. Negative experience: Honestly wish I got my treatment somewhere else. Every single time I have an appointment it’s always getting rescheduled, which at first I didn’t mind. Then recently my orthodontist who was doing my treatment left the job and so I unknowingly go to my appointment which I strategically made a month prior. (Keep in mind I CLEARLY said I won’t be anywhere near Brisbane for 1 month starting from the 8th of March due to educational purposes). Anyways I drive an hour to get there and they finally tell me she’s no longer working there, so I said “ok no worries, I came to get my power chain changed”. And long behold they didn’t have them, which is no probs I get it. My appointment was rescheduled once again for 4:30pm and she wrote it one the card and handed it to me. I arrive at my new appointment now 20mins late due Unforeseeable circumstances and wait for the reception to get off the phone which she was on for a while, only to have them to say I came an hour late and my appointment was at 4:00pm. So at this point I’m confused and trying to explain that the receptionist made my appointment at 4:30pm and said she will be there til 5 because I told her I was working until 4:00pm and might end up running late and she said that’s fine. As I’m explaining this and saying that they are not communicating properly the receptionist started speak with an unpleasant attitude which made me have an attitude. She kept going on about how i got the appointment wrong, came an hour late and that the appointment would’ve been made for 4:30pm because the dentist leave at that time and reception finish at 5. So told her if that’s the case then the other receptionist should have communicate better and explained. ( she started pulling faces at me). I told her this is very annoying having to now rebook and come for the third time this week and she blatantly said “well it’s annoying for us when you come an hour late to the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, I’m glad I found this place. Reception is friendly and very helpful. They helped me set up zip pay and always remind of appointments ahead of time. Dr Roger is gentle and always does a great job. Rooms are bright and clean and parking is always easy.

Fantastic experience: Can not rate this practice enough. The staff are lovely, the practice is always very clean and well presented. I have had a fair bit of work done over the last 2 months and all the girls are lovely and make sure you are comfortable at all times. Mia on reception is an absolute delight, her and the dentist Kulwinder really go that extra mile to ensure you are happy. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Bad experience the dentist was very rude not recommended for braces and the cleanses was not good enough
Negative experience: I have been seeing this dentist since I was 9 (I'm 32 now). Everything was fine up until I chipped a tooth 8 months ago. It took 3 attempts to repair and it and it's just chipped again. I'm going to need to go back for a fourth time for one tooth because it was ill repaired in the first place. I can't say I'm impressed with this dentist at all. Ever since Dr. Bruce Nicol left, the quality of service has gone down hill dramatically.
