He’s incredibly kind, gentle and patient, and always takes the time to explain everything so clearly. I used to dread going to the dentist, but no longer feel that way! Dr Chris makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. He’s genuinely excellent at what he does and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I had a troubled tooth few years back , every other Dentist were urging me to remove it but Chris performed a root canal treatment instead and saved my tooth which I am truly grateful for. Negative experience: Worst experience ever... Today was my 9th or tenth appointment with Dr Heiu le. Have never seen a doctor being so rude to his client in my life. My first 2 appointments went on very good. I was very impressed the way he explained. From my third appointment till today’s (in between I missed 2 appointments)I still have issues with one of the filling, in between he even replaced the filling and on the same day I told him i don’t think it’s fine. He was so rude and told me you are over analysing and asked me to better get going. Today I had another appointment for the same tooth but had to go with my one year old daughter, I have already taken off from work many times for this one tooth, he said it needs to be replaced again, my daughter wasnt comfortable in the pram and wanted to come to me, she was crying and dr Le asked me not to get my daughter for my next appointment. He even mocked me for not showing up to 2 appointments. I have wasted my time, energy and money for the mistake what Dr le has done. And what the tooth is not fixed yet. I have been going to him since December

Fantastic experience: Le Tooth staff are like a family. Alissa is very friendly and helpful. Kaitlin, the practice manager, is very kind and knowledgable. She would go above and beyond to help patients. Certain issues with healthcare insurance companies could take months to get resolved; she literally spent months actively trying to help me resolve an issue with my healthcare insurance company. I've lived in many different countries around the world and I've seen many dentists, Dr Hieu Le is one of the best. He figured out the problem behind my sensitive gum, took the time to explain the problem and every single procedure required for the treatment thoroughly. My teeth and gum have never been healthier. I had a huge amount of work that needed to be done, including removal of teeth and implants. I can’t thank the team at west end for not just giving me my smile back, but getting me into a position where I no longer dread walking through the dentist doors (and even look forward to catching up with them!). Fantastic experience: Le Tooth has given me my confidence back. Over time my teeth became cramped, discoloured and chipped.. Such a state that I was not comfortable showing them very often, never smiling for photos and even the way I spoke was different. Now I can't help but grin (sometimes a little excessively but I'll get over that soon) and show off my teeth for photos and when face to face with clients, friends and family. As soon as you walk into Le Tooth you realise that this is no ordinary dentist.. The amazing, modern decor and cleanliness of the waiting room is carried all throughout the facility. Even when sitting in the chair you receive designer protective glasses and sit back to 'Netflix n chill'. (During most recent visit I watched ep. 4 of 'Cooked', highly recommend it). Highly reccomeend Le Tooth, Dr Le and the team - they honestly changed my life and gave such great service along the way. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

When it was my turn to be seen, the dentist thoroughly checked all my teeth and formulated a detailed treatment plan for the work to be done. He answered all my questions and was very caring!
