Fantastic experience: Drove 2 hours to get a tooth removed as they were the only place that was able to fit me in. Really happy with the friendly service at the front desk and the dentist ( Dr. Jess I think it was ? )and her assistant that I saw. Both really friendly and informative and they both made the experience as pleasant as getting a tooth pulled can be . Would be my regular dentist if I wasn't 2 hours away! 10/10 thank you all very much
Positive experience: I likely won't go back. Very busy music was playing. Office staff friendly but dentist was not smiling or pleasant at all. My husband quit halfway through service it was hurting his mouth. No numbing was offered.

Fantastic experience: Came here for the first time today October 2nd. The two receptionist were very friendly and helpful. Saw Dr Simran Dhaliwal and found her to be fantastic. Has great bed side manner. Explained everything well. Her assistant was also very helpful. Will definitely come back here in the future. Excellent service. Plenty of parking and they accept Afterpay which was a bonus. Thank you.

Negative experience: My husband has been back twice in a 5 hour period because the temporary filling has broken TWICE! I do not want him to return to complete his crown if this is the predicted outcome of poor workmanship

Negative experience: Appointment was for 8.30am dentist was late didn't get in until 9am had a tiny filling about 2mm round superficial no needles or deadening took 10 minutes then a clean and it cost a total of $443.78 for a 20 minute consult! When asked why so expensive apparently they only have 1 code for a filling and its $224 whether you require a needle or not and regardless of the size and $71 dollars just to look in your mouth. I'm not going back as this is a rip off

Recently though I had to get 2 fillings. 2 different appointments since they were different sides and I couldn't handle 2 at once. Professional, Calming, Excellent Job. I don't hate this dentist. Fantastic experience: My favourite Dentist is Dr Dhaliwal. She's very nice and patient with me. Legit had a little panic attack in the chair and she was amazing in calming me down and being very supportive. Great sense of humour and patience especially with a nervous patient. Been going here for a while and it's taken me a while to find a dentist I feel comfortable with since Dr Bahz left so glad to have such a nice, friendly and compassionate Dentist.

Negative experience: Three appointments to get one tooth filled properly. Cut and paste responses to people reviews. Clearly 0 care given about what customers really have to say in their comments. Reports to be a one company, but if you have a problem, you MUST go back to the useless person who worked on your teeth or you have to pay AGAIN for the same treatment. I will be avoiding this entire chain of dentists like the plague.

Negative experience: Made an appointment on a Saturday to get my molar extracted, told them on the phone prior to the appointment, as i can hardly get time off work, they took an xray, then proceed to tell me can't do it today, heres a referral to get another xray somewhere else then i need to come back and book a 50min appointment. Meaning i need to take another 2 days off work, on top of paying $120 for a wasted consultation and xray they did. Thank-you pacific smiles I'm constantly using a numbing agent because no panadol can ease it

Negative experience: My sister travelled from Melbourne for her appointment, after having the confirmation calls 3 times the day before, only to turn up and be told that the dentist isnt coming in. Negative experience: Every single time I book with this dentist something happens and my appointment is cancelled. Sometimes I get called and other times I show up and get told at reception. Not good enough. Get some staff that actually show up for appointments. The Warragul clinic has tons of dentists and yet everyone I book with cancels last minute.
Negative experience: I think it would be good to have a few spare appointments for those who are cancelled as my family who have been the last 3 times. We then need to wait weeks for the next appointment. If you have spare for emergencies people could be slotted in there. Just a thought as you do not have a good reputation at the moment. Always room to improve

Negative experience: I had to give one star to write a review but in all honesty, No Stars. Terrible experience will not be returning to this place. Very Very Very poor service. I had to wait 2-3 months for an appointment on a Saturday as I work through the week. In the week of my appointment, they rang and tried to change it to a weekday which I could not do as I work full time. They then rang on Friday and said that the appointment had to be changed from 3:30 to 1:30. I could not do this as I had other appointments booked in on this day. I asked to speak to the manager as I tried to explain that this was not good enough as I had this appointment booked for 2 months. She said that she was the assistant manager and that the manager would not be in until the following week. She told me that she would get her to call. Three weeks later and no return phone call. Shocking service and follow-up. Stock standard response, still shocking service. You were supposed to ring me once and didn't. Ring again by all means. You have no follow up apart from a pre-typed message. I will be writing a formal complaint to your parent company Pacific Smiles. Get you act together and service the customers you currently have. Such poor service and it used to be good.

Negative experience: Not returning to Pacific Smiles. After having my last appointment rescheduled at a late hour by this dentist, I arrived slightly late to today's appointment after remaining in communication via phone, in arrival I was treated very tersely by staff. Having then been directed to sit down in the waiting was told in a very short manner that the dentist, Dr Debry, would not see me. The staff appeared under pressure from this dentist and this attitude became the representation of the business. Not happy!!

Negative experience: Beware of going to any of the branches of this corporate clinic. They seem to employ dentists who are normally incompetent and cannot perform basic dentistry. My husband had a wisdom tooth extraction 'attempted' then subsequently had to be referred to a specialist mid procedure without any explanation as to why. He was in so much pain I had to come home from work to look after him and after too much pain and suffering we had to resort to driving into the city to find another dentist who was able to perform the extraction. The dentist (not a specialist) was able to remove it in less than a minute after driving 2 hrs to see him.

Negative experience: They gave me a good clean however I kept getting rescheduled due to covid lockdowns, I needed a new retainer urgently otherwise my teeth would move as the last one cracked, however I was told this wouldnt be possible during lockdowns,after three or so reschedules I arrived for my appointment only to be told that retainers are an urgent item and I could have been seen earlier, my teeth have moved substantially and new braces would cost in excess of $6k or more, highly unimpressed and I'm not sure yet if I would like to take this further

Negative experience: Very rough. Went for a general cleaning and the nurse pushed the suction tube too hard the whole time. Caused a 1cm cut in my mouth after a week I'm still suffering.

Negative experience: Would not recommend, and I have given them all this feedback. The advice we got about our child's teeth was very bad and I am relieved I sought another opinion instead of being persuaded to unnecessarily pull a tooth. There was an issue with our medicare benefits so we had to pay a bill, which is obviously fine, but the way they handled it was shockingly rude.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I went for a check-up and two days later my gums were infected and I had to get teeth out because of it. Then they automatically book you in for another check-up. No thanks - going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t liked dentists since I had a terrifying experience at local one where I grew up. But after dealings with Pacific Smiles Warragul and dr Gosh today I have some faith and confidence with them back. He seen how terrified I was. So he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed..He was very reassuring and so gentle let me build up confidence and never tried to rush me let me take my time. I think I have found my go to dentist. Negative experience: Dentist was really rough and actually tore the inside of my mouth. He became angry that I couldn't open wide enough for his big fingers. No other dentists I've seen have had a problem.
Negative experience: The good: clean high tech office The bad: very high turn over in dentists, been there twice, had issues with language barriers both times and now have to get their work fixed by another dentist. Very unimpressed with quality of work done on my teeth. Fancy looking office, terrible quality work.

Negative experience: Went along to PS to have a crown repaired that had actually come loose and fallen out. I took the crown along with me and after being given options it was decided to replace the crown as it was in OK condition to do such. So the crown was refitted within half an hour $447. I was told that I could/should expect 2 years of the tooth remaining in place. After 8 days the crown became loose. Went back to PS and expected remedial action to be taken. So jumped in the chair and was advised no guarantee was given to the longevity of the tooth remaining in place. So yes, we can have another crack at it and another $400 to $500. I was gob smacked and just said cement it back in and I will go else wear. That 5 minute consultation $247. $695 for an unsatisfactory outcome with the tooth in place but with cement clearly visible and no polish. $$ driven company.

Fantastic experience: Dentist was so helpful, caring and did a great job with an extraction I had 4 months ago. It wasn’t until my latest dentist experiences that I realised just how good and easy it was. So good that I will travel back (3 hours) to get dentistry needs from now on.
Negative experience: Clearly there is a standing policy of aggressively driving the 'next appointment'. This is tiresome and tedious, you are professionals, not used car salespeople.
