Fantastic experience: For someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist, the team at Green Door are great. Welcoming, friendly, understanding, and provide great a service.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of our experience at Green Door Dental. This was my daughters first dental visit, and she was so nervous walking in. From the moment we arrived, Jasmine made her feel calm and safe. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind, explaining every single step in detail. Jasmine’s calm, caring nature turned what could have been a scary experience into something positive and empowering. My daughter left smiling and proud of herself, which says everything. I originally found Green Door Dental after googling “best dentist for kids,” and I’m so glad I trusted the reviews. They absolutely live up to their reputation. I’ll be recommending them to everyone and definitely returning for all our future visits.

Fantastic experience: Green Door offer a friendly, calm experience from the moment you walk in the door. Warm greetings from the admin staff to calm dental hygienists setting you up and ensuring your comfortable to the experienced calm dentists who are calm, gentle, patient and reassuring. Making the experience a positive, calm experience for someone who often experiences anxiety going to the dentist. Dr George was patient, kind and provided a calm atmosphere that was supported during my procedure.

Negative experience: I usually don’t pay for general check-ups and cleaning, as these are covered by my private health fund. However, this dentist is not with my health fund’s provider network and charged me an expensive gap fee. The cleaning was done by a dental assistant, and I only saw the dentist for about two minutes, during which he simply asked if I was happy with the colour of my gold tooth. In comparison, there are plenty of dentists in the area who don’t charge a gap for check-ups and cleaning, and where the dentist personally performs the cleaning rather than just briefly checking in.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are always so kind, and Jasmine is great! My 3 year old always feels comfortable with her and happy to come to the dentist.

Positive experience: Very welcoming team from the front desk to the end of the treatment. Dentist and assistant were very informative whilst the dental work was being performed. Highly recommend this dental surgery. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Brought my three sons to see Jasmine last Tuesday and was very impressed. Each of them had very different dental needs but Jasmine really took the time to address each one thoroughly and with care. She gave confident, well-explained advice to each of them and was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She dealt great with their anxiety and created a calm and comfortable space for the boys. After some bad experiences elsewhere we have finally found our forever dentist.

Fantastic experience: A very positive experience at Green Door Dental. From the moment I walk in, the front desk staff always make me feel welcome and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and calming. My surgeon was professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Big shoutout to the hygienist Olivia Ricketts as well—always kind, efficient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dental team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Connell is the best dentist I have ever encountered. And I have had a few good dentists. I am happy to travel quite a distance for his consultations and work. A lower molar and 4 teeth had to go on Dr Connell’s advice and although a big call the problems in my gums were almost immediately gone. Over the next 12 months implants were set and the new teeth put in. About 10 teeth done over the years and each time utmost care and no pain. And the dental team there are great at their job. Thank you all. Itwas never about the looks but very much the functionality and health. But they look good as well.

Fantastic experience: GH green door dental its a beautiful and clean practice. I took my 3 year old son to get a filling done, Jasmine D. was very patient with him as he was moving a lot, she made my son feel very calm and comfortable through the treatment. I would defenetly recommend her and will be coming back. ☺️

She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the process of removing a mercury filling and replacing it with a less toxic substance. Fantastic experience: Jasmin was incredible with my son. She was so kind and explained everything in detail and answered all questions with ease and in details.

Negative experience: I went there for a toothache management. I was advised for a tooth extraction which i believe wasn’t needed. Anyway i agreed for an extraction given the advise from the doctor. The stitches came off itself in 3 days as opposed to the two weeks i was told.So i has stiches hanging in my mouth for 2 days before i could get the next appointment.When i came home and compared the prices to the other dentists in the area i was charged $400 for a simple extraction and $175 for an xray. All other places charged nothing for an xray and way less price for a simple extraction. What a rip off!!

The team at “Green Door” from the moment you walk Through the doors, you are greeted by the most caring friendly receptionist and Staff and dentist’s are amazing beautiful, caring and the workmanship is outstanding this is a photo of my top teeth I had 4 on 4 implants done last year! And next mth I am getting my bottom implants done by George they make you feel so welcome comfortable. I recommend them so highly, and other people that i have recommended them to have work done on their teeth all say the same. Payment plans are fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at green door dental. I was in agony with tooth ache and decided to google search (at 4am) emergency dentists near me. I found these guys and booked for an apt online for the same day. Xrays and antibiotics and follow up apt less than a week later for a root canal. They were amazing. Staff are caring and very up to date in dental practices. Tooth is not giving any pain. So happy to recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Had a few visits in the last couple weeks. All the team are lovely. From start to finish the receptionists were happy to explain everything to me ti put my mind at ease, to dental nurses and the dentist George. As I am very anxious at the dentist, George was patient and recommended for me to have my work done under sedation. The anaesthetist was amazing he made me so calm and comfortable his bubbly personality was a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Green Door Dental, I luckily found them when I was having a very painful dental emergency.They fit me in quickly and within an hour I was fixed. I have a previous nerve damage condition which makes everything extremely painful , i was incredibly nervous about how i would be able to handle the pain but all the staff were amazing from both Dentists ( both George ) and Yvette who took the time to find the best way to fix the issue while also dealing with my condition, they made me as comfortable as possible..extra thank you to Yvette who sat with me and let me squeeze her hand, which i know must of hurt. Will be taking my whole family here from now on.

Nothing is too much effort and visiting the dentist is now fun and pain free! The clinic is clean and inviting with a sense of warmth.
