Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Timothy, Kerry, Louise and Malia (god I hope I spelt it right) enough, from start of my treatment to the end the team have been nothing but professional and supportive. Being a nervous person around dentists they have really made me feel comfortable and excited to come in. From giving options on treatments and various options on results giving me an educated and realistic expectation, to comforting and reassuring during big procedures (had a tooth removed and an implant put in) I recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thank you for fixing my smile and giving me confidence I’ve never had

Fantastic experience: Dr Timothy is always happy to educate me on how to take care of my teeth and gums. This dentist doesn't just do cleanings and procedures he educates his clients on how to look after themselves. I have recommended this dentist to friends and family. Fantastic experience: My experiences at Family Dental have been fantastic. How many people can say that about a dental visit!!?? I am in awe of the quality and easiness of the work performed by Dr Timothy. The equipment is top notch as is the advice on tooth and gum management. My teeth and gums are in better condition than for previous years with other dentists. A great team.

Fantastic experience: i really don’t like dentists but these guys are so good, they are very accomodating, allowing you to wear headphones or watch tv above you and they are so friendly and thorough with your care <333 they even have little toys to give to kids after they’re done! highly recommend! all the staff are lovely and chatty !

Negative experience: Only reason for one good star is for the receptionists. I got my tooth gap filled by The Family Dental Caboolture, less then 2 months ago and I have already had to return once due to my tooth being left rough. Now after less than two months, the filling is ALREADY chipping away. I spent a decent amount of money to get this done and now I feel it was a waste of $400. Really disappointed with the work done here, I’ve had this done many times before at other dentists and NEVER had an issue. I would understand if it was at least a year after, but less then two months is a joke.

Fantastic experience: To find a dentist that cares about your teeth and wants to help you look after them, is rare. I'll never go else where!!! The whole team are so kind and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We are backpackers and it is the first time we go to see a dentist here. The environment is very clean, bright and relaxing. The staffs are always kind and patient to help us to understand the process and help us to do the appointment. Thanks to the dentist and the nurse, we already solve the problem of the tooth, and also the cost is very clear. Fantastic experience: Family Dental team are absolutely fantastic. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Tim is solution based and is passionate about healthy teeth and gums for longevity. He is very patient at explaining any issues clearly. By far the best dentist I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: The Caboolture family dental have been looking after our families teeth for almost 3 years and the service we receive is the best, they are so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend using them for any dental work you need.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a voucher on recognition from my grandfather. I get very anxious when it comes to dental appointments but because it's such a small and welcoming team I always feel so relaxed and taken care off. They take my care seriously and are more than happy for me to take breaks during my treatment to check my blood sugars or just to stretch. The appointment times are also really short, I had 5 fillings done in around an hour. I will most definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome dentist. Been there twice now to have large chips or more like slivers of tooth that have came out of my teeth repaired. I don't like needles so had a fear of being needled in the gum, but honestly I felt nothing. Definitely keeping this dentist he is amazing

Fantastic experience: No-one likes going to the Dentist, that's a known fact! I've experienced a variety of dentists, from "alright" to the brutal to unbearable. HOWEVER.... Dr Timothy O'Connell-Maritz has since restored my faith in pain minimisation and cost! This Dental Surgeon actually cares for the welfare of his patients and does his utmost to ensure the experience is as physically painless as humanly possible. If you are like me and "need a dentist" I can highly recommend this man to you and your family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Timothy is great. I had broken a tooth, which was very worrisome and I'm anxious about seeing the dentist in general, but I felt relaxed and calm, and appreciated the care I was given. My tooth was repaired and I'm very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I’m scared of going to the dentist, and put it off until I’m in a lot of pain. I booked an emergency visit here. Everyone is so lovely! The dentist explained everything to me, he was gentle and made me feel at ease. I cried a lot less than I normally do and will be coming back to get the rest of my teeth sorted.. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: I have an irrational fear of dentists and needles, and therefore put off my visit for a filling until the pain was too much. Spoke to the receptionist who was lovely and managed to get me in same day. The dentist himself was gentle, he took his time, explained everything and was patient. I am comfortable going back and not as terrified as I was. Thank you guys ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Timothy and the lovely ladies at the family dental not only provide you with amazing service they also share with you a wealth of knowledge. We found these guys because we needed emergency treatment late on a Friday a while back and have kept going ever since, they explain everything thoroughly and give you awesome advice on how to best care for your teeth. These guys are so caring and professional, and they actually listen to you, I am absolutely certain you will not find a better dentist!

Fantastic experience: Awesome dentist! I have always had the worst anxiety going to the dentist but my first visit here was so easy. Dentist has music playing which really helped or you can ask the super friendly staff to put on Netflix for you instead! I highly, highly recommend. Very affordable pricing as well.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extraction today and first time ever in my life I did not feel the needle going in to numb the area. Dr Tim and his dental assistant were gentle, professional and he explained to me the whole process. If you ever scared of needle, this is the dentist to go to. It was painless. Highly recommended and will come again for teeth cleaning with my son in few months time. Thanks again Dr Tim and to the whole staff for a great service.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend Dr Tim and the Family Dental Practice in Caboolture. I had a clean, a filling and a wisdom tooth removed. I had no pain and the whole process was over and done perfectly before I knew it. I was actually unaware that the tooth had gone until he began to finish up. Throughout the entire process he explained everything to me. They are highly professional and very efficient. Top marks. I'm taking my whole family there for dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My asd son had a visit to the dentist the other day. His last visit to a dentist was not pleasant for him so his nerves were up but dr Timothy and the dental nurse (iv forgotten her name lol) were amazing with him they talked to him made him feel comfortable and relaxed and they explained a few things to me to help me understand just wat to do to help my son brush his teeth better. After my sons treatment they have this amazing toy cupboard were the little ones get to pick a toy for being so brave. I would definitely recommend going to these lovely and kind hearted people. Every member of the family dental caboolture make you feel welcome and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service ! Dr Timothy took time patiently to explain what happened with my tooth and what the treatment would be and tried to let me fully understand. I am appreciated that front desk ladies were nice, friendly and also helped look after my 4 years old daughter while I was seeing Dr Timothy. She was very happy got a cool toy to take home !

Fantastic experience: Finally, a Dentist I want to come back to. I'm not known for leaving reviews lightly, however, after attending this dental practice for a series of treatments, I can comfortably say Timothy is the best Dentist I've come across in QLD. His work is outstanding and I think I can say I've gotten rid of my fear of needles (and dentists). No fuss dentist, not trying to rip me off with dozens of other work that other dentist say I needed done. If you're looking for a good quality dentist who really cares about his work and patients, I recommend "The Family Dental Caboolture".

Fantastic experience: First time in many years visiting the dentist. I have to say my nerves were put to rest. What a great team. All treatment was explained to me in detail and a plan was put in place. First we checked with my private medical cover to work out payments so good to know that my part was no where near what I had expected. I can well recommend ‘The Family Dental’ so if your like me and have stayed away for a long time it pays to at least have a chat. There is a special on at the moment check up and clean + xrays $149 pretty good!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Dentist and staff. Dr. Timothy won over our 4yo, who had never let anyone else check his teeth. They were great with both our children and now we've switched the whole family to this Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! They are a warm and welcoming family dentist with your best interest at the forefront! I have been there every week for the last 6mths. My teeth were in very bad shape, a lifetime of rot and pulling molars. I could barely eat normal foods. Over 15yrs it created an eating disorder and much emotional and mental anguish.. Dr. Timothy has saved me from that! He did everything he could to save as many teeth as possible and get me on the road to a healthy life. I have to say he is a master with the needle! Having been to many dentists over the years, I have had many needles, alot of them hurt and brought me to tears! Not with Dr. Timothy! I barely felt it Highly recommend him if you have fears of dentist or small children. Today I picked up my new partial top metal denture, to match my partial bottom one. Fantastic experience: My family and myself attended the dental surgery on Thursday, one of the days of the school holidays. I have a 3 year old son, who is hard to control, they were fine with him.
