Fantastic experience: My daughter just had her four premolars extracted for her braces. Dr. Patrick did the procedure, he also did her fillings about a year ago. He is always patient with us and answers all my questions professionally. He’s very informative. He is quick and precise. My daughter was a bit anxious, but Dr. Patrick and his assistant made her feel calm and reassured her that everything would be okay. She came home happy and proud. The lady at the reception is also very friendly, accommodating, and informative.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dassen was so nice and very thorough with taking a CT scan of my tooth and a previous root canal I had done. He explained everything to me about having my tooth pulled, due to my concern of being on Prolia a bone medication which can cause jaw bone to die. He was happy to do a follow up to ease my mind during healing after extraction. I highly recommend Dr Dassen.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Ri Cho enough. I went to a dentist about my wisdom teeth who told me I needed surgery to remove them which would have put me out of pocket thousands of dollars. Dr Ri Cho removed them with ease and was just overall amazing, making sure I was comfortable and checking in with me consistently. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this service 100%. I had an emergency booking for a toothache and have had a fear of dentists my entire life. I was treated with so much kindness, empathy, respect and dignity. The practice is clean, ran very efficiently with time and the staff were clinically excellent. I wish every dentist I’ve visited were as good as Dr Rhi at Family one dental.

Negative experience: Dassen is an absolute joke !! cost my family thousands for a root canal and cap when the Tooth need to be pulled and ended up removing after all this work !!

Negative experience: Three experiences with two different family members and all were terrible. Dont take an anxious child. They are impatient and rude. She has developed a phobia of dentists because of how traumatic her experience was. Expect to be charged over $100 for a 10min consult and xray and then refused your xray when you request it. Didnt even end up receiving treatment despite booking the appointment for emergency treatment. Another local practice kindly provided a free consult after we told them about our horrible experience here and gave us an honest answer regarding treatment options. Family One Dental just took our money and hurried us out (all 3 times I've been). Clearly after reading the last 1 star review, the owner doesn't take these matters seriously. Save your money and go to an ethical practice.

Negative experience: Lovely receptionist. However, they were running behind with their times. After waiting an extra 20 mins for my appointment I went in and got rushed straight out being told to go to a physiotherapist. I had to mention to the dentist my wisdom teeth that needing removing and then had to follow up with asking the price. Dentist did not seem to care and just wanted me to leave. Except how easy he was to charge me for the appointment. Will not be returning and passing it on to others to not go here.

He is very gentle in his work and explains everything very clearly, making it easy for a non dentist to understand. He has a very good mannerism. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice, I have been putting my teeth off for years as I have watched my mum go through alot of pain over the years with her teeth. Finally decided to get it done and I am very happy with how my teeth have come up and the process. Was very nervous at first but DR Patrick and dental assistant Mitayha are amazing. Very supportive throughout the whole experience made me feel very safe and comfortable and DR Patrick was very informative about the process which I believe was very helpful felt like I was in good hands by both of them. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Patrick Lee from Family One Dental. I was in the search for a new dentist for myself and my girls, as our last experience at a different practice wasn’t great. After I had a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Patrick, I knew he would be the perfect dentist for our girls as well. He is great with children, explains everything well and my 7 year old was not afraid for her first ever filling. My hubby was impressed as well as he had taken her to this particular visit. Most recently, there was a small chip on the bottom of my front tooth that had just appeared and he fixed it up perfectly. I was so impressed! Highly recommend him for children, adults, for his eye for detail, practicality and professionalism. Thanks for looking after us and we’ll be back.

My girl recommended this dental place to me to get my front 4 teeth filled in and I can not tell you the amazing job they have done for me. 23 years I have hid my smile from the ones I love because I had black holes on the front 4 teeth and Dr. Naidoo has done an amazing job fixing them. I can now smile with confidence and not be ashamed of what others may say. I 100% recommend this place if you need fillings done and I am still shocked and can not stop smiling. Fantastic experience: I hated my unsightly front teeth for years, but thanks to Dr Dassen Naidoo and his team, you can’t take the natural white smile off my face! After years in many dental chairs, I’m so pleased I stumbled into Family One Dental and finally got my teeth fixed.

Negative experience: One of the girls on reception needs to brush up on her customer service skills when addressing potential new clients to this practice. First time calling to this practice to see if I could book a consultation appointment asking for costs & she rudely interrupted my questions, snapping back with an attitude to her answers. She sounded annoyed & the lack of customer care came across in her tone of voice which seemed as though she really didn't want to be there. Quite rude when you're dealing with customers. Sharpen up. You just lost a client. I will take my business elsewhere.

All the girls are lovely as well, especially the practice manager Taylor up at the desk. She can answer all your questions and explains everything so clearly. I also love that they have so many different payment options like after pay, it just makes it so much easier when you are a little short for cash that week but need to get that filling done. Fantastic experience: Earlier this year was my first time at FamilyOne Dental. I had a lot of work to do on my teeth, which had me nervous to say the least. The friendly, informative, and encouraging dentists, assistants and receptionists there have completely transformed how I look at a visit to the dentist. Dr Dassen Naidoo was very informative when getting me started on my road to Invisalign and Dr Patrick Lee was very calming and helpful throughout my treatment of about 9 cavities. Alicia has been a great assistant to these two, making my visits much less stressful. Unlike any other dentist I've been to the dentists at FamilyOne are completely transparent with you about the state of your teeth, but they make sure not to scare you in the process. On my first visit I was given a comprehensive tour via camera and scans throughout my mouth to demonstrate my many cavities and other issues. There were glaring issues, but they made to sure to layout a clear treatment plan with an encouraging outlook that kept me optimistic. I've only been about four times now and I don't make an effort to make myself known, nonetheless all the staff know me my treatment history well which makes you feel at ease - here you're not just a patient on a sheet of paper. FamilyOne Dental's trading hours are accommodating for those who work throughout the week and the receptionists are incredibly helpful at working your treatment into times good for you (even in COVID-19 times). Their website makes online booking easy, and their helpful and informative receptionists make it even easier (shoutout to Alicia and Taylor). If you don't feel like talking over the phone, I believe they also have live chat and texting functionality too. They also understand that dentistry is not cheap - I've received discounts on many elements of my treatment plan. Thanks to everyone at FamilyOne Dental, looking forward to my next visit!

The dentist I saw (Dassen) was fantastic, the staff very friendly and switched on and the practice has all the latest high quality equipment Plus I would say it's a happy practice and you can just tell they are trying so hard to look after you. Dassen is a very nice guy, and a very experienced and highly proficient dentist and did quite a long and difficult procedure flawlessly with very little discomfort keeping you in the loop as we went. The result was fantastic and I am so happy to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Even a dentist needs to find a good dentist ! I saw Dr Dassen Naidoo today and was most impressed with how he used state of the art modern technology to fix a problem tooth of mine. The injection was painless, he was so gentle, the entire procedure was smooth, even the drill was ever so silent and a 3-D filling (inlay) was printed and cemented all in one day. Taylor, the dental Assistant was superb and Karina the manager was so friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation to recommend Dassen and his wonderful team to any of my friends, family and dental peers. Dassen, you and your team do the profession of dentistry proud!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to 4 Dental clinics here in Queensland from Brisbane to the Gold Coast and finally found a genuinely caring and professional team. I had an emergency tooth extraction performed as was suffering extreme pain from Saturday night through to Sunday. I contacted them via their website after hours Sunday and was looked after by Karina who booked me in urgently first thing the next day. The front office staff and Dentists were just as professional and friendly. I could go on about it, but I highly recommend you experience it for yourself if you hate going to the dentist like I do but need to.
