Negative experience: It's been four years since I had both my top and bottom dentures made by the denture clinic (DC). Cost to me approximately $3000+. Most of my top dentures back teeth are worn down due to the teeth being placed too far into the plate, also in this time one of the front teeth fell out. I now eat on the 'plate' which has become extremely sharp. When I had another clinic technician repair the front tooth I was informed that my dentures are of very poor quality. My previous top denture, not made by DC, lasted 20 years. My lower dentures wire snapped and they quoted me $200 to have them repaired. I don't wear bottom dentures now. suggest going somewhere else, there are plenty of better clinics to visit in Canberra.

Negative experience: My partial dentures do not fit well and are uncomfortable, one side leaves a gap. I cannot eat with them.

The time and detail that went into it was amazing, including seeing how I smiled naturally and talking about what I wanted to look like with the dentures. My 2 plates needed 4 teeth inserted. In at 8'30 and returned promptly at 3'30. The cost to me very reasonable and the work was perfect the new teeth aligned naturally. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... 10 STARS

Fantastic experience: Booked in for a fitted mouthguard for sport for my daughter. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment and receptionist was friendly and explained costs over the phone. Wait time was minimal on arrival and they explained every step of what was going to happen to my daughter. The dentist talked my daughter through the breathing process so she didn't panic while having the mould fitted. A great experience and love the choice of colours. Will definitely be back!
