Negative experience: Went in for a small filling, while waiting for the anaesthetic to work he looked ( just looked at my bottom teeth ) I did request I was there ONLY for a filling and didn’t want anything else proved or touched ! upon leaving I found out that he had charged me for that “ look “ so good dentist but charges like a wounded bull for absolutely nothing.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and took lot of care to ensure everything was done properly and with the least amount of of discomfort. I had an extraction and four teeth filled plus cleaning. Recommended them.

Fantastic experience: I’m terrified of dentists, but this practice is friendly, calming and non judgemental as well as being excellent dentists. It’s been many years since I’ve developed faith in a dentist, but I have developed that with Vision and sincerely recommend Dr Suster and his team. Importantly, if it’s going to be tough ( for me, the noise of a drill is unbearable) they have sedation available.

Fantastic experience: Fifty years of grinding had left me with worn and uneven teeth. Dr Suster fixed the problem by building up six of my front teeth in two pain-free visits. My teeth look and feel so much better. They now meet evenly. My bite is better, eating is easier and I’m now happy to smile in photos. I’ve always received professional and friendly care from Dr Suster and the team at Vision Dental and I thoroughly recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Stephen and his team for my first dental visit with the clinic. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and level of care he took in my visit. He talked me through every step, and provided top quality dental advice. Also have to mention the lovely dental support stuff and administration, they were great to chat with and very efficient. Will be happily seeing this dentist again when I need to!

Negative experience: This was the first dentist I took my kids to. Dr Suster was yelling at them for being a little fidgety. Very unprofessional service. My kids got scarred from this place, and it's taken them a long time to finally be comfortable at another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Stephen Suster is a very caring and thoughtful dentist who was very reassuring and patient with me while repairing a disastrous root canal experience with another dentist that resulted in early fears resurfacing for me. The practice runs on a very professional basis and the staff are very supportive, meeting the individual needs of their clients. Stephen listens to you and explains what he is doing throughout your visit. He has allayed many of my dentist fears!

Fantastic experience: As a first time customer I was really impressed at the level of knowledge the dentist demonstrated. I went with jaw pain and other issues, which was quickly and professionally examined, resulting in a plan which may fix it. I've been to multiple other doctors, dentists and physios but none of them did such an indepth examination like this dentist. And to top it all off, the whole experience was just good overall. Friendly staff, professional environment and a very knowledgeable dentist. Even if you live a little far away it would definitely be worth the travel for this level and quality of service.

Fantastic experience: I have long term anxiety visiting the dentist stemming from a childhood event. Dr Suster and his team have been exceedingly patient, initially I had to have my hand held the entire visit. But after so many years of Vision Dental's caring, compassionate and professional service, I'm comfortable enough now to attend appointments on my own and not have an anxiety attack. I recommend Dr Suster to everyone, but particularly anyone who suffers from anxiety like I do.

I’ve had both minor (general dental work) and major (veneers, root canal) procedures done and have been extremely happy with the results. Fantastic experience: Dr Seuster was amazing. He doesn't just treat one sympton, we works with a team of specialists to get to the root cause. I wanted to get rid of my clicking jaw and ache. After 18 months of braces, oseopathy and the expertise of an oral myologist, I'm pleased to say the results are amazing and were quicker than expected. Fantastic experience: Nice staff, and helped me out after previous awful dental experiences with other dentists.

Negative experience: I only selected one star because I can't select less. Not child friendly and will charge you for doing no work at all (this is not an exaggeration). My friend went there and she was very upset afterwards and told me about this experience. The dentist rushed my friend through the consultation. Didn't do any work and still charged.
