Fantastic experience: Amazing reconstruction of my tooth.!

Negative experience: This is from my uncle Mark H, as he can't leave a review.. he uses this dentist often but this time saw Dr soo loo and was very disappointed with this visit! He was being smashed in the teeth with the instruments to the point it hurt too much and feels worried it may have cracked his teeth, if it has we hope she will fix any teeth she has weakened with her heavy hands! He has never had this poor experience with any other dentist, even at that surgery.. just that doctor..

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at PBM for 20 years . Each dentist has provided exceptional care, taking the time to explain treatments, answer all my questions and always ensures that I am comfortable. I am currently seeing Dr Sushma and she is just so lovely. With the new owners I am pleased to see that the same wonderful staff remains. The friendly atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate dental care. Keep up the great work girls!

What sets them apart is the way they care for others, while running a professional and efficient team of dentists and nurses. Even the dental technicians they used are top-notched, for the two implants Dr Ilisa Lay delivered on separate occasions just fitted perfectly first time.

Fantastic experience: PBM Dental is my family dentist for over 10-15 years. Dr Soo provides awesome dental treatment when needed, gentle routine care and excellent dental care advice. The dental nurses are very helpful. Recently I rang up to make appointment for my routine checkup and clean, I told her about my sensitive gum and the dental nurse is able to provide me advice which works really well until I see Dr Soo. Highly recommended this dental clinic.

We have moved over the years but still continue to attend this surgery for all of our dental appointments, usually a 2-3 hour round trip. Have had appointments with both Dr Ilisa Lay and Dr Soo Lew. Now that Ilisa has retired we have also seen Dr Sushma Rajesh. Perfect service and quick to settle the nerves of an anxious patient. I always feel that they have our best interests at heart. Penny has been the other consistent face over the time and is always a pleasure to deal with. Ally, Sam and Ebony complete this fabulous team, providing support and assistance at chairside and reception.
