They are so welcoming and so nice I just wanted to hug them as I am terrified of the dentist and also embarrassed, but they made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr Khan was so kind and warm towards me and also gentle, I can’t thank her enough. I am so glad I have finally found an amazing dentist to fix my issues. I also want to add that I have been to many dentists and not one have ever put Vaseline on my lips at start and finish and I truely think this was wonderful. ❤️

Negative experience: I went here instead of my trusted dentist for a checkup and clean, the dentist told me I needed 5 fillings. I then went back to my trusted dentist and she told me I didnt need any. Seems like they are money hungry and dishonest, probably paid by the filling.

Negative experience: I didn't had good experience with them. On appointment day I got a call to change my time which I couldn't, then I got another call saying the quote is no more valid and bumped the price, hence I was forced to cancel the appointment due to increased in price.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. This place was great until a dentist left. The new dentist has no patience with small children and also didn’t send the correct paperwork to specialists. This place also automatically referees you too private services rather than going through the public health system. This place was a dentist, but it is no longer… Shamble!!!

Nina the receptionist is also very nice. Convenient location in the shopping centre. I liked that there was music during my appt too. Only thing missing was something to watch as well

Fantastic experience: Dr Sara is amazing she is so caring, kind and gentle I had a root canal done and she made the experience so much better than I thought - when I was so scared and anxious. I didn’t even feel a thing it wasn’t as bad as I’ve been told it was. I was so nervous that I hadn’t eaten anything all day. And when I had told the receptionist she was so lovely she went to the back and got me some biscuits and a musli bar for me to eat. Today is the second day of my root canal there’s some pain but I’ve been advised it’s normal- and the clinic is so great they called me to do a follow up call to see how I’m going I really appreciated this follow up call. Would 100% recommend pacific smiles - craigieburn to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I don't really post reviews nor give 5 stars but I think that Pacific Smiles Dental Craigieburn deserved it. I had my very first dental appointment at Pacific Smiles with Dr Deeba Khan. To be honest, I do not go to the dentist often. Usually I am afraid and nervous to go as they are not careful and end up making me feel immense pain throughout every dental clean I have had. I came in feeling nervous and anxious like every other dental appointment but this time it was different. The assistant and Dr Deeba were so lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable with their gentle and kind demeanour. During the teeth clean, Dr Deeba Khan asked if I was okay every 5 minutes while making sure she was being as gentle as possible. She even put vaseline on my lips and flossed my teeth before the teeth clean?! I have never ever had this done and I was extremely shocked. I wished that every dentist did this because my lips are always dry and cracked after every clean in the past from all the suction. She was also extremely thorough with the examination and gave great dental advice at the end of the appointment. She noticed I had a dark spot near my wisdom tooth which previous dentist did not notice. Dr Deeba and the dental assistant was extremely attentive and careful with my teeth. I can see that they both truly care about their patients. Both receptionists I chatted with were also lovely, patient and made me feel at home. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, I know there are some negative reviews but I for one will always be going back to this clinic and no where else! I am young and usually too lazy to go to the dentist but now I will be coming back every 6 months since it is such an easy and pain free experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Arwa and her assistant where amazing! I had an abscess in my gum and was in alot of pain. At my first appointment, the tooth wasnt numbing. After some antibiotics and a few days, I was back and in the chair to have the tooth pulled. Dr Arwa and her assistant (apologies, I didn't catch her name) were so kind and gentle. I was so nervous and shaking in the chair (as I am 24 weeks pregnant). I have never been so nervous in my life for an extraction and I've had lots of work done on my teeth. I cant thank the doctor and assistant for keeping me reassured and calm. The assistant lady was so sweet and was holding my hands while the Doc pulled the tooth. Such a personal touch which really made me feel so comforted. It honestly meant the world to me to have such amazing women making sure I had the best level of care for my extraction. I will definitely recommend Pacific Smiles Dental in Craigieburn to anyone who needs work. This practice should consider themselves lucky to have great members on their team. The reception staff were also very lovely! Thank you again for all your care and making me feel so safe in the chair.

Negative experience: A month ago, the mind mill was removed at Craigieburn branch, and today I discovered that there was a small piece still present, and it started tingling and pain، not recommended for anyone. I'm really disappointed with this service and how they can keep a small piece without cleaning everything after 2 hours of surgery for it

Negative experience: A horrible experience. Ppl might think it’s basis on once condition. But let me tell you Royal dental hospital as I had to visit in an emergency as the Dr at Pacific smile dental clinic made it worse. According to hospital Doctors. I was questioned if I went to dentist or to a vet. Rest is on you if you want to visit and have your own experience. I have to give 1 star to post it else if there have been no star possibility. I would have given no star to them.
